मनाया गया गौरव दिवस, याद किये गए पंडित गोविंद बल्लभ पंत।

अम्बेडकरनगर। भारत रत्न पंडित गोविन्द बल्लभ पन्त की 136 वीं जयन्ती कार्यक्रम जिलाधिकारी अविनाश सिंह के निर्देश पर अपर जिलाधिकारी डॉ सदानंद गुप्ता अध्यक्षता में कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में आयोजित किया गया। यह जयंती प्रत्येक वर्ष 10 सितम्बर को गौरव दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। इस अवसर पर उप जिलाधिकारी बाबू राम, अपर उप जिलाधिकारी मोहनलाल गुप्ता, जिला सूचना अधिकारी संतोष कुमार द्विवेदी, सहायक जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी महेश चंद द्विवेदी, खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी तथा कलेक्ट्रेट के सभी अधिकारी/कर्मचारी द्वारा भारत रत्न पंडित गोबिंद बल्लभ पन्त की प्रतिमा पर माल्यार्पण एवं पुष्प अर्पित कर नमन किया गया। 

 अपर जिलाधिकारी ने विस्तार पूर्वक चर्चा करते हुए कहा कि पंत जी प्रसिद्ध स्वतन्त्रता सेनानी और वरिष्ठ भारतीय राजनेता इसके अलावा उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के प्रथम मुख्य मन्त्री और भारत के गृहमंत्री को सन 1957 में उन्हें भारतरत्न से सम्मानित किया गया। गृहमंत्री के रूप में उनका मुख्य योगदान भारत को भाषा के अनुसार राज्यों में विभक्त करना तथा हिन्दी को भारत की राजभाषा के रूप में प्रतिष्ठित करना था। प्रत्येक वर्ष 10 सितंबर को इस जयंती को गौरव दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। इस मौके पर समस्त उप जिलाधिकारी, के साथ जनपद के अधिकारी व कर्मचारीयों द्वारा भारत रत्न गोविन्द बल्लभ पन्त के जंयती पर विस्तार से चर्चा किया गया।

Ambedkar Nagar.  The 136th birth anniversary program of Bharat Ratna Pandit Govind Ballabh Pant was organized in the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of Additional District Magistrate Dr. Sadanand Gupta on the instructions of District Magistrate Avinash Singh.  This birth anniversary is celebrated every year on 10 September as Pride Day.  On this occasion, Deputy District Magistrate Babu Ram, Additional Deputy District Magistrate Mohanlal Gupta, District Information Officer Santosh Kumar Dwivedi, Assistant District Election Officer Mahesh Chand Dwivedi, Food Safety Officer and all the officers/employees of the Collectorate garlanded the statue of Bharat Ratna Pandit Gobind Ballabh Pant.  And flowers were offered and saluted.

 Discussing in detail, the Additional District Magistrate said that Pant ji was a famous freedom fighter and senior Indian politician, besides being the first Chief Minister of the state of Uttar Pradesh and Home Minister of India, he was awarded Bharat Ratna in 1957.  His main contribution as Home Minister was to divide India into states according to language and to establish Hindi as the official language of India.  This birth anniversary is celebrated as Pride Day every year on 10th September.  On this occasion, the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Govind Ballabh Pant was discussed in detail by all the Deputy District Magistrates along with officers and employees of the district.
