UP TET की परीक्षा के लिए दिया गया निर्देश

कोविड 19 का कराया जाए पालन।

अम्बेडकरनगर। आगामी 28 नवंबर 2021 रविवार को होने वाले UP-TET 2021की परीक्षा के संबंध में जिलाधिकारी सैमुअल पॉल एन की अध्यक्षता में पुलिस अधीक्षक आलोक प्रियदर्शी की उपस्थिति में कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में तैयारी को लेकर बैठक किया गया। इस मौके पर जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि UP-TET 2021 की परीक्षा दिनांक 28 नवंबर 2021 होना सुनिश्चित हुआ है। यह परीक्षा दो पालियों में

आयोजित होगी। प्रथम पाली की परीक्षा प्रातः 10 बजे से 12:30 बजे तक प्राथमिक स्तर तथा द्वितीय पाली की परीक्षा दोपहर 2:30 बजे से 5:00 बजे तक उच्च प्राथमिक स्तर की होगी। प्रथम पाली में कुल 49 परीक्षा केंद्र तथा द्वितीय पाली में कुल 37 परीक्षा केंद्र बनाए गए है। परीक्षा को सकुशल संपन्न करने हेतु 10 सचल दल , हर सेंटर पर दो प्रवेक्षक, हर सेंटर पर एक एक स्टैटिक मजिस्ट्रेट बनाए गए हैं। बैठक के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि परीक्षा केंद्र के अंदर मोबाइल फोन या अन्य आई. टी./इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण, संयंत्र या इलेक्ट्रॉनिक घड़ी, संवाद के अन्य साधन जैसे- ब्लूटूथ ले जाना पूर्णतया वर्जित रहेगा। केंद्र पर इंटरनेट की सुविधा परीक्षा के दिन बंद रहेगी। बैठक के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि परीक्षा केंद्र पर एक दिन पहले पहुंचकर वहां अभ्यर्थियों के बैठने की व्यवस्था, स्वच्छता तथा सुरक्षा आदि की व्यवस्था की पूर्ण जानकारी प्राप्त कर ली जाए। उन्होंने कहा

कि परीक्षार्थियों को पीने के लिए स्वच्छ पेयजल की व्यवस्था, साफ सफाई की व्यवस्था आदि पहले से ही सुनिश्चित कर लिया जाए। सभी केंद्राध्यक्ष परीक्षा के संबंध में जारी हुई गाइडलाइन का पालन करें और परीक्षा नकल विहीन, निष्पक्ष एवं शुचितापुर्वक संपन्न कराएं। बैठक के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने कक्ष निरीक्षकों को निर्देशित किया कि प्रश्नपत्र खोलने की सावधानी, सीसीटीवी की व्यवस्था आदि विषयों पर विशेष ध्यान दें। जिलाधिकारी ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि पूर्व में ही व्यवस्थाओं को देख लिया जाए कि केंद्रों पर सभी कक्षाओं में सीसीटीवी कैमरा लगा है कि नहीं लगा है अगर नहीं लगा है तो उसे तत्काल लगवाया जाए। जिसे परीक्षा नकल विहीन, निष्पक्ष एवं शुचिता पूर्वक

संपन्न कराया जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि भवन में पूर्ण सफाई, बिजली एवं पेयजल की व्यवस्था होना चाहिए। साथ ही परीक्षा के समय सभी परीक्षार्थियों से कोविड-19 प्रोटोकॉल पालन अवश्य कराया जाए। बैठक के दौरान पुलिस अधीक्षक आलोक प्रियदर्शी, अपर जिलाधिकारी अशोक कुमार कनौजिया, जिला विकास अधिकारी बिरेंद्र सिंह, समस्त उपजिलाधिकारी, समस्त क्षेत्राधिकारी, सेक्टर मजिस्ट्रेट, केंद्र व्यवस्थापक , जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक ,जिला सूचना अधिकारी संतोष कुमार द्विवेदी तथा इस हेतु लगाए गए समस्त अधिकारीगण मौके पर उपस्थित रहे ।

Instructions given for the exam of UP TET

 Kovid 19 should be followed.

 Ambedkar Nagar.  In connection with the UP-TET 2021 exam to be held on Sunday, 28 November 2021, a meeting was held in the Collectorate auditorium for preparation under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Samuel Paul N in the presence of Superintendent of Police Alok Priyadarshi.  On this occasion, it was informed by the District School Inspector that the date of UP-TET 2021 exam has been confirmed to be 28 November 2021.  This exam will be conducted in two shifts. 

The first shift examination will be held at primary level from 10 am to 12:30 am and the second shift examination will be of upper primary level from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm.  A total of 49 examination centers have been set up in the first shift and 37 examination centers in the second shift.  For the successful conduct of the examination, 10 mobile teams, two invigilators at each centre, one static magistrate have been made at each centre.  During the meeting, the District Magistrate said that carrying mobile phones or other IT / electronic equipment, plant or electronic watch, other means of communication like Bluetooth will be completely prohibited inside the examination center. 

Internet facility at the center will remain closed on the day of examination.  During the meeting, the District Magistrate while giving instructions to the concerned officials said that after reaching the examination center a day before, complete information about the arrangement of the candidates, the arrangement of the seating arrangement, cleanliness and security etc. should be obtained.  He said that arrangements for clean drinking water, sanitation, etc. should be ensured in advance for the candidates to drink.  Follow the guidelines issued in relation to all the center heads examination and get the examination done without copying, fair and clean.  During the meeting, the District Magistrate directed the room invigilators to pay special attention to

the issues like caution to open the question paper, arrangement of CCTV etc.  While giving instructions to the concerned officers, the District Magistrate said that arrangements should be made in advance to see whether CCTV cameras have been installed in all the classes at the centers or not, if not, then it should be installed immediately.  Which the examination can be conducted without copying, fair and clean.  He said that there should be complete cleanliness, electricity and drinking water in the building.  Along with this, all the candidates must be made to follow the Kovid-19 protocol at the time of examination.  During the meeting, Superintendent of Police Alok Priyadarshi, Additional District Magistrate Ashok Kumar Kanojia, District Development Officer Birender Singh, all Sub-Divisional Officers, all Circle Officers, Sector Magistrates, Center Administrator, District School Inspector, District Information Officer Santosh Kumar Dwivedi and all the officers deployed for this occasion  But be present.
