प्रशासन ने लिया मामले को संज्ञान 13 लोगों पर 420 के तहत दर्ज हुआ केस।

अम्बेडकरनगर। आए दिन हो रहे धोखाधड़ी के मामले में केस दर्ज हो रहा है बावजूद उसके भी धोखाधड़ी का मामला कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है। इसी क्रम में अम्बेडकरनगर के सम्मनपुर थाना क्षेत्र के काजपुरा गांव में एक मामला सामने आया है। फर्जी तरीके से उस जमीन का बैनामा करा लिया गया जिसका मालिक लगभग 25 से 30 वर्ष से लापता है। उस जमीन का कुछ लोगों द्वारा फर्जी तरीके से बैनामा करा लेने के मामले मे न्यायालय के आदेश पर 13 लोगों के खिलाफ अकबरपुर कोतवाली मे मुकदमा पंजीकृत हुआ है। अकबरपुर कोतवाली में मुकदमा दर्ज कर पुलिस ने जांच पड़ताल शुरू कर दी है।

       गौरतलब है कि कि सम्मनपुर थाना क्षेत्र के कजपुरा निवासी दूधनाथ पिछले लगभग 25 से 30 वर्ष से लापता हैं। उनकी जमीन को पड़ोसियों ने अकबरपुर तहसील के उपनिबंधक कार्यालय मे अन्य व्यक्ति से बयान कराकर किसी अन्य को सामूहिक रूप से बैनामा कर दिया।मामला सज्ञान मे आने पर  उक्त मामले में गांव निवासी व सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता सत्यम श्रीवास्तव ने न्यायालय में इसकी शिकायत की थी। सीजेएम कोर्ट ने मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए सभी आरोपियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच करने का आदेश दिया है। अकबरपुर कोतवाली पुलिस ने सभी 13 आरोपियों पर भूमि हड़पने वाले सहखातेदारों कजपुरा गांव के रघुनाथ, सुखमंगल, दिनेश चंद्र, रमेश चंद्र, रामसहाय, मिट्ठू लाल, हरिश्चंद्र, शुद्धू, त्रिलोकी, श्रीपति, व अमरतल गांव के शिवपूजन, आज्ञाराम व विमला देवी के खिलाफ विभिन्न धाराओं 419,420,467,468,471,472व 506 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच पड़ताल की कार्यवाही शुरू कर दी है। अकबरपुर कोतवाल अमित प्रताप सिंह ने बताया कि भूमि का फर्जीवाड़ा करने वालों के विरुद्ध मुकदमा दर्ज हो चुका है। मामले की जांच पड़ताल की जा रही है, अभी तक कोई गिरफ्तारी नहीं हुई है। जल्द ही सभी को गिरफ्तार कर कोर्ट में पेश किया जाएगा।

 It is noteworthy that Dudhnath, a resident of Kajpura in Sammanpur police station area, is missing for the last 25 to 30 years.  Their land was collectively benama to someone else by making a statement from another person in the Deputy Registrar's office of Akbarpur tehsil by the neighbors. On coming to the knowledge of the matter, Satyam Srivastava, a village resident and social worker in the said case, had complained to the court.  Keeping in view the seriousness of the matter, the CJM Court has ordered an investigation by registering a case against all the accused.  Akbarpur Kotwali police has arrested all the 13 accused against land-grabbing co-workers Raghunath, Sukhmangal, Dinesh Chandra, Ramesh Chandra, Ramshay, Mittu Lal, Harishchandra, Shudhu, Triloki, Shripati, and Shivpujan of Amartal village, Adhyaram and Vimla Devi of Kajpura village.  After registering a case under various sections 419,420,467,468,471,472 and 506, investigation proceedings have been started.  Akbarpur Kotwal Amit Pratap Singh said that a case has been registered against those who forged the land.  The matter is being investigated, no arrest has been made so far.  Soon everyone will be arrested and presented in the court.
