छात्रा के मौत मामलें में आया नया मोड़।

अम्बेडकरनगर। हंसवर थाना क्षेत्र के हीरापुर बाजार में एक दिन पूर्व साइकिल सवार छात्रा की सड़क दुर्घटना में मौत मामला नया मोड़ ले लिया है। पूरे घटना का सीसीटीवी फुटेज आने के बाद घटना से परिजनों समेत स्थानीय लोगों में आक्रोश पनपने लगा है। गौरतलब है कि शुक्रवार को हुई सड़क दुर्घटना में छात्रा की मौत ममामलें में पिता के प्रार्थना पत्र पर तीन लोगों के खिलाफ छेड़छाड़, तेज गति से मोटरसाइकिल चलाने व गैर इरादतन हत्या के आरोप में मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया है। पोस्टमार्टम के बाद देर शाम को छात्रा का शव पहुंचने के बाद परिजनों ने लंगड़तीर घाट पर अंतिम संस्कार कर दिया।  

हंसवर थाना क्षेत्र के बरही ऐदिलपुर निवासी सभाजीत वर्मा की 17 वर्षीय पुत्री हीरापुर के प्रतिष्ठित विद्यालय की छात्रा थी। छात्रा बीते शुक्रवार शाम को स्कूल से छुट्टी होने के बाद एक सहपाठी के साथ अलग अलग साइकिल से अपने घर लौट रही थी। आरोप है कि हीरापुर बाजार में पहुंचते ही मोटरसाइकिल सवार शहबाज व अरबाज पुत्र जमाल अख्तर निवासी हरसम्हार ने छात्रा का दुपट्टा खींच लिया। जिससे छात्रा अनियंत्रित होकर साइकिल समेत अपने दाहिने तरफ चली गयी पीछे से आ रहे मोटरसाइकिल सवार फैसल निवासी आरिबपुर ने छात्रा को टक्कर मार दिया। जिससे छात्र की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई थी। पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंच कर शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया था। उधर देर रात को मृतक छात्रा के पिता ने तीनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ प्रार्थना पत्र दिया। इस संबंध में थाना अध्यक्ष रितेश कुमार पांडेय ने बताया कि मामले में मुकदमा पंजीकृत कर तीन आरोपियों को हिरासत में लिया गया है।

दुर्घटना में मृतक छात्रा का शव शनिवार को उसके घर पहुंचते ही परिजनों समेत पूरे गांव में कोहराम मच गया। मौके पर हजारों की भीड़ इकट्ठा हो गयी।  छात्रा का शव देखकर सभी लोगों की आंखें नम हो गयी। मौके पर विद्यालय प्रबंधन कमला प्रसाद वर्मा, प्रधानाचार्य ध्यानचंद वर्मा समेत शिक्षक व छात्र छात्राएं, भाजपा के पूर्व जिला अध्यक्ष कपिल देव वर्मा ने पहुंचकर परिजनों को ढांढस बंधाया।

Ambedkar Nagar.  The case of death of a cyclist student in a road accident a day ago in Hirapur market of Hanswar police station area has taken a new turn.  After the arrival of CCTV footage of the entire incident, anger has started rising among the local people including family members.  It is noteworthy that in the case of death of a student in a road accident on Friday, on the application of the father, a case has been registered against three people on charges of molestation, speeding motorcycle and culpable homicide.  After the body of the student reached the post-mortem late in the evening, the family performed the last rites at Langadtir Ghat.

 The 17-year-old daughter of Sabhajit Verma, resident of Barhi Aidilpur of Hanswar police station area, was a student of a reputed school of Hirapur.  The student was returning to her home on separate bicycles with a classmate after school last Friday evening.  It is alleged that as soon as they reached Hirapur market, Shahbaz and Arbaaz son of Jamal Akhtar, resident of Harsamhar, riding a motorcycle, pulled the scarf of the student.  Due to which the student lost control and went towards her right side along with the bicycle. Faisal, resident of Aribpur, riding a motorcycle coming from behind, hit the student.  Due to which the student died on the spot.  Police reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem.  On the other hand, late in the night, the father of the deceased student submitted an application against the three accused.  In this regard, Police Station President Ritesh Kumar Pandey said that a case has been registered in the case and three accused have been detained.

 As soon as the body of the student who died in the accident reached her home on Saturday, there was chaos in the entire village along with her family members.  A crowd of thousands gathered on the spot.  Everyone's eyes became moist after seeing the dead body of the student.  On the spot, school management Kamla Prasad Verma, Principal Dhyan Chand Verma, teachers and students, former district president of BJP Kapil Dev Verma reached and consoled the family members.
