अम्बेडकरनगर। भारी बारिश व आधी से किसानों को काफी नुकसान

 अंबेडकरनगर। जिले में धान किसानों को बीते दिनों हुई अतिवृष्टि व तेज हवा ने लगभग 30 प्रतिशत तक नुकसान पहुंचाया है। हालांकि बड़े पैमाने पर दिख रहे नुकसान के बीच कृषि विभाग का दावा है कि अधिकतम 7 प्रतिशत ही फसलों को नुकसान होगा। धान के अलावा गन्ना, सरसों व आलू की खेती करने वाले किसानों को भी अतिवृष्टि ने चोट दी है। हालांकि इसमें ज्यादा

आंधी व बारिश से फसल हुई धराशाई

नुकसान का अनुमान नहीं है। किसानों का कहना है कि अविलंब सर्वे कराकर भरपाई सुनिश्चित की जाए। धान की खेती लगभग एक लाख 17 हजार हेक्टेयर क्षेत्रफल में हुई है, जबकि धान के बाद जिस गन्ने की फसल को ज्यादा नुकसान हुआ है, उसकी बोआई लगभग 25 हजार हेक्टेयर क्षेत्रफल में किसानों ने की है। प्रकृति की मार का असर लगभग साढ़े चार लाख किसानों पर पड़ा है।

बीते दिनों तेज हवा के साथ हुई बारिश ने जिले के किसानों को तगड़ी चोट दी है। तेज हवा के चलते धान की जो फसल खेतों में लहलहा रही थी, वह धराशायी हो गई। खेत में जलभराव होने से अब फसल सड़नी शुरू हो गई है। ज्यादा बारिश के चलते खेत में पानी भर गया। इससे धराशायी हुई फसल जलमग्र हो गई। नतीजा यह रहा कि इसने किसानों को तगड़ी आर्थिक चपत लगी है। जिले में 1 लाख 17 हेक्टेअर क्षेत्रफल में 4 लाख 45 हजार किसानों ने धान की रोपाई की थी।

बेमौसम हुई बारिश से सामान्य क्षेत्रों में किसानों के अनुसार लगभग 25 प्रतिशत, जबकि नदी व तराई क्षेत्रों में किसानों की फसल को लगभग 40 प्रतिशत तक नुकसान पहुंचा है। कुल मिलाकर पूरे जिले में औसतन लगभग 30 प्रतिशत का नुकसान धान की फसल को होने की आशंका है। इसके अलावा गन्ने की फसल को भी नुकसान हुआ है। जिले में 25 हजार हेक्टेअर क्षेत्रफल

में लगभग डेढ़ लाख किसानों ने गन्ने की बोआई की है। बारिश ने लगभग 20 प्रतिशत गन्ना फसल को नुकसान पहुंचाया है। इसके अलावा अरहर, उर्द, आलू की फसल को भी नुकसान हुआ है, लेकिन यह ज्यादातर क्षेत्रों में मामूली ही है।

सरसों व चने की फसल भी हुई थीं प्रभावित

जिले के कुछ क्षेत्रों में किसानों ने अगेती सरसों व चने की बोआई कर दी थी। उन्हें उम्मीद थी कि बेहतर उपज होगी। लेकिन बीते दिनों हवा के साथ हुई तेज बारिश ने उनकी उम्मीदों को तगड़ा झटका दिया। कारण यह कि खेत में पानी भर जाने से फसल जम नहीं सकी। इससे संबंधित किसानों को आर्थिक चपत लगी। अकबरपुर के किसान सालिकराम व रामजीत जायसवाल ने कहा कि सरसों व चने की बोआई उन्होंने की थी। खेत में पानी भरने से फसल जम नहीं पाई। ऐसे में अब फिर से बोआई करनी होगी। भीटी तहसील अंतर्गत टेमा निवासी लल्लन निषाद ने कहा कि उन्होंने अगेती सरसों की बोआई की थी। खेत में पानी भर गया। ऐसे में अब फसल के जमने की उम्मीद नहीं है।

चावल उत्पादन में किसानों को लगा झटका

अकबरपुर के प्रदीप वर्मा ने कहा कि उन्होंने साढ़े 6 बीघा क्षेत्रफल में मंसूरी धान की रोपाई की थी। बीते दिनों तेज हवा के साथ हुई बारिश से खेत में खड़ी तैयार फसल धराशायी हो गई। इसके चलते पैदावार लगभग 50 प्रतिशत कम हो जाएगी। साथ ही चावल काला हो जाएगा। यह चावल खाने योग्य नहीं रहेगा। ऐसे में मानक के अनुसार ऐसे चावल की बिक्री भी क्रय केंद्र पर नहीं हो सकेगी। यदि ऐसा हुआ, तो उन्हें बड़ी आर्थिक चपत लगेगी।

पानी में घुसकर किसान काट रहे फसल

जलालपुर के शिवपूजन ने कहा कि लगभग तीन बीघा धान की फसल पूरी तरह से जलमग्र हो गई है। इससे फसल पूरी तरह से चौपट हो चुकी है। कुछ चावल निकलने की उम्मीद है। इसे देखते हुए ही पानी में घुसकर कटाई कर रहे हैं। चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि फसल को नुकसान होने से उन्हें तगड़ी आर्थिक चपत लगी है। कहा कि लगभग 25 प्रतिशत फसल को नुकसान हुआ है।

बची खुची उम्मीदों का सहारा

जलालपुर तहसील अंतर्गत निमटनी निवासी निरखी निषाद ने कहा कि लगभग दो बीघा धान की फसल बीते दिनों तेज हवा के साथ हुई बारिश से गिर गई। खेत में पानी भरा होने से फसल सड़ने लगी है। जहां कुछ सूखा है, वहां इस उम्मीद में कटाई कर रहे हैं कि शायद कुछ चावल निकल आए। कहा कि जिस प्रकार से फसल को नुकसान हुआ है, उससे लागत निकलना भी मुश्किल है। कहा कि पैदवार पर लगभग 30 प्रतिशत असर पड़ेगा।

40 फीसदी गन्ने की फसल नष्ट

आलापुर तहसील अंतर्गत पूरनपुर गांव निवासी राकेश वर्मा ने कहा कि दो बीघा गन्ने की फसल तेज हवा के साथ हुई बारिश के चलते गिर गई। ऐसा होने के चलते प्रति बीघा पैदावार पर भी प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ेगा। कहा कि सामान्य तरीके से एक बीघे में ढाई सौ क्विंटल गन्ना तैयार होता है, लेकिन अब इस अवस्था में 100 क्विंटल भी निकल पाना मुश्किल है। लगभग 40 प्रतिशत गन्ने की फसल नष्ट हो चुकी है।

धान की 60 फीसदी फसल को नुकसान

आलापुर तहसील अंतर्गत पूरनपुर गांव निवासी शशिकला ने कहा कि तीन बीघा क्षेत्रफल में धान की रोपाई की थी। बीते दिनों हुई बारिश से फसल धराशायी हो गई। इसके चलते अब पैदावार पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ना तय है। लागत निकल आए, तो बड़ी बात है। चिंता इस बात की है कि आखिर उनका खर्च कैसे चलेगा। चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए कि उनकी लगभग 60 प्रतिशत धान की फसल को नुकसान हुआ है।

सात प्रतिशत धान को हुआ नुकसान

बीते दिनों तेज हवा के साथ हुुई बारिश से जिले में लगभग 7 प्रतिशत धान की फसल को नुकसान हुआ है। इसके अलावा गन्ना समेत अगेती सरसों की बोआई करने वालों को थोड़ा नुकसान हुआ है। नियमानुसार जिन किसानों ने प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना का लाभ ले रखा है, उन्हें जरूरी लाभ मिलना सुनिश्चित होगा।

 In the past few days, the rain accompanied by strong wind has caused serious injury to the farmers of the district.  Due to the strong wind, the paddy crop which was waving in the fields collapsed.  Due to waterlogging in the field, now the crop has started rotting.  Due to excessive rain, the field was flooded.  Due to this the damaged crop got submerged.  As a result, it has caused severe economic loss to the farmers.  In the district, 4 lakh 45 thousand farmers had planted paddy in an area of ​​1 lakh 17 hectares.

 According to farmers in normal areas about 25 percent, while in river and lowland areas, farmers' crops have been damaged by about 40 percent due to unseasonal rains.  Overall, there is a possibility of loss of about 30 percent to the paddy crop in the entire district.  Apart from this, the sugarcane crop has also suffered.  About 1.5 lakh farmers have sown sugarcane in an area of ​​25 thousand hectares in the district.  The rains have damaged about 20 percent of the sugarcane crop.  Apart from this, there has also been damage to the crop of Arhar, Urd, Potato, but it is minor in most of the areas.

 Mustard and gram crops also affected

 In some areas of the district, farmers had sown early mustard and gram.  He expected a better yield.  But the heavy rain accompanied by wind in the past gave a big blow to their hopes.  The reason was that the crop could not freeze due to water logging in the field.  The farmers concerned suffered financial loss due to this.  Akbarpur farmers Salikram and Ramjit Jaiswal said that they had sown mustard and gram.  The crop did not freeze due to flooding in the field.  So now you have to sow again.  Lallan Nishad, a resident of Tema under Bhiti tehsil, said that he had sown mustard early.  The field was flooded.  Therefore, there is no hope of harvesting the crop now.

 Rice production suffered a setback

 Pradeep Verma of Akbarpur said that he had planted Mansoori paddy in an area of ​​6 and a half bighas.  In the past few days, due to the rain accompanied by strong wind, the ready crop standing in the field was destroyed.  Due to this the yield will be reduced by about 50 percent.  Also the rice will turn black.  This rice will not be edible.  In such a situation, according to the standard, the sale of such rice will also not be done at the purchasing center.  If this happens, they will suffer a great financial loss.

 Harvesting crops by entering water

 Shivpujan of Jalalpur said that about three bighas of paddy crop has been completely submerged.  Due to this the crop has been completely destroyed.  Some rice is expected to come out.  Seeing this, they are harvesting by entering the water.  Expressing concern, he said that due to the damage to the crop, he has been hit hard financially.  Said that about 25 percent crop has been damaged.

 Nikhi Nishad, a resident of Nimtani under Jalalpur tehsil, said that about two bighas of paddy crop fell due to rain accompanied by strong wind in the past.  The crop has started rotting due to waterlogging in the field.  Where there is some drought, they are harvesting in the hope that some rice might come out.  Said that the way the crop has been damaged, it is also difficult to recover the cost.  Said that there will be about 30 percent impact on the yield.

 Rakesh Verma, a resident of Puranpur village under Alapur tehsil, said that two bighas of sugarcane crop fell due to rain accompanied by strong wind.  Due to this, the yield per bigha will also be adversely affected.  Said that in a normal way two and a half hundred quintals of sugarcane is prepared in one bigha, but now it is difficult to get even 100 quintals at this stage.  About 40 percent of the sugarcane crop has been destroyed.

 Sasikala, a resident of Puranpur village under Alapur tehsil, said that paddy was planted in three bighas of area.  The crops were destroyed due to the rain of the past days.  Due to this, now the yield is bound to be adversely affected.  If the cost comes out, then it is a big deal.  The worry is how their expenses will last.  Expressing concern that about 60 percent of his paddy crop has been damaged.

 Seven percent loss of paddy

 In the past, about 7 percent paddy crop has been damaged in the district due to rain accompanied by strong wind.  Apart from this, those who sow early mustard including sugarcane have suffered some loss.  According to the rules, the farmers who have taken the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, they will be sure to get the necessary benefits.
