अम्बेडकरनगर। सुचारु धान खरीद में पॉवर कॉरपोरेशन बड़ा रोड़ा बन रहा है। जिलाधिकारी सैमुअल पॉल एन के तमाम दिशा निर्देश के बावजूद पॉवर कॉरपोरेश क्रय केंद्रों को सुचारु बिजली नहीं उपलब्ध के करा रहा है। इससे जिले में धान खरीद की गति अत्यंत धीमी है। बार बार होने वाली कटौती के चलते धान खरीद का कार्य प्रभावित होता रहता है। इसी का नतीजा है कि कहीं किसान केंद्र पर 25 दिन से धान लदी ट्रैक्टर ट्रॉली

धान की तौल कराने के लिए लाइन में लगे ट्रैक्टर ट्राली

लेकर अपना नंबर आने का इंतजार कर रहा है, तो कहीं 15 दिन से इंतजार करने को मजबूर हो रहा है। इससे समय बर्बाद होने के साथ साथ उन्हें आर्थिक चपत भी लग रही है। किसानों ने सुचारु बिजली उपलब्ध कराने की मांग उठाते हुए कहा कि बेपटरी हुई विद्युत आपूर्ति के चलते उन्हें उपज की बिक्री करने में समस्या हो रही है। जिम्मेदारों को इसे लेकर ठोस कदम उठाना चाहिए।

धान की तौल करते क्रय केंद्र पर मजदूर

किसानों को धान बिक्री करने में किसी भी प्रकार की मुश्किल न हो और सुचारु रूप से वे बिक्री कर सकें, इसके लिए शासन द्वारा आए दिन जरूरी दिशा निर्देश जिम्मेदारों को दिए जाते हैं। जिला प्रशासन ने भी धान खरीद में तेजी लाए जाने का निर्देश जिम्मेदारों को द रखा है। बीते दिनों जिलाधिकारी सैमुअल पॉल एन की सख्ती का ही नतीजा था कि धान खरीद के कार्य ने गति पकड़ ली थी, लेकिन इन सबके बावजूद सुचारु धान खरीद में पॉवर कॉरपोरेशन ही सबसे बड़ा रोड़ा बनकर सामने आया है। दरअसल धान क्रय केंद्रों को सुचारु बिजली न उपलब्ध होने के चलते ही धान खरीद का कार्य गति नहीं पकड़ पा रहा है। अघोषित विद्युत कटौती के चलते सुचारु तौल का कार्य नहीं हो रहा है। नतीजा यह है कि कहीं किसान 25 दिन से, तो कहीं 15 दिन से धान लदी ट्रैक्टर ट्रॉली लेकर अपना नंबर आने का इंतजार कर रहे हैं, लेकिन बदतर विद्युत आपूर्ति के चलते उन्हें खामियाजा भुगतना पड़ रहा है। 

धान की खरीद में तेजी लाने के लिए 15 दिन पूर्व ही डीएम ने दिए थे निर्देश

धान खरीद में बदतर विद्युत आपूर्ति बन रही रोड़ा की लगातार मिल रही शिकायत को गंभीरता से लेते हुए जिलाधिकारी सैमुअल पॉल एन ने लगभग 15 दिन पूर्व ही पॉवर कॉरपोरेशन को पत्र भेजकर सुचारु विद्युत आपूर्ति उपलब्ध कराए जाने का निर्देश दिया था। भेजे पत्र में निर्देशित किया था कि शाम 6 बजे तक क्रय केंद्रों को जरूर से जरूर बिजली उपलब्ध कराया जाए। इसमें किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही न बरती जाए। जिलाधिकारी के तमाम दिशा निर्देश के बावजूद पॉवर कॉरपोरेशन क्रय केंद्रों को सुचारु बिजली नहीं उपलब्ध करा रहा है।

लग रही लंबी लाइन

रुकुनपुर कासिमपुर के महेंद्र चौधरी ने कहा कि लगभग 20 दिन से धान लदी ट्रॉली अशरफपुर मजगवां स्थित क्रय केंद्र पर खड़ी है। खरीद काग्र की गति अत्यंत धीमी है। कारण यह कि सुचारु बिजली नहीं मिल रही है। इससे तौल का कार्य प्रभावित होता है। शेखपुरा के हृदेश कुमार ने कहा कि क्रय केंद्र पर बिजली व्यवस्था पूरी तरह से बेपटरी है। अंदाजा इसी से लगाया जा सकता है कि एक दिन में दो या तीन किसानों का ही धान

खरीदा जाता है। सुबह 10 बजे बिजली आती है, तो दोपहर 12 बजे कट जाती है। दोपहर 1 बजे आती है, तो 2 बजे कट जाती है। इसके बाद 3 बजे बिजली आती है। उसरा निवासी प्रदीप ने कहा कि बेवाना फीडर से अपराह्न 2 बजे बिजली कट जाती हैं। इसके बाद शाम 5 बजे आती है। इससे खरीद का कार्य पूरी तरह से प्रभावित हो जाता है। अकबरपुर के सनी कुमार ने कहा कि लगभग 15 दिन से मण्डी समिति क्रय केंद्र पर धान लदी ट्रैक्टर ट्रॉली खड़ी है। खरीद का कार्य अत्यंत धीमा होने के चलते विभिन्न प्रकार की मुश्किलें खड़ी हो रही हैं। कहा कि उसका 140 वां नंबर है। धीमी कार्य होने का मुख्य कारण सुचारु बिजली न मिलना है।

शाम 6 बजे सुचारु बिजली का है निर्देश

खाद्य विपणन अधिकारी राकेश कुमार ने बताया कि किसानों को धान की बिक्री करने में किसी भी प्रकार की मुश्किल न हो, इसके लिए क्रय केंद्रों को शाम 6 बजे तक सुचारु बिजली उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश लगभग 15 दिन पूर्व ही जिलाधिकारी सैमुअल पॉल एन ने पॉवर कॉरपोरेशन को दिया था। तमाम दिशा निर्देश के बाद भी क्रय केंद्रों को सुचारु बिजली नहीं मिल रही है। इससे कुछ समस्या उत्पन्न हो रही है।

Farmers are getting worried about the pace of paddy procurement

 Ambedkar Nagar.  Power Corporation is becoming a big obstacle in the smooth procurement of paddy.  Despite all the guidelines of District Magistrate Samuel Paul N, Power Corporation is not providing smooth electricity to the purchasing centers.  Due to this the pace of paddy procurement in the district is very slow.  Due to frequent cuts, the work of procurement of paddy keeps getting affected.  As a result of this, if the farmer is waiting for his number to come with a tractor trolley loaded with paddy for 25 days at the center, then he is being forced to wait for 15 days.  Apart from wasting their time, they are also suffering financially.  Raising the demand of providing smooth electricity, the farmers said that due to uninterrupted power supply, they are facing problem in selling the produce.  Those responsible should take concrete steps regarding this.

 The farmers do not face any difficulty in selling paddy and so that they can do the sale smoothly, necessary guidelines are given by the government to the responsibilities every day.  The district administration has also directed the responsibilities to expedite the procurement of paddy.  In the past, it was the result of the strictness of District Magistrate Samuel Paul N that the work of procurement of paddy had gained momentum, but despite all this, Power Corporation has emerged as the biggest obstacle in the smooth procurement of paddy.  In fact, due to non-availability of smooth electricity to the paddy purchasing centres, the work of paddy procurement is not gaining momentum.  Due to unannounced power cut, smooth weighing work is not being done.  As a result, farmers are waiting for their numbers to come with paddy-laden tractor trolleys for 25 days, sometimes for 15 days, but due to poor power supply, they have to bear the brunt.

 DM had given instructions 15 days ago to expedite the purchase of paddy

 Taking serious note of the continuous complaints of poor power supply in paddy procurement, District Magistrate Samuel Paul N had sent a letter to the Power Corporation about 15 days back and directed to provide smooth power supply.  In the letter sent, it was directed that electricity must be made available to the purchasing centers by 6 pm.  There should not be any negligence in this.  Despite all the guidelines of the District Magistrate, Power Corporation is not providing smooth power to the purchasing centers.

 Mahendra Choudhary of Rukunpur Kasimpur said that the trolley laden with paddy is standing at the purchasing center at Ashrafpur Majgawan for about 20 days.  The pace of purchase order is very slow.  The reason is that there is no smooth power supply.  This affects the work of weighing.  Hridesh Kumar of Sheikhpura said that the power system at the purchasing center is completely derailed.  It can be estimated from this that only two or three farmers' paddy is bought in a day.  Electricity comes at 10 am, then it is cut off at 12 noon.  Comes at 1 in the afternoon, then cuts at 2 o'clock.  After this the power comes at 3 o'clock.  Pradeep, a resident of Usra said that the power cut from Bewana feeder at 2 pm.  Then it comes at 5 pm.  This completely affects the act of buying.  Sunny Kumar of Akbarpur said that paddy-laden tractor trolley is standing at the Mandi Committee purchase center for about 15 days.  Due to the very slow process of procurement, various kinds of difficulties are arising.  Said it is 140th number.  The main reason for slow work is not getting smooth power.
