धान खरीद में तेजी लाने के लिए बढ़ाए गए केंद्र

अम्बेडकरनगर। धान खरीद के कार्य को गति प्रदान करने के लिए शासन के निर्देश पर क्रय केंद्र पर किसानों को धान बिक्री करने में किसी भी प्रकार की मुश्किल न हो, इसके लिए शासन के निर्देश पर प्रशासन लगातार ठोस कदम उठा रहा है। न सिर्फ क्रय केंद्रों पर व्यवस्थाएं चुस्त दुरुस्त की जा रही हैं, बल्कि लगातार अधिकारियों द्वारा क्रय केंद्रों का औचक निरीक्षण कर केंद्र प्रभारियों को खरीद के कार्य में तेजी लाए जाने के लिए जरूरी दिशा निर्देश दिए जा रहे हैं। बताते चलें कि गत 1 नवंबर से जिले में 5 एजेंसियों के कुल 62 क्रय केंद्रों पर धान खरीद का कार्य

धान क्रय केन्द्र

प्रारंभ हुआ था। शुरुआती दौर में खरीद को लेकर विभिन्न केंद्रों पर व्यापक लापरवाही सामने आई थी, लेकिन बाद जिलाधिकारी सैमुअल पॉल एन के कड़े रुख पर खरीद के कार्य में तेजी आई थी। इस बीच धान खरीद में तेजी आए और ज्यादा से ज्यादा किसान सुचारु रूप से धान की बिक्री क्रय केंद्रों पर कर सकें, इसके लिए शासन के निर्देश पर जिले में 14 क्रय केंद्र बढ़ा दिए गए हैं। ऐसे में अब जिले में क्रय केंद्रों की संख्या बढ़कर 76 हो गई है। बताते चलें कि जिले में अब तक 62 क्रय केंद्र संचालित थे, लेकिन 14 बढ़ने पर अब इनकी संख्या बढ़कर 76 हो गई हैं। ऐसे में अब खाद्य विवभाग के 30, पीसीएफ के 37, यूपीएसएस के 7, मण्डी समिति के 1 व भारतीय खाद्य निगम के 1 केंद्र हो गए हैं। क्रय केंद्रों के बढ़ने से अब धान खरीद के कार्य में और भी तेजी आने की संभावना है। क्रय केंद्र बढ़ाए जाने का धान किसानों ने बढ़ चढ़कर स्वागत किया है। उनका कहना है कि इससे अब उन्हें धान बिक्री करने में और भी आसानी होगी। 758 किसानों का खरीदा गया धान। जिले में 22 नवंबर तक 758 किसानों का 2815.61 मीट्रिक टन धान की खरीद हो चुकी है। खद्य विभाग द्वारा 366 किसानों का 1412.22 एमटी, पीसीएफ द्वारा 296 किसानों का 983.930 एमटी, यूपीएसएस द्वारा 64 किसानों का 296.960 एमटी, मण्डी समिति द्वारा 25 किसानों का 99.240 एमटी व भारतीय खाद्य निगम द्वारा 7 किसानों का 23.260 एमटी धान की खरीद की।

बढ़ाए गए 14 क्रय केंद्र 

राजेश कुमार खाद्य एवं विपणन अधिकारी ने बताया कि धान खरीद में तेजी लाने के लिए जिले में 14 क्रय केंद्र बढ़ाए गए हैं। अब तक 5 एजेंसियों के 62 क्रय केंद्र थे, जो कि बढ़कर 76 हो गए हैं। सभी क्रय केंद्र प्रभारियों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि वे आने वाले किसानों का सुचारु रूप से उपज की खरीदारी करें। इसमें किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही न बरतें। 

Centers increased to expedite paddy procurement

 Ambedkar Nagar.  To give impetus to the work of procurement of paddy, on the instructions of the government, the administration is continuously taking concrete steps on the instructions of the government so that there is no difficulty in selling paddy to the farmers at the purchasing center.  Not only are the arrangements being made tight at the purchasing centers, but by conducting surprise inspections of the purchasing centers by the officers, necessary guidelines are being given to the center in-charge to expedite the work of procurement.  Let us inform that from last November, the work of procurement of paddy at a total of 62 purchase centers of 5 agencies in the district.

 Paddy Purchase Center

 was started.  In the initial phase, there was widespread negligence at various centers regarding the procurement, but later on the strict stand of the District Magistrate Samuel Paul N, the work of procurement accelerated.  In the meantime, 14 purchasing centers have been increased in the district on the instructions of the government so that more and more farmers can sell paddy smoothly at the purchasing centers.  In such a situation, now the number of purchasing centers in the district has increased to 76.  Let us inform that till now 62 purchasing centers were operating in the district, but after increasing 14, now their number has increased to 76.  In such a situation, now there are 30 centers of Food Department, 37 of PCF, 7 of UPSS, 1 of Mandi Samiti and 1 of Food Corporation of India.  With the increase of purchasing centers, now the work of paddy procurement is likely to accelerate even more.  Paddy farmers have welcomed the expansion of the purchasing center with great enthusiasm.  He says that this will now make it easier for him to sell paddy.  Paddy purchased from 758 farmers.  Till November 22, 2815.61 metric tonnes of paddy has been procured from 758 farmers in the district.  Food department procured 1412.22 MT of 366 farmers, 983.930 MT of 296 farmers by PCF, 296.960 MT of 64 farmers by UPSS, 99.240 MT of 25 farmers by Mandi Samiti and 23.260 MT of 7 farmers by Food Corporation of India.

 14 purchasing centers expanded
