अम्बेडकरनगर। विधुत कर्मचारियों ने मंगलवार से 48 घंटे तक चलने वाला धरना प्रारंभ किया।

अंबेडकरनगर। सातवें वेतनमान का बकाया भुगतान किए जाने समेत विभिन्न मार्गों को लेकर राज्य विद्युत परिषद प्राविधिक कर्मचारी संघ के तत्वावधान में कर्मचारियों ने मंगलवार से 48 घंटे तक चलने वाला धरना प्रारंभ किया। अकबरपुर विद्युत उपकेंद्र परिसर में प्रारंभ किए गए धरने में कहा गया कि ग्रेड पे 4200 रुपये किए जाने की मांग लंबे समय से की जा रही हैं, लेकिन इस लेकर जिम्मेदार पूरी तरह से मौन साधे हुए हैं। चेतावनी देते हुए कहा गया कि यदि शीघ्र ही उनकी मागों का निस्तारण नहीं हुआ, तो फिर संगठन के निर्देश पर अनिश्चित कालीन धरना दिया जाएगा।

अध्यक्षता कर रहे विवेक यादव कहा कि प्राविधिक कर्मचारी विभिन्न प्रकार की मुश्किलों से संघ कर रहे हैं, लेकिन उनकी कहीं कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है। लंबे समय से सातवें वेतनमान के बकाया का भुगतान किए जाने की मांग की जा रही है, लेकिन इसे लेकर जिम्मेदार पूरी तरह से मौन साधे हुए हैं। इससे कर्मचारियों का हक मारा जा रहा है। अमरजीत ने कहा कि ग्रेड पे 4200 रुपये किए जाने की मांग को भी नजरअंदाज किया जा रहा है। इससे कर्मचारियों को विभिन्न प्रकार की आर्थिक मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। पेट्रोल भत्ता दिए जाने, इंक्रीमेंट बढ़ाए जाने, बिना अतार्किक सेवा बाध्यता के प्रोन्नत किए जाने की मांग लंबे समय से की जा रही लेकिन कोई गंभीरता जिम्मेदारों के द्वारा नहीं दिखाई जा रही है। इस दौरान प्रकाशचंद्र, अवनीश, अखिलेश, रामसिंगार, राहुल, नर्सिंग यादव, दिव्यांशु आदि ने कहा कि जिस प्रकार से प्राविधिक कर्मचारियों की उपेक्षा की जा रही है, वह अत्यंत चिंताजनक व निंदनीय हैं। कर्मचारी अपनी जिम्मेदारी का निर्वह्न पूरी ईमानदारी के साथ कर रहे हैं, लेकिन इसके बाद भी उपेक्षा की जा रही है। इस प्रकार की उपेक्षा कतई बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। चेतावनी देते हुए कहा गया कि अभी तो यह धरना 48 घंटे का है। यदि शीघ्र ही उनकी मांगों का निस्तारण नहीं हुआ, तो प्रांतीय संगठन के निर्देशानुसार अनिश्चिकालीन धरना दिया जाएगा।

 Vivek Yadav, who is presiding, said that the technical employees are doing unions with various kinds of difficulties, but they are not being heard anywhere.  For a long time, there is a demand to pay the arrears of the seventh pay scale, but the responsible are completely silent about it.  This is killing the rights of the employees.  Amarjeet said that the demand to increase the grade pay to Rs 4200 is also being ignored.  Due to this, the employees are facing various types of financial difficulties.  The demand for giving petrol allowance, increasing the increment, promotion without irrational service obligation is being made for a long time but no seriousness is being shown by the responsible.  During this, Prakashchandra, Avneesh, Akhilesh, Ramsingar, Rahul, Nursing Yadav, Divyanshu etc. said that the manner in which technical staff is being neglected, it is very worrying and condemnable.  The employees are discharging their responsibility with full honesty, but even after this they are being neglected.  Such neglect will absolutely not be tolerated.  Giving a warning, it was said that at present this dharna is for 48 hours.  If their demands are not resolved soon, then an indefinite dharna will be held as per the directions of the provincial organization.
