जिले के अलग अलग क्षत्रों में एक तरफ दीपावली की धूम तो दूसरी तरफ दबंगों ने मचाया तांडव।

लगभग दो दर्जन से अधिक लोग हुए घायल चल रहा इलाज।

अम्बेडकरनगर । भीटी थाना क्षेत्र में हुईं दो पक्षों में मारपीट में कई लोग एक दर्जन से अधिक लोग घायल हो गए। सूचना पर पहुची पुलिस ने किसी तरह मामले को शांत कराया। थाना प्रभारी ने बताया कि तहरीर मिली है छानबीन की जा रही है।

बताते चलें कि दीपावली की रात में दो पक्षों में जमकर मारपीट के मामले में एक पक्ष की तहरीर पर पुलिस ने 25 लोगों पर गंभीर धारा में मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है । एक पक्ष के राजकुमार के द्वारा दिए गए तहरीर के मुताबिक चुनावी रंजिश को लेकर गांव निवासी हरकेश सिंह, दिनेश, राजेश, उपेंद्र, राकेश, हरिकुमार , रामसकल , बृजेश, विकल , शिवम, विकास, देवांश, आलोक, राजन , बृजेश निषाद,  संतोष,  राम सजीवन, माया राम,  राम प्रकाश, सुरजीत व सोनू ने चुनावी रंजिश को लेकर गोल बंद होकर जमकर मारा पीटा । मारपीट के दौरान एक पक्ष से 15 व दूसरे पक्ष से 4 लोग घायल हुए । सभी घायलों को सीएचसी भीटी में भर्ती कराया गया । जहां से हालत गंभीर होने पर जिला अस्पताल रेफर कर दिया । जिसमें से दो की हालत में सुधार न होने के चलते लखनऊ ट्रामा सेंटर रेफर कर दिया । पुलिस ने वादी राजकुमार की तहरीर पर उपरोक्त 25 लोगों के विरुद्ध एससी एसटी एक्ट, जानलेवा हमला , लूट, गाली गलौज, मारपीट व गोलबंद सहित धारा में मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है । थानाध्यक्ष संजय कुमार पाण्डेय ने बताया कि तहरीर के आधार पर मुकदमा दर्ज कर आरोपियों की तलाश की जा रही है ।

 अम्बेडकरनगर। बसखारी थाना क्षेत्र के कोतूपुर गांव में बीते गुरुवार को मोबाइल चोरी के विवाद को लेकर आधा दर्जन से अधिक हमलावरों ने एक परिवार पर जमकर मारपीट व तोड़फोड़। हमले में चार लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गये। सूचना पर पहुंची पुलिस ने घायलों को तत्काल एंबुलेंस की मदद से सीएचसी बसखारी पहुंचाया। जहां से सभी घायलों को जिला अस्पताल रेफर कर दिया गया। मौके पर एक की हालत गंभीर होने पर ट्रामा सेंटर लखनऊ रेफर किया गया। घायल के भाई के प्रार्थना पत्र पर चार नामजद तथा आधा दर्जन अज्ञात के खिलाफ बलवा, घर में घुसकर धारदार हथियार से जानलेवा हमला, गाली गलौज के आरोप में मुकदमा पंजीकृत कर पुलिस ने तीन आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया। बसखारी थाना क्षेत्र के कोतूपुर निवासी राजेश कुमार तिवारी पुत्र ज्ञानधर तिवारी के भांजे अंशु की मोबाइल बीते गुरुवार को चोरी हो गयी। जानकारी होने पर अंशु गांव के ही शंकर निषाद पुत्र पहाड़ी निषाद के घर पूछताछ करने गया तो शंकर निषाद के घरवाले भड़क उठे तथा कुछ देर बाद शंकर निषाद अपने भाई रामू निषाद तथा पिता पहाड़ी निषाद, रामचरन पुत्र राम सुमेर सहित आधा दर्जन लोगों के साथ योजनाबद्ध तरीके से लाठी डंडा, कुल्हाड़ी, फावड़ा लेकर राजेश तिवारी के घर पर हमला बोल दिया। हमले में अंशु व अंशु की मां पूनम, अवधेश तिवारी व बृजेश तिवारी गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गये। स्थानीय लोगों ने बीच-बचाव किया तो आरोपी मौके से फरार हो गये। सूचना पर पहुंची पुलिस ने चारों घायलों को तत्काल सीएचसी बसखारी पहुंचाया। जहां से सभी लोगों को जिला अस्पताल रेफर कर दिया गया। जिला अस्पताल में गंभीर हालत को देखते हुए अवधेश को ट्रामा सेंटर लखनऊ रेफर कर दिया गया। उधर बसखारी पुलिस ने दबिश देकर शंकर निषाद, रामू निषाद व पहाड़ी को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया। इस संबंध में थाना अध्यक्ष श्रीनिवास पांडेय ने बताया कि घायलों को अस्पताल भेज दिया गया है। मुकदमा पंजीकृत कर तीनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजा गया है। फरार आरोपियों की तलाश की जा रही है।

अम्बेडकरनगर। बसखारी थाना क्षेत्र के मकोईयां गांव में बीते शुक्रवार को मामूली विवाद को लेकर तीन लोगों ने मिलकर दो महिलाओं तथा एक युवती की लात घूसों व लाठी डंडे से जमकर पिटाई कर दी। पिटाई में दो महिला व युवती घायल हो गयी। घायल युवती के प्रार्थना पत्र पर तीन लोगों के खिलाफ घर में घुसकर मारपीट व धमकी के आरोप में मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया है। बसखारी थाना क्षेत्र के मकोईयां निवासी बलवंता पत्नी राम किशोर यादव तथा प्रेमलता पत्नी फूलचंद से बीते शुक्रवार को सेवाराम पुत्र रामराज से मामूली विवाद हो गया। देखते ही देखते विवाद इतना बढ़ गया कि सेवाराम व मेवालाल पुत्रगण रामराज व चंद्रभान यादव पुत्र शिवपूजन यादव ने बलवंता व प्रेमलता की जमकर पिटाई कर दी तथा मौके पर मौजूद बलवंता की पुत्री रीमा यादव ने बीच-बचाव करना चाहा तो आरोपियों ने उसकी भी पिटाई कर दी। स्थानीय लोगों ने बीच-बचाव किया तो आरोपियों ने थाने पर मुकदमा लिखाने पर जान से मारने की धमकी तक दे डाला। घायल रीमा यादव ने थाने पर पहुंचकर आरोपियों के खिलाफ नामजद प्रार्थना पत्र दिया। इस संबंध में थानाध्यक्ष श्रीनिवास पांडेय ने बताया कि मामले में तीन लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा पंजीकृत कर घायलों को मेडिकल परीक्षण के लिए भेजा गया है। जल्द ही आरोपियों के खिलाफ अग्रिम कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

 Let us inform that in the case of fierce assault between two parties on the night of Deepawali, the police has registered a case against 25 people under serious section on the complaint of one side.  According to the Tahrir given by the prince of one of the parties, the residents of the village are Harkesh Singh, Dinesh, Rajesh, Upendra, Rakesh, Harikumar, Ramskal, Brijesh, Vikal, Shivam, Vikas, Devansh, Alok, Rajan, Brijesh Nishad, Santosh.  Ram Sajeevan, Maya Ram, Ram Prakash, Surjeet and Sonu closed the rounds and beat them fiercely due to electoral rivalry.  During the fight, 15 people were injured from one side and 4 from the other side.  All the injured were admitted to CHC BT.  From where the condition became serious and was referred to the district hospital.  Out of which two were referred to Lucknow Trauma Center due to no improvement in their condition.  On the complaint of plaintiff Rajkumar, the police has registered a case against the above 25 people under sections including SC ST Act, murderous assault, robbery, abusing, assault and mobilization.  SHO Sanjay Kumar Pandey said that on the basis of Tahrir, a case is being registered and search is on for the accused.

 Ambedkar Nagar.  In Kotupur village of Baskhari police station area, on Thursday, more than half a dozen attackers thrashed and vandalized a family over the dispute of mobile theft.  Four people were seriously injured in the attack.  On information, the police immediately rushed the injured to CHC Baskhari with the help of an ambulance.  From where all the injured were referred to the district hospital.  When the condition of one was critical on the spot, Trauma Center was referred to Lucknow.  On the application of the brother of the injured, the police arrested three accused and sent them to jail after registering a case on the application of four named and half a dozen unidentified persons.  The mobile of Anshu, nephew of Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, son of Gyandhar Tiwari, resident of Kotupur in Baskhari police station area, was stolen on Thursday.  On getting information, Anshu went to inquire at the house of Shankar Nishad's son Pahari Nishad, then the family members of Shankar Nishad got angry and after some time Shankar Nishad planned with half a dozen people including his brother Ramu Nishad and father Pahari Nishad, Ramcharan's son Ram Sumer.  In a manner, attacked Rajesh Tiwari's house with sticks, axe, shovel.  Anshu and Anshu's mother Poonam, Awadhesh Tiwari and Brijesh Tiwari were seriously injured in the attack.  When local people intervened, the accused fled from the spot.  On information, the police immediately rushed the four injured to CHC Baskhari.  From where all the people were referred to the district hospital.  In view of the critical condition in the district hospital, Awadhesh was referred to Trauma Center Lucknow.  On the other hand, Baskhari police arrested Shankar Nishad, Ramu Nishad and Pahari and sent them to jail.  In this regard, Police Station President Srinivas Pandey said that the injured have been sent to the hospital.  After registering the case, all the three accused were arrested and sent to jail.  Search is on for the absconding accused.

 Ambedkar Nagar.  In Makoiyan village of Baskhari police station area, on Friday, three people together beat up two women and a young woman with kicks, bribes and sticks over a minor dispute.  Two women and a girl were injured in the beating.  On the application of the injured girl, a case has been registered against three people on charges of assault and intimidation by entering the house.  Balwanta wife Ram Kishore Yadav and Premlata wife Phoolchand, resident of Makaiyan of Baskhari police station area, had a minor dispute with Sevaram son Ramraj on Friday.  On seeing the dispute increased so much that Sevaram and Mevalal sons Ramraj and Chandrabhan Yadav son Shivpujan Yadav thrashed Balwanta and Premlata fiercely and Balwanta's daughter Reema Yadav, who was present on the spot, tried to intervene, the accused also beat her up.  Gave.  When the local people intervened, the accused even threatened to kill him if a case was registered at the police station.  Injured Reema Yadav reached the police station and gave a nominated application against the accused.  In this regard, SHO Srinivas Pandey said that after registering a case against three people in the case, the injured have been sent for medical examination.  Soon, further action will be taken against the accused.
