 अम्बेडकरनगर। भूमि विवाद को लेकर सोमवार दिनदहाड़े टांडा कोतवाली क्षेत्र के पकड़ी भोजपुर बाजार में एक युवक की फावड़े से हत्या के बाद आक्रोश भड़क उठा। आक्रोशित ग्रामीणों ने आरोपियों के घर को चारों तरफ से घेर कर उन्हें पकड़ने की कोशिश शुरू कर दी। पुलिस भी मौके पर पहुंच गई। आरोपियों ने ग्रामीणों व पुलिस टीम पर फायरिंग कर दी. लेकिन किसी को गोली नहीं लगी। बाद में पुलिस कर्मियों ने साहस का परिचय देते हुए घर के पिछले हिस्से से चढ़कर मुठभेड़ के बाद तीन आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। इनमें से मुख्य आरोपी व उसका एक बेटा पुलिस की गोली से घायल हो गए। पुलिस कर्मी जब आरोपियों को पकड़कर ले जाने लगे तो ग्रामीणों का धैर्य जवाब दे गया।

जमीनी विवाद में युवक की काट कर निर्मम हत्या कर दी गयी। हत्या की वारदात को अंजाम देने के बाद हत्यारों ने खुद को मकान में कैद कर लिया और भीड़ व पुलिस पर ताबड़तोड़ फायरिंग शुरू कर दी। मौके पर ही पुलिस और हत्यारों में काफी देर तक मुठभेड़ हुई जिसमें दो हत्यारों के पैर में गोली लगी।आक्रोशित भीड़ ने हत्यारोपियों को पुलिस गाड़ी से निकाल जमकर पिटाई कर दी और पुलिस व भीड़ ने एक दूसरे पर पथराव किया।      

मामला टांडा कोतवाली क्षेत्र अंतर्गत पकड़ी भोजपुर चौराहे का है।बताया जा रहा है कि आज दोपहर ग्राम ठिकवा निवासी अंकित यादव ट्रैक्टर ट्राली से पराली का भूसा ले कर जा रहा था कि पकड़ी भोजपुर चौराहे पर राजेंद्र यादव से विवाद हो गया, जिसके बाद राजेन्द्र यादव और उनके पुत्रों ने मिलकर अंकित यादव की फावड़े से काट कर हत्या कर दी। बताया जा रहा है कि दोनों परिवारों में जमीन को लेकर

पुरानी रंजिश चल रही थी। अंकित यादव की हत्या की खबर फैलते ही वहाँ काफी भीड़ जमा हो गयी, सूचना पर पुलिस भी पहुँच गयी लेकिन हत्यारों ने खुद को अपने मकान में बंद कर लिया। वारदात की सूचना पर पुलिस टीम के साथ एसपी आलोक प्रियदर्शी भारी पुलिस फोर्स के साथ मौके पर पहुंच गए और हत्यारोपियों को सरेंडर करने को कहा लेकिन हत्यारों ने छत के ऊपर से पुलिस और भीड़ पर फायरिंग शुरू कर दी जिसमे एक युवक जख्मी भी हो गया। जब हत्यारों ने सरेंडर नही किया तो पुलिस ने मोर्चा संभाला और सीढ़ी के सहारे छत पर चढ़ गए इस दौरान पुलिस और हत्यारों में मुठभेड़ के दौरान दो हत्यारों के पैर में गोली लगी और पुलिस गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

बाज़ार में अफरा तफरी का माहौल

सोमवार दोपहर करीब टांडा कोतवाली अन्तर्गत पकड़ी भोजपुर बाजार में उस समय अफरातफरी मच गई जब भूमि विवाद को लेकर फावड़े से स्थानीय निवासी अंकित यादव (34) की हत्या कर दी गई। दरअसल लगभग एक दशक से भी लंबे समय से पकड़ी भोजपुर के ठेकवा निवासी अंकित यादव व पकड़ी भोजपुर बाजार निवासी राजे के बीच भूमि विवाद चला आ रहा है। सोमवार सुबह बाजार के निकट स्थित खेत की मेड़ व फसल काटने आदि को लेकर खेत के निकट ही अंकित के परिवारीजनों तथा राजेंद्र व उनके परिवारीजनों के बीच कहासुनी व विवाद हो गया था।

उस समय तो विवाद ने ज्यादा तूल नहीं पकड़ा। मामला किसी तरह से शांत हो गया। इसकी जानकारी बाद में जब अंकित को हुई तो वह पकड़ी भोजपुर बाजार स्थित राजेंद्र के घर पहुंचा और अपने परिवार के सदस्यों के साथ अनायास की कहासुनी का आरोप लगाते हुए नाराजगी प्रकट करने लगा। वह अपने परिवारीजनों के साथ की गई अभद्रता से दुखी था। आरोप है कि जैसे ही अंकित ने शिकायत करना शुरू किया तभी राजेंद्र व उसके पुत्र हमलावर हो गए। घर में रखे फावड़े से उस पर ताबड़तोड़ कई प्रहार कर दिया। इससे उसकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। अंकित की मौत होते ही बाजार में अफरातफरी मच गई। इसी बीच अंकित के परिवारीजन भी वहां पहुंच गए। अंकित का शव देख ग्रामीणों में आक्रोश पनप गया। उन्होंने राजेंद्र का घर घेर लिया। खुद को घिरा देख राजेंद्र व उसके पुत्र घर की छत पर पहुंच गए और वहां बने एक कमरे से रह रहकर फायरिंग शुरू कर दी। इसी बीच टांडा कोतवाली पुलिस समेत कई अन्य थानों की फोर्स पहुंच गई। पुलिस कर्मियों को देखते ही आरोपियों ने फायरिंग तेज कर दी। संयोग रहा कि किसी को गोली नहीं लगी। बाद में किसी तरह तीनों मुख्य आरोपियों को पुलिस कर्मियों ने पकड़ लिया। हत्यारोपियों को जब पुलिस कर्मी जीप में ले जा रहे तो नाराज ग्रामीणों ने एक आरोपी को पुलिस जीप से जबरन उतार लिया और जमकर पीटना शुरू कर दिया। ग्रामीणों का आक्रोश इतना था कि पुलिस कर्मियों को कदम पीछे खींचने पड़े। इसके बाद पुलिस कर्मी आगे बढ़े तो उन पर पथराव शुरू कर दिया। पुलिस ने पहले आंसू गैस के गोले का इस्तेमाल किया। इसके बाद हवाई फायरिंग करनी पड़ी। स्थिति नियंत्रित होते ही तीनों आरोपियों को मौके से निकालकर पहले टांडा सीएचसी फिर जिला अस्पताल भेजा गया। मामले में अंकित के भाई रवि की तहरीर पर राजेंद्र व उनके दोनों पुत्रों अमिलेश यादव व अवधेश यादव समेत तीन अन्य परिवारीजनों के विरुद्ध टांडा कोतवाली पुलिस ने केस दर्ज कर लिया।

भीड़ के आक्रोश को लेकर लगभग दो घंटे तक व्याप्त रही बड़ी अनहोनी की आशंका

काटकर हत्या ने सोमवार को जिले भर में हड़कंप मचा दिया। दरअसल बेखौफ ढंग से फावड़े से काटकर की गई हत्या के साथ साथ इसे लेकर ग्रामीणों में पनपे आक्रोश ने चिंता की लकीरें बढ़ा रखी थीं। हत्यारोपियों को घेरकर उन्हें सबक सिखाने पर भीड़ के आमादा होने की खबर कुछ देर में ही पूरे जिले में फैल गई थी। इससे हर कोई आशंकित था कि ग्रामीणों के हाथों कोई बड़ी अनहोनी न होने पाए। ग्रामीणों का आक्रोश इतना ज्यादा था कि उसे काबू में करने को लेकर पुलिस को कड़ी मशक्कत करनी पड़ी। हालांकि पुलिस की सूझबूझ व तत्परता ने जिले में बड़ी घटना को अंजाम दिए जाने से बचा लिया। पुलिस प्रशासन ने माहौल को काबू में करने के बाद भी पकड़ी भोजपुर बाजार में बड़ी संख्या में पुलिस कर्मियों की तैनाती कर दी है।

ग्रामीणों में आक्रोश

सोमवार दोपहर पकड़ीभोजपुर बाजार में युवक की हत्या होने की खबर सामने आई तो अन्य क्षेत्रों में इसे पहले सामान्य तौर पर लिया गया। हालांकि पकड़ी भोजपुर बाजार में घटना के तत्काल बाद से ही आक्रोश फैल गया था, लेकिन जिले के अन्य क्षेत्रों में इसे लेकर कोई खास प्रतिक्रिया सामने नहीं आई थी। हालांकि कुछ देर बीतने के साथ ही जब यह खबर फैली कि ग्रामीणों ने हत्यारोपियों का घर घेर लिया है और उन्हें पकड़कर सबक सिखाने पर आमादा है तो जिले के अन्य क्षेत्रों में भी हड़कंप मच गया। यह खबर फैल गई कि नाराज ग्रामीण हत्यारोपियों को खुद सजा देने पर अमादा हैं। इसके बाद सभी की निगाहें पकड़ी भोजपुर की तरफ केंद्रित हो गई। सभी की दिलचस्पी यह जानने में थी कि आखिर वहां हत्यारोपियों के साथ क्या सुलूक हुआ। लगभग दो घंटे बाद तब राहत की खबर सामने आई जब यह पता चला कि पुलिस ने ग्रामीणों की घेराबंदी के बीच से तीनों मुख्य आरोपियों को लगभग सुरक्षित बाहर निकाल लिया है। 

मृदुल स्वभाव के लिए अंकित की थी पहचान 

पकड़ी भोजपुर गांव निवासी अंकित यादव की हत्या ने गांव समेत आस पास के गांवों के लोगों को झकझोर कर रख दिखा गया 34 वर्षीय अकित की पहचान अपने गांव समाज में एक हंसमुख व मिलनसार व्यक्ति के रूप थी। सोमवार पूर्वाह्न करीब गांव में भूमि विवाद के मामले में फावड़े से हमलाकर उसकी हत्या कर दिए जाने की घटना से नागरिकों में शोक की लहर दौड़ गई। अमित के हत्या की खबर जिसे जब मिली तो वह खुद को घटना स्थल तक पहुंचने से नहीं रोक सका। देखते ही देखते न सिर्फ गांव के बल्कि आस पास के गांवों के सैकड़ों ग्रामीण मौके पर जमा हो गए। अंकित की हत्या से ग्रामीणों में आक्रोश देखने को मिला। आक्रोशित लोगों ने अपना गुस्सा निकालने के लिए ही पुलिस वाहन से ले जाए जा रहे हत्याभियुक्तों पर पथराव भी किया। गांव में हर कोई इस घटना से जहां स्तब्ध था, उतना ही गमगीन। हर किसी के मुंह पर अंकित की व्यवहार कुशलता के ही चर्चे सुनाइ पड़ रहे थे। 

हत्या की खबर मिलते ही बाजार में सन्नाटा 

 गांव निवासी अंकित यादव की हत्या होते ही पकड़ी भोजपुर बाजार की दुकानें धड़ाधड़ बंद होने लगीं। पूर्वाह्न करीब हुई इस घटना के बाद हर कोई किसी बड़ी अनहोनी की आशंका के साथ घटना स्थल पर पहुंचने के लिए भागता दिखा। अंकित की लोकप्रियता के चलते बाजारवासियों को इस बात की पूरी आशंका थी कि विवाद अब सिर्फ इतने पर ही थमने वाला नहीं है। इसके चलते ही किसी अनहोनी की अंशका से बचने के लिए दुकानदार अपनी अपनी दुकानें बंद कर चलते बने। हालांकि पुलिस टीम ने समय रहते जरूरी कार्रवाई करते हुए स्थिति को बिगड़ने से बचा लिया। इसके बावजूद दिन भर पकड़ी भोजपुर बाजार की दुकानें बंद रहीं, और बाजार में सन्नाटा पसरा रहा। एहियातन बाजार में पुलिस बल भी मुस्तैद नजर आया।

 छावनी में तब्दील दिखा पकड़ी भोजपुर बाजार 

अंकित की फावड़े से हमलाकर हत्या किए जाने की खबर मिलते ही समूचे क्षेत्र में हड़कंप मच गया था। टांडा कोतवाली पुलिस टीम ने जहां घटना की सूचना मिलते ही तत्परता दिखाई, वहीं मौके पर मौजूद पुलिस टीम से मिल रहे फीडबैंक का अधिकारियों ने तत्काल संज्ञान लिया। पुलिस की तत्परता के चलते स्थिति ज्यादा खराब होने से बच गई। एसपी आलोक प्रियदर्शी के निर्देश पर जहां कुछ ही देर में पकड़ी भोजपुर बाजार में कई थाने की फोर्स पहुंच गई। बाजार समेत आस पास के क्षेत्र को पुलिस टीम ने छावनी में तब्दील कर दिया। वहीं एसपी आलोक प्रियदर्शी स्वयं मौके पर पहुंचे, और हालात का जायजा लिया। मृतक के परिजनों को ढांढस बंधाने के साथ मामले में कड़ी कार्रवाई का भरोसा दिलाया। साथ ही आक्रोशित ग्रामीणों को भी समझाया बुझाया ।

The angry mob took the killers out of the police vehicle and beat them up and the police and the mob pelted stones at each other.  It is being told that this afternoon, Ankit Yadav, a resident of village Thikwa, was carrying straw from the tractor trolley, that there was a dispute with Rajendra Yadav at the caught Bhojpur intersection, after which Rajendra Yadav  And his sons together killed Ankit Yadav by cutting him with a shovel.  It is being told that in both the families about the land

 

 An old enmity was going on.  As soon as the news of Ankit Yadav's murder spread, a large crowd gathered there, on information the police also reached but the killers locked themselves in their house.  On the information of the incident, SP Alok Priyadarshi along with the police team reached the spot with heavy police force and asked the killers to surrender but the killers started firing on the police and the crowd from the top of the roof, in which a youth was also injured.  When the killers did not surrender, the police took the lead and climbed onto the roof with the help of a ladder, during which two killers were shot in the leg during the encounter between the police and the killers and the police arrested them.

 On Monday afternoon, there was panic in Bhojpur market caught under Tanda Kotwali when local resident Ankit Yadav (34) was killed with a shovel over a land dispute.  In fact, for more than a decade, a land dispute has been going on between Ankit Yadav, a resident of Thekwa of Bhojpur, and Raje, a resident of Bhojpur Bazar.  On Monday morning, there was a scuffle and dispute between Ankit's family near the field and Rajendra and his family members regarding the weeding of the field located near the market and cutting the crop etc.

 

 At that time, the controversy did not catch much heat.  The matter somehow settled down.  Later when Ankit came to know about this, he reached Rajendra's house in Bhojpur market and started expressing his displeasure, accusing him of spontaneous altercation with his family members.  He was saddened by the indecency meted out to his family members.  It is alleged that as soon as Ankit started complaining, Rajendra and his son became attackers.  He was attacked several times with a shovel kept in the house.  Due to this he died on the spot.  There was panic in the market after Ankit's death.  Meanwhile, Ankit's family members also reached there.  Seeing Ankit's dead body, the villagers got angry.  They surrounded Rajendra's house.  Seeing themselves surrounded, Rajendra and his sons reached the roof of the house and started firing from a room built there.  Meanwhile, the forces of many other police stations including Tanda Kotwali police reached.  On seeing the police personnel, the accused intensified the firing.  Luckily no one got shot.  Later somehow the three main accused were caught by the police personnel.  When the police personnel were taking the killers in the jeep, the angry villagers forcibly took off one of the accused from the police jeep and started beating them fiercely.  The anger of the villagers was so much that the police personnel had to step back.  After this the police personnel moved ahead and started pelting stones at them.  The police first used tear gas shells.  After this, aerial firing had to be done.  As soon as the situation was controlled, all the three accused were taken out of the spot and sent to Tanda CHC and then to the district hospital.  In the case, Tanda Kotwali police registered a case against Rajendra and his two sons Amilesh Yadav and Awadhesh Yadav and three other family members on the complaint of Ankit's brother Ravi.

 Due to the anger of the crowd, the fear of major untoward prevailed for almost two hours.

 After the murder of village resident Ankit Yadav, the shops of Bhojpur market were caught and started shutting down.  After this incident that happened around the forenoon, everyone was seen running to reach the spot with the apprehension of some major untoward incident.  Due to the popularity of Ankit, the marketers were fully apprehensive that the controversy was not going to stop only on this.  Due to this, the shopkeepers kept walking by closing their shops to avoid any untoward incident.  However, by taking necessary action in time, the police team saved the situation from deteriorating.  Despite this, the shops of the caught Bhojpur market remained closed throughout the day, and there was silence in the market.  The police force was also seen ready in the precautionary market.
