अम्बेडकरनगर। बड़ी संख्या में मरीजों व तीमारदारों के पहुंचने से रहा आपाधापी का माहौल

जिला अस्पताल में दो दिन के अवकाश के बाद बड़ी संख्या में पहुंचे मरीज 

अम्बेडकरनगर। दो दिन के अवकाश के बाद मंगलवार को जिला अस्पताल में इलाज के लिए बड़ी संख्या में मरीजों व उनके तीमारदारों के पहुंचने से काफी आपाधापी का माहौल रहा। न सिर्फ पर्ची कटवाने के लिए मरीजों व तीमारदारों को लंबी लाइन लगानी पड़ी, बल्कि दवा के लिए इंतजार करना पड़ा। नाराज मरीजों व उनके तीमारदारों ने कहा कि अस्पताल प्रशासन को दूरदर्शिता दिखाते हुए पर्ची व दवा के लिए अतिरिक्त काउंटर लगाने चाहिए थे। ऐसा न होने से ही इसके लिए विभिन्न प्रकार की मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ा।

जिला अस्पताल में मंगलवार को काफी आपाधापी का माहल दिखा। ओपीडी व इमरजेंसी में इलाज के लिए मरीजों की लाइन लगी रही। दरअसल रविवार व सोमवार को अवकाश के चलते मंगलवार को बड़ी संख्या में मरीज व उनके तीमारदार जिला अस्पताल पहुंच गए। सुबह से ही मरीजों का तीमारदारों के साथ अस्पताल पहुंचने का सिलसिला शुरू हो गया था, जो अपराह्न तक जारी रहा। बड़ी संख्या में मरीजों के पहुंचने से ओपीडी में अफरातफरी का माहौल रहा। पर्ची कटवाने के लिए जहां मरीजों व उतीमारदारों को लंबी लाइन लगानी पड़ी, तो वहीं दवा काउंटर पर भी लंबी लाइन देखने को मिली। इससे मरीजों व उनके तीमारदारों को व्यापक मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ा। और तो और विलंब से चिकित्सकों के पहुंचने से भी मरीजों को समस्या उठानी पड़ी। इससे नाराज बेवाना के तीमारदार राजोंद्र ने कहा कि वह अपनी पत्नी कांति देवी को लेकर अस्पताल पहुंचा था। उसकी पत्नी को तेज बुखार था। कहा कि यहां जिस प्रकार से आपाधापी का माहौल दिखा, वह अत्यंत चिंताजनक था। कहा कि भीड़ को देखते हुए अस्पताल प्रशासन को पर्ची व दवा काउंटर पर अतिरिक्त व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए थी। बताते चलें कि दो काउंटर पर पर्ची कटती है, जबकि तीन काउंटर पर दवाओं का वितरण किया जाता है। मरीजों व तीमारदारों का कहना था कि भीड़ को देखते हुए पर्ची काटेने के कम से कम चार काउंटर, जबकि दवा के छंह काउंटर किए जाने थे।

सुचारू रूप से हुआ मरीजों का इलाज

डा. मनोज शुक्ला प्रभारी सीएमएस ने बताया कि मरीजों को इलाज में किसी भी प्रकार की मुश्किल न हो, इसके लिए सभी जरूरी कदम उठाए गए। समय पर सभी चिकत्सक अपने अपने कक्ष में पहुंचे। मरीजों की संख्या अधिक होने से कुछ समस्या जरूर हुई।

 There was a lot of chaos in the district hospital on Tuesday.  Patients queued up for treatment in OPD and emergency.  In fact, due to holidays on Sunday and Monday, a large number of patients and their relatives reached the district hospital on Tuesday.  From the morning itself, the process of reaching the hospital with the relatives of the patients started, which continued till the afternoon.  There was an atmosphere of panic in the OPD due to the arrival of large number of patients.  While patients and attendants had to make long lines to get the slip cut, there was also a long line at the medicine counter.  Due to this, the patients and their relatives had to face a lot of difficulties.  Moreover, the patients also had to face problems due to the delayed arrival of doctors.  Angered by this, Bewana's brother-in-law Rajondra said that he had taken his wife Kanti Devi to the hospital.  His wife had high fever.  Said that the way the atmosphere of chaos was seen here, it was very worrying.  Said that in view of the crowd, the hospital administration should have made additional arrangements at the prescription and medicine counter.  Let us tell you that prescriptions are cut at two counters, while medicines are distributed at three counters.  Patients and attendants said that in view of the crowd, at least four counters for cutting slips, while six counters of medicines were to be done.

 Dr. Manoj Shukla in-charge CMS said that all necessary steps were taken to ensure that the patients do not face any kind of difficulty in the treatment.  All the doctors reached their respective rooms on time.  Due to the large number of patients, some problems did arise.
