अम्बेडकरनगर। किराए के भवन में संचालित 50 स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्रों को मिलेंगे अपने माकन

 अब तक किराए के भवन में संचालित हैं संबंधित स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्र

 लगभग ढाई लाख की आबादी को मिलेगा सीधा लाभ

अंबेडकरनगर। जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्र में किराए के भवन में संचालित स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्रों को शीघ्र ही अपना भवन मिलेगा। इसके लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने उन 50 स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्र के भवन के निर्माण के लिए शासन को सूची भेज दी है, जिन्हें अपनी भूमि उपलब्ध है। संभावना है कि शीघ्र ही शासन से मंजूरी मिलने के बाद दिसंबर माह के अंत तक निर्माण कार्य भी प्रारंभ हो जाएगा। इन स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्रों के भवन निर्माण से इनसे जुड़ी लगभग लगभग ढाई लाख की आबादी को सुचारु लाभ मिलेगा। मरीजों को बेहतर इलाज सुनिश्चित करने के लिए केंद्र व प्रदेश सरकारों द्वारा विभिन्न प्रकार की योजनाओं का संचालन किया जा रहा है। न सिर्फ नए नए मेडिकल कॉलेज की स्थापना की जा रही है, बल्कि सीएचसी व पीएचसी का भी निर्माण कराया जा रहा है। इसका व्यापक लाभ मरीजों व उनके तीमारदारों को मिल भी रहा है। मरीजों को बेहतर इलाज उपलब्ध कराने के लिए सीएचसी व पीएचसी के साथ ही स्वस्थ्य व स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्र का भी संचालन किया जा रहा है। बताते चलें कि जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में 270 स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्र संचालित हैं। इनमें से 170 स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्रों को अपना भवन नसीब है। 32 स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्र के भवन का निर्माण कार्य चल रहा है, जबकि 68 ऐसे स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्र हैं, जो किराए के भवन में संचालित हो रहे हैं।

गौरतलब है कि किराए के भवन में स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्र के संचालन से अक्सर मरीजों व उनके तीमारदारों के साथ साथ संबंधित उपकेंद्र पर तैनात कर्मचारियों को भी विभिन्न प्रकार की मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ता है। ऐसे में इनके निर्माण की मांग संबंधित क्षेत्र के मरीजों व उनके तीमारदारों द्वारा उठाई जाती रही है। इसे गंभीरता से लेते हुए गत दिवस ही महानिदेशक परिवार कल्याण ने जिले को पत्र भेजकर ऐसे 50 स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्र की सूची मांगी, जिनके भवन निर्माण के लिए भूमि उपलब्ध हो। शासन के निर्देश के बाद गत दिवसी ही स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने शासन को 50 स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्रों की सूची भेज दी। स्वास्थ्य विभाग के सहायक अभियंता विजयपाल सिंह ने बताया कि शासन को 50 स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्रों की सूची भेजी गई है। इन उपकेंद्रों के निर्माण के लिए भूमि उपलब्ध है। शासन से मंजूरी मिलने के बाद भवन निर्माण का कार्य प्रारंभ कर दिया जाएगा। सभावना है कि दिसंबर के अंत तक निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ कर दिया जाएगा। इनके निर्माण से लगभग ढाई लाख की आबादी को सीधा लाभ मिलेगा।

शासन को भेजी गई 50 स्वास्थ्य उप केंद्रों की सूची

 मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ श्रीकांत शर्मा ने बताया कि शासन ने उन स्वास्थ्य उप केंद्रों के भवन निर्माण के लिए सूची मांगी थी जिन्हें भूमि उपलब्ध है। बीते दिनों सर्वे के बाद 50 स्वास्थ्य उप केंद्रों की सूची शासन को भेज दी गई है इन सभी उपकेंद्रों पर भवन निर्माण के लिए भूमि उपलब्ध है शीघ्र ही शासन से मंजूरी मिलने के बाद निर्माण का प्रारंभ कर दिया जाएगा।

 Ambedkar Nagar.  Health sub-centres operating in rented buildings in different areas of the district will soon get their own building.  For this, the Health Department has sent a list to the government for the construction of 50 health sub-centres, which have their own land.  It is likely that soon after getting the approval from the government, the construction work will also start by the end of December.  With the construction of these health sub-centres, the population of about 2.5 lakhs associated with them will get smooth benefits.  Various schemes are being run by the Central and State Governments to ensure better treatment to the patients.  Not only new medical colleges are being established, but CHCs and PHCs are also being constructed.  Patients and their relatives are also getting huge benefits from this.  In order to provide better treatment to the patients, along with CHC and PHC, health and wellness sub-centre is also being operated.  Let us inform that there are 270 health sub-centres operating in different areas of the district.  Of these, 170 health sub-centres have their own buildings.  The construction work of 32 health sub-centres is going on, while there are 68 such health sub-centres, which are operating in rented buildings.

 It is worth mentioning that due to the operation of health sub-centre in rented building, patients and their relatives as well as the staff posted at the concerned sub-centre have to face various kinds of difficulties.  In such a situation, the demand for their construction has been raised by the patients and their relatives of the concerned area.  Taking this seriously, the Director General of Family Welfare sent a letter to the district last day asking for a list of 50 such health sub-centres, whose land is available for construction of buildings.  After the instructions of the government, the health department sent a list of 50 health sub-centres to the government last day itself.  Health Department Assistant Engineer Vijaypal Singh said that a list of 50 health sub-centres has been sent to the government.  Land is available for the construction of these sub-stations.  After getting the approval from the government, the construction work will start.  It is expected that the construction work will start by the end of December.  Its construction will directly benefit the population of about 2.5 lakh.

 Chief Medical Officer Dr. Shrikant Sharma informed that the government had sought list for the construction of the health sub-centres for which land is available.  In the past, after the survey, a list of 50 health sub-centres has been sent to the government. Land is available for building construction at all these sub-centres, soon after getting approval from the government, the construction will be started.
