अम्बेडकरनगर। विकास कार्यों में जनपद अम्बेडकरनगर को मिला प्रथम स्थान

अम्बेडकरनगर। उत्तर प्रदेश कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन वविभाग द्वारा जारी की गयी माह सितम्बर 2021 की 75 जनपदों की रैंकिंग में अम्बेडकरनगर जनपद को प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त पर रहा। मा० मुख्यमंत्री जी उत्तर प्रदेश के शीर्ष प्राथमिकता कार्यक्रमों के 37 बिन्दुओं के 35 विभिन्न विभागों के कार्यक्रमों में उपलब्धि के आधार पर यह रैंक निर्धारित की जाती है। इससे पूर्व वित्तीय वर्ष के मार्च, प्रदेश में अव्वल स्थान पर रह चुका है जबकि गत माह अगस्त 2021 में पूरे प्रदेश की मा० मुख्यमंत्री जी के शीर्ष प्राथमिकता कार्यक्रमों की कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन विभाग, उत्तर प्रदेश द्वारा जारी की गयी रैकिंग में द्वितीय स्थान प्राप्त हुआ था।

 जनपद अम्बेडकरनगर को 50 कार्यक्रमों में ए रैंक मिली हुई है, जो कि उत्तर प्रदेश में सर्वाधिक है। उल्लेखनीय है कि मा० मुख्यमंत्री जी के शीर्ष प्राथमिकता कार्यक्रमों में शामिल कार्यक्रम यथा राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन, महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय रोजगार गारण्टी योजना सामाजिक वनीकरण, प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना, मुख्यमंत्री निराश्रित / बेसारा गोवंश सहभागिता योजना इत्यादि कार्यक्रमों में जनपद अम्बेडकरनगर का प्राप्तांक / उपलब्धि का प्रतिशत लक्ष्य के सापेक्ष शत-प्रतिशत से अधिक रहा है जबकि प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना, सामुदायिक शौचालय निर्माण की स्थिति, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) सोलर फोटोवोल्टइक सिंचाई पम्प आपूर्ति की स्थापना, नहरों में टेल तक पानी पहुंचाना, शादी अनुदान योजना, प्रधानमंत्री जन विकास कार्यक्रम (पूर्ववर्ती एम०एस०डी०पी०), छात्रवृत्ति वितरण (पूर्वदशम / दशमोत्तर छात्रवृत्ति), प्रधानमंत्री कृषि सिंचाई योजना (पर ड्राप मोर काप - माइकोइरीगेशन) इत्यादि कार्यक्रमों में जनपद अम्बेडकरनगर का प्राप्तांक उपलब्धि का प्रतिशत लक्ष्य के सापेक्ष शत-प्रतिशत है।

           जिलाधिकारी श्री सैमुअल पॉल एन. ने इसका श्रेय जनपद के मुख्य विकास अधिकारी श्री घनश्याम मीणा एवं समस्त विभागीय अधिकारियों की टीम भावना एवं सम्यक प्रयास को दिया एवं आशा व्यक्त करते हुए सभी अधिकारियों को सचेष्ट भी किया कि उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के निर्देशन में चल रहे समस्त जनोन्मुख कल्याणकारी विकासपरक कार्यक्रमों में शासन की मंशा के अनुरूप भविष्य में निरन्तर उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने की जिम्मेदारी हम सब की और बढ़ जाती है और इस हेतु उत्तरोत्तर प्रयत्नशील रहने की आवश्यकता है। जिलाधिकारी ने इस बात पर भी बल दिया कि पूरे प्रदेश में सर्वोच्च स्थान पर पहुंचना महत्वपूर्ण है साथ ही इससे अधिक महत्वपूर्ण यह है कि हम भविष्य में भी प्रगति के शीर्ष स्थान पर बने रहने हेतु सतत् प्रयत्नशील रहें और जनपद के सामान्यजन को भी इस उपलब्धि का वास्तविक लाभ प्राप्त हो सके।

Ambedkar Nagar.  In the ranking of 75 districts for the month of September 2021 released by the Uttar Pradesh Program Implementation Department, Ambedkar Nagar district stood first.  Hon'ble Chief Minister, this rank is determined on the basis of achievement in the programs of 35 different departments out of 37 points of top priority programs of Uttar Pradesh.  Earlier, in March of the financial year, it has been on the top position in the state, whereas in August 2021, in the last month, in August 2021, the top priority programs of the Chief Minister of the entire state were ranked second in the rankings released by the Program Implementation Department, Uttar Pradesh.

 District Ambedkar Nagar has got A rank in 50 programs, which is highest in Uttar Pradesh.  It is noteworthy that the programs included in the top priority programs of Hon'ble Chief Minister such as National Rural Livelihood Mission, Mahatma Gandhi National Employment Guarantee Scheme, Social Afforestation, Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, Chief Minister's destitute / Besara Govansh participation scheme etc.  Percentage of PM has been more than 100 percent relative to the target, while Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, status of community toilet construction, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural) installation of solar photovoltaic irrigation pump supply, water supply in canals to the tail, marriage grant scheme, Prime Minister  In programs like Jan Vikas Program (erstwhile MSDP), scholarship distribution (Purva Dasam / Post tenth scholarship), Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana (Per Drop More Carp - Microirrigation) etc., the percentage of achievement of district Ambedkar Nagar is 100 percent relative to the target.

 District Magistrate Shri Samuel Paul N.  The Chief Development Officer of the district, Shri Ghanshyam Meena and all the departmental officers gave the credit to the team spirit and due efforts and while expressing the hope, also sensitized all the officers that under the direction of the Government of Uttar Pradesh, the government would be involved in all the people-oriented welfare developmental programs.  According to our intention, the responsibility of performing continuously in the future increases further and there is a need to keep striving for this.  The District Magistrate also emphasized that it is important to reach the highest position in the entire state, and more importantly, we should be constantly striving to remain at the top of progress in future and the general public of the district should also be proud of this achievement.  to get real benefits.
