अम्बेडकरनगर। भूमि विवाद में भिड़े दो पक्ष, चले लाठी डंडे तीन घायल

  मारपीट मामले में पुलिस से हुई शिकायत 

अम्बेडकरनगर। आए दिन भूमि विवाद को लेकर हो रहे मारपीट में मामला कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है इसी क्रम में मंगलवार को एक बार फिर अलीगंज थाना क्षेत्र अन्तर्गत दहियावरन में सोमवार देर शाम भूमि विवाद में दो पक्ष आपस में भिड़ गए। लाठी डंडे व ईंट पत्थर के चलने के बीच मौके पर कुछ देर के लिए अफरातफरी मच गई। स्थानीय ग्रामीणों ने मौके पर पहुंचकर समझा बुझाकर मामला शांत कराया, लेकिन तब तक तीन व्यक्ति घायल हो चुके थे। बाद में दोनों पक्षों ने थाने पहुंचकर पुलिस को पूरे मामले की जानकारी दी और केस दर्ज करने के लिए तहरीर दी। जानकारी के अनुसार गांव निवासी संदीप व सुंदर के बीच एक भूखण्ड को लेकर लंबे समय से विवाद चला आ रहा है। बताया जाता है कि दोनों चचेरे भाई हैं। कई बार मामले को स्थानीय लोगों ने मामले को सुलझाया, लेकिन पूरी तरह से सफलता नहीं मिल सकी। इस बीच सोमवार देर शाम एक बार फिर से दोनों पक्ष आमने सामने आ गए। आरोप है कि संदीप पक्ष संबंधित भूमि पर खूंटा गाड़ रहा था। इस पर सुंदर ने विरोध किया। कहासुनी शुरू हो गई। दोनों तरफ से लोग लाठी डंडा लेकर आग गए। कुछ ही देर में लाठी डंडे चलने लगे। ईंट पत्थर का भी इस दौरान प्रयोग किया गया। इससे मौके पर कुछ देर के लिए अफरातफरी मच गई। चीख पुकार व गुहार पर पहुंचे ग्रामीणों ने समझा बुझाकर मामला शांत कराया। मारपीट में संदीप (36), सुंदर (35) व अखिलेश (22) को चोटें आई। बाद में दोनों पक्षों ने थाने पहुंचकर पुलिस को पूरे मामले की जानकारी दी और केस दर्ज करने के लिए तहरीर दी।
