चार ब्लाक में जल्द शुरू होगा निर्माण कार्य

लगभग 2 करोड़ की लागत से बनेगें छात्रावास

शासन द्वारा मिली मंजूरी

अंबेडकरनगर। जिले के चार ब्लाक में छात्राओं के लिए मुफ्त छात्रावास मिलने की मंजूरी मिलने से छात्राओं में खुशी का माहौल है। अब छात्राओं को स्कूल के पास ही मुफ्त छात्रावास की सुविधा देने के लिए जिले के कटेहरी, जहांगीरगंज, रामनगर व भीटी के कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय की छात्राओं के लिए बड़ी खुशखबरी व राहत की खबर है। अब उन्हें कक्षा 9 से 12 तक की शिक्षा हासिल करने के लिए इधर उधर की दौड़ नहीं लगानी होगी। वे संबंधित विद्यालय परिसर या इससे सटे स्थान पर निर्मित होने वाले छात्रावास में ही रहकर किसी भी कॉलेज में कक्षा 9 से 12 तक की बेहतर शिक्षा हासिल कर सकेंगी। छात्रावास में उन्हें सभी सुविधाएं निशुल्क उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी। लगभग 2 करोड़ की लागत से निर्मित होने वाले प्रत्येक छात्रावास के निर्माण को शासन ने मंजूरी प्रदान कर दी है। भूमि की उपलब्धता के साथ हो शासन से राशि उपलब्ध हो जाएगी। संभावना है कि दिसंबर माह के अंत तक भूमि की उपलब्धता के बाद निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ हो जाएगा।

गौरतलब है कि कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय की छात्राओं को कक्षा 9 से कक्षा 12 तक की शिक्षा हासिल करने के लिए इधर उधर की भागदौड़ न करने व असानी के साथ बेहतर शिक्षा हासिल कर सकें, इसके लिए बीते दिनों ही शासन ने कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय परिसर या फिर परिसर से सटकर छात्रवास के निर्माण की घोषणा की थी। समग्र शिक्षा अभियान अन्तर्गत राज्य परियोजना के तहत जिले के जलालपुर स्थित कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय परिसर में सबसे पहले छात्रावास का निर्माण हुआ था। इसका व्यापक लाभ संबंधित विद्यालय की छात्राओं को मिला भी। बताते चलें कि कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय में कक्षा 8 तक की शिक्षा दिए जाने की व्यवस्था है। ऐसे में कक्षा 9 से कक्षा 12 तक की शिक्षा हासिल करने में छात्राओं को विभिन्न प्रकार की मुश्किलें हो रही थीं। इन्हीं समस्या को दूर करने के लिए ही छात्रावास के निर्माण को मंजूरी शासन ने दी थी।

जिले के भियांव व बेवाना में भी पूर्व में छात्रावास के निर्माण के निर्माण को शासन ने मंजूरी प्रदान की। थी।1 करोड़ 75 लाख रुपये की लागत से निर्मित होने वाले प्रत्येक छात्रावास की तुलना में बेवाना में तो निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ हो गया, लेकिन भियांव में भूमि की उपलब्धता न होने से निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ नहीं हो सका। शीघ्र ही वहां भी निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ हो जाएगा। इस बीच शासन ने बड़ा कदम उठाते हुए कटेहरी, भीटी, जहांगीरगंज व रामनगर स्थित कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय परिसर या फिर इससे सटकर छात्रावास के निर्माण को मंजूरी प्रदान की। लगभग 2 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से निर्मित होने वाले प्रत्येक छात्रावास के निर्माण के लिए भूमि की उपलब्धता के निर्देश दिए हैं। बीएसए कार्यालय के अनुसार बताया कि शासन से मंजरूरी मिलने के बाद भूमि की तलाश शुरू कर दी गई है। शीघ्र ही भूमि का चयन कर उसे शासन को भेज दिया जाएगा। इसके बाद धन उपलब्ध होते ही निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ कर दिया जाएगा। संभावना है कि दिसंबर माह के अंत तक निर्माण कार्य प्रारंभ कर दिया जाएगा। 

भूमि चयन के लिए दिए गए निर्देश।

सत्यप्रकाश मौर्य प्रभारी कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय के सत्य प्रकाश मौर्य ने बताया कि बीते दिनों राज्य परियोजना की बैठक में कटेहरी, रामनगर, भीटी व जहांगीरगंज में छात्रावास के निर्माण को शासन ने मंजूरी प्रदान की थी। भूमि के चयन का निर्देश दिया गया है। शासन की दिशा निर्देशानुसार भूमि के चयन का कार्य प्रारंभ कर दिया गया है। दिसंबर माह के अंत तक भूमि का चयन कर निर्माण प्रारंभ कर दिया जाएगा।

 Ambedkar Nagar.  There is an atmosphere of happiness among the girl students after getting approval for getting free hostels for girl students in four blocks of the district.  Now there is good news and relief for the girl students of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya of Katehri, Jahangirganj, Ramnagar and Bhiti districts in order to provide free hostel facility to the girl students near the school.  Now they will not have to run here and there to get education from class 9 to 12.  They will be able to get better education from class 9 to 12 in any college by staying in the hostel to be constructed in the respective school premises or adjacent to it.  All facilities will be provided free of cost to them in the hostel.  The government has approved the construction of each hostel to be constructed at a cost of about 2 crores.  With the availability of land, the amount will be available from the government.  It is expected that the construction work will start after the availability of land by the end of December.

 It is worth mentioning that in order to enable the girl students of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya to get education from class 9 to class 12, they do not have to run here and there and get better education with ease, so that in the past, the government has established Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya campus.  Or had announced the construction of a hostel adjacent to the campus.  Under the state project under the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, the first hostel was constructed in the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya campus located at Jalalpur in the district.  The girl students of the concerned school also got huge benefit of this.  Let us inform that there is a system of providing education up to class 8 in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya.  In such a situation, girl students were facing various kinds of difficulties in getting education from class 9 to class 12.  To overcome these problems, the government had approved the construction of the hostel.

 In the past, the government has approved the construction of hostels in Bhiyanv and Bewana of the district.  In comparison to each hostel to be constructed at a cost of Rs. 1 crore 75 lakh, construction work started in Bewana, but due to non availability of land in Bhiyan, construction work could not start.  Soon the construction work will start there too.  Meanwhile, taking a big step, the government has approved the construction of hostels located in Katehri, Bhiti, Jahangirganj and Ramnagar, Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya campus or adjacent to it.  Instructions have been given for the availability of land for the construction of each hostel to be constructed at a cost of about Rs 2 crore.  According to the BSA office, after getting the approval from the government, the search for the land has been started.  Soon the land will be selected and sent to the government.  After this the construction work will start as soon as funds become available.  It is expected that the construction work will start by the end of December.

 Satya Prakash Maurya, in-charge of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, told that the government had approved the construction of hostels in Katehri, Ramnagar, Bhiti and Jahangirganj in the state project meeting.  Instructions have been given for the selection of land.  The work of land selection has been started as per the guidelines of the government.  By the end of December, the construction of the land will be started after selecting it.
