उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव 2022 में करीब 15 करोड़ मतदाता चुनाव में मतदान करेंगे। इस बार विधानसभा चुनाव 2022 में 29 फीसदी मतदाता बढ़े हैं। उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव2 2022 में इस बार महिला वोटरों की भागीदारी बढ़ी है। उत्तर प्रदेश में लगभग 29 प्रतिशत वोटर पहली बार मतदान करने जा रहे हैं। चुनाव आयोग ने विधानसभा चुनाव 2022 में उम्मीदवारों के लिए 40 लाख तक खर्च करने की सीमा तय की है। विधानसभा चुनाव का महासंग्राम यूपी में सात चरणों में चुनाव, के साथ 10 मार्च को मतगणना का कार्यक्रम तय किया है। यह चुनाव सात चरणों में होगा। 10 फरवरी को पहले चरण के लिए वोट पड़ेंगे। और 7 मार्च को सातवें चरण के लिए वोट डाले जाएंगे। वही 10 मार्च को यूपी विधानसभा चुनाव 2022 की मतगणना होगी।

उत्तर प्रदेश में चुनावी महासंग्राम छिड़ चुका है। 18 वीं विधानसभा के गठन के यूपी में सात चरणों में चुनाव होंगे। 10 फरवरी को पहले चरण का मतदान होगा, दूसरे चरण का मतदान 14 फरवरी को होंगे, तीसरे चरण के मतदान की प्रक्रिया 20 फरवरी को सम्पन्न होगी, चौथे चरण का मतदान 23 फरवरी को कराया जाएगा, पाचवे चरण का मतदान 27 फरवरी को, छठा चरण की मतदान 3 मार्च को साथ ही सातवें व अंतिम चरण की वोटिंग सात मार्च को होगी। जबकि सभी 403 सीटों के मतदान की मतगणना 10 मार्च को होगी। इस तरह 10 मार्च तक यूपी में नयी सरकार शपथ ग्रहण कर सकती है। चुनाव आयोग ने उत्तर प्रदेश समेत देश के 5 राज्यों में होने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए घोषणा की। इसी के साथ यूपी में भी आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू हो गयी है। उत्तर प्रदेश की 403 विधानसभा क्षेत्र के लिए चुनाव होंगे।

उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव 2022 में होने वाले नामांकन और नाम आपसे की प्रक्रिया दो चरणों की पूरी हो चुकी है जिसमें नामांकन वह जांच प्रक्रिया नाम वापसी की सभी प्रक्रिया पूरी कर ली गई है। इसी के साथ ही यूपी में पहले चरण का मतदान दस फरवरी को व दूसरे चरण का मतदान 14 फरवरी को संपन्न होगा। तीसरे चरण के मतदान की अधिसूचना 25 जनवरी को जारी होगी। एक फरवरी को नामांकन होगा। दो फरवरी को नामांकन पत्रों की जांच होगी और चार फरवरी को नाम वापसी की अंतिम तिथि है। तीसरे चरण का मतदान 20 फरवरी को होगा। चौथे चरण के लिए 27 जनवरी को अधिसूचना होगी। तीन फरवरी को नाामांकन पत्र दाखिल होंगे तो चार को इनकी जांच होगी। सात फरवरी को नाम वापस लेने की अंतिम तारीख है और 23 फरवरी को मतदान होगा। पांचवें चरण के मतदान की अधिसूचना एक फरवरी को जारी होगी। आठ फरवरी को नामांकन होगा। नौ फरवरी को पत्रों की जांच होगी जबकि 11 फरवरी तक प्रत्याशी नामांकन पत्र वापस ले सकेंगे। 27 फरवरी को मतदान होगा। छठें चरण के मतदान की अधिसूचना चार फरवरी को जारी होगी। 11 फरवरी को नामांकन होगा तो 14 फरवरी को नामांकन पत्रों की जांच होगी। नाम वापसी की अंतिम तारीख 16 फरवरी है। इस चरण का मतदान तीन मार्च को होगा। सातवें चरण के मतदान की अधिसूचना दस फरवरी को जारी होगी। इसके लिए 17 को नामांकन होगा और 18 को नामांकन पत्रों की जांच होगी। नाम वापसी की अंतिम तारीख 21 फरवरी है। सातवें चरण का मतदान सात मार्च को होगा।

150 कंपनी पैरामिलिट्री फोर्स संभालेगी चुनाव की कमान

प्रदेश में पिछले चुनाव में 300 कंपनी केंद्रीय अद्र्धसैनिक बल तैनात किया गया था। इस बार केंद्र सरकार ने पहले चरण के लिए 150 कंपनी अद्र्धसैनिक बलों की तैनाती का फैसला किया है। इन सुरक्षा बलों को 10 जनवरी से पहले चरण में जिलों में तैनात किया जाएगा। एडीजी कानून-व्यवस्था प्रशांत कुमार ने बताया कि केंद्र ने जो 150 कंपनी अद्र्धसैनिक बल दिए हैं, उनमें से 50 कंपनी सीआरपीएफ, 30 कंपनी बीएसएफ, 20 कंपनी सीआईएसएफ और 20 कंपनी आईटीबीपी की होंगी। इन कंपनियों को सभी 78 जिलों व पुलिस कमिश्नरेट में संवेदनशीलता एवं आवश्यकता के अनुसार आवंटित कर दिया गया है।

 An electoral battle has broken out in Uttar Pradesh.  Elections will be held in seven phases in UP to constitute the 18th Legislative Assembly.  The first phase of polling will be held on February 10, the second phase will be held on February 14, the third phase of polling will be held on February 20, the fourth phase will be held on February 23, the fifth phase will be held on February 27, the sixth phase.  Voting will be held on March 3 as well as the seventh and final phase of voting will be held on March 7.  While the counting of votes for all 403 seats will be held on March 10.  In this way, by March 10, the new government in UP can take oath.  The Election Commission has announced for the assembly elections to be held in 5 states of the country including Uttar Pradesh.  With this, the model code of conduct has also come into force in UP.  Elections will be held for 403 assembly constituencies of Uttar Pradesh.

 The process of nomination and nomination to be held in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Election 2022 has been completed in two phases, in which all the process of nomination, scrutiny process, withdrawal of nomination has been completed.  Simultaneously, the first phase of polling in UP will be held on February 10 and the second phase of polling will be held on February 14.  The notification for the third phase of polling will be issued on January 25.  Nominations will take place on February 1.  Scrutiny of nomination papers will take place on February 2 and the last date for withdrawal of nominations is on February 4.  The third phase of polling will be held on February 20.  Notification for the fourth phase will be on January 27.  If the nomination papers will be filed on February 3, then they will be scrutinized on 4.  February 7 is the last date for withdrawal of nominations and voting will be held on February 23.  The notification for the fifth phase of polling will be issued on February 1.  Nominations will be held on February 8.  Scrutiny of letters will be done on February 9 while candidates will be able to withdraw their nomination papers till February 11.  Voting will be held on February 27.  The notification for the sixth phase of polling will be issued on February 4.  Nominations will be held on February 11 and scrutiny of nomination papers will be done on February 14.  The last date for withdrawal of nominations is 16 February.  Polling for this phase will be held on March 3.  The notification for the seventh phase of polling will be issued on February 10.  For this, nomination will be held on 17 and scrutiny of nomination papers will be done on 18.  The last date for withdrawal of nominations is February 21.  The seventh phase of polling will be held on March 7.

 When will the voting for how many seats be held in the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections 2022?

 First phase on February 10 - Voting will be held in 58 seats

 On February 14, the second phase – a total of 55 seats will be voted

 On February 20, the third phase - a total of 59 seats will be voted

 On February 23, the fourth phase-polling will be held on a total of 60 seats.

 Voting will be held on February 27 in the fifth phase-60 seat

 Voting will be held on March 03 in the sixth phase-54 seat

 150 company paramilitary force will take over the command of elections

 In the last elections, 300 company central paramilitary forces were deployed in the state.  This time the central government has decided to deploy 150 company paramilitary forces for the first phase.  These security forces will be deployed in the districts in the first phase from January 10.  ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar said that out of 150 companies of paramilitary forces given by the Center, 50 companies will be of CRPF, 30 companies of BSF, 20 companies of CISF and 20 companies of ITBP.  These companies have been allotted in all 78 districts and police commissionerates as per their sensitivity and requirement.
