जिलाधिकारी ने किया प्रेक्षकों के साथ बैठक

अम्बेडकरनगर। निर्विघ्न व शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से चुनाव निपटाने के लिए कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में बैठक आयोजित की गई। जिलाधिकारी ने चुनाव में लगे सभी अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों को निर्देश देते हुए बताया कि किसी प्रकार की कोई गड़बड़ी न हो इसके लिये बैठक के माध्यम सभी को अवगत कराया गया।

बताते चलें कि विधानसभा सामान्य निर्वाचन-2022 के दृष्टिगत निर्वाचन आयोग की तरफ से नियुक्त प्रेक्षकों के साथ जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी/जिलाधिकारी सैमुअल पॉल एन और पुलिस अधीक्षक आलोक प्रियदर्शी ने जनपद के निर्वाचन में लगे प्रमुख नोडल अधिकारी/प्रभारी अधिकारियों के साथ कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। how to election 2022 जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने सभी प्रेक्षकों को निर्वाचन की तैयारियों से अवगत कराया। जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने बताया कि सभी प्रेक्षकगणों इसमें 277-कटेहरी विधानसभा  सामान्य प्रेक्षक श्री अशोक कुमार चौहान, 278-टांडा विधानसभा सामान्य प्रेक्षक श्री रुचेश जयबंशी, 279-आलापुर विधानसभा सामान्य प्रेक्षक श्री कमलेश्वर प्रसाद सिंह , 280-जलालपुर विधानसभा सामान्य प्रेक्षक श्री टी एन हरिहरन, 281-अकबरपुर विधानसभा सामान्य प्रेक्षक श्री यशपाल जी, समस्त विधान सभा क्षेत्र अंबेडकर नगर पुलिस प्रेक्षक श्री चिरंतन नाग, समस्त विधान सभा क्षेत्र व्यय प्रेक्षक श्री श्रीकांत झवर का स्वागत करते हुए परिचय कराया गया।

       डीएम ने सभी नोडल/प्रभारी अधिकारियों की ओर से विधान सभा सामान्य निर्वाचन-2022 के तैयारियों जैसे- आदर्श आचार संहिता, प्रेक्षक व्यवस्था, स्वीप व्यवस्था एवं ईएलसी, निर्वाचन शिकायत प्रकोष्ठ, क्रिटिकल पोलिंग स्टेशन, मत्रपत्र व्यवस्था, निर्वाचन कन्ट्रोल रूम एवं हेल्पलाइन व्यवस्था, सी. बिजिल एप/वेब व्यवस्था के बारे में जानकारी दी। कानून व्यवस्था का पालन, सिक्योरिटी प्लान, डिप्लायमेन्ट ऑफ फोर्स, परिवहन व्यवस्था (हल्के एवं भारी वाहन) डिस्ट्रिक इलेक्शन प्लान तथा कम्युनिकेशन प्लान, सर्विस वोटर, पोस्टल बैलेट पेपर की व्यवस्था, एमसीएमसी एवं प्रेस मीडिया सेल व्यवस्था, एमएमसी मॉनीटरिंग एवं नामांकन, मतदान तथा मतगणना आदि से सम्बन्धित समस्त सांख्यिकी सूचनाओं का संकलन/प्रेषण व्यवस्था, निर्वाचन व्यय लेखा अनुवीक्षण प्रकोष्ठ, प्रभारी अधिकारी, ईवीएम एवं वीवी पैट/सामान्य प्रशिक्षण व्यवस्था, मतदान/मतगणना कार्मिक/सेक्टर/जोनल मजिस्ट्रेटों/माइक्रों आब्जर्वर तथा लोकेटरों की नियुक्ति एवं प्रशिक्षण व्यवस्था, पोलिंग स्टाफ वेलफेयर व्यवस्था, वीडियोग्राफी, लाइव वेब कास्टिंग एवं सीसीटीवी कैमरा व्यवस्था व मीडिया प्रमाणन एवं अनुवीक्षण समिति सहित आदि व्यवस्थाओं के बारे में विस्तृत रूप से चर्चा की गई। प्रेक्षकों की ओर से विधान सभा सामान्य निर्वाचन-2022 से सम्बन्धित अपने-अपने सुझाव दिए गए तथा विधान सभा सामान्य निर्वाचन-2022 को स्वतंत्र, निष्पक्ष व पारदर्शी तरीके से सम्पन्न कराए जाने का निर्देश सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को दिए गए। बैठक के दौरान मुख्य विकास अधिकारी घनश्याम मीणा, अपर जिलाधिकारी अशोक कुमार कनौजिया, मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ श्रीकांत शर्मा, समस्त एसडीएम, समस्त क्षेत्राधिकारी तथा नोडल अधिकारी मौके पर उपस्थित रहे।

 DM, on behalf of all the nodal/in-charge officers, made preparations for the Legislative Assembly General Election-2022 such as Model Code of Conduct, Observer Arrangement, Sweep Arrangement and ELC, Election Grievance Cell, Critical Polling Station, Ballot System, Election Control Room and Helpline Arrangement,  C. Gave information about digital app/web system.  Law and Order, Security Plan, Deployment of Force, Transportation (Light and Heavy Vehicles), District Election Plan and Communication Plan, Service Voter, Provision of Postal Ballot Paper, MCMC and Press Media Cell System, MMC Monitoring and Enrollment, Voting and  Collection/dispatch arrangement of all statistical information related to counting of votes, Election Expenditure Accounts Monitoring Cell, Officer-in-Charge, EVM and VVPAT/General Training Arrangement, appointment and training system of Polling/Counting Personnel/Sector/Zonal Magistrates/Micro Observers and Locators  The arrangements including polling staff welfare system, videography, live web casting and CCTV camera arrangement and media certification and monitoring committee etc. were discussed in detail.  On behalf of the observers, their respective suggestions were given related to the General Election-2022 and instructions were given to the concerned officers to conduct the Legislative Assembly General Election-2022 in a free, fair and transparent manner.  During the meeting, Chief Development Officer Ghanshyam Meena, Additional District Magistrate Ashok Kumar Kanojia, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Shrikant Sharma, all SDMs, all Circle Officers and Nodal Officers were present on the spot.
