अम्बेडकरनगर। वर्तन व्यवसाई के पुत्र की ह्त्या कर शव तमसा नदी में फेंके जाने से पूरे शहर में सनसनी फैला दी है। दो दिन पूर्व लापता हुए व्यवसाई के पुत्र का शव बोरे में भर कर तमसा नदी से रविवार को पुलिस ने किया बरामद। अकबरपुर नगर से दो दिन पहले लापता हुए बर्तन व्यवसाई के युवा पुत्र का शव रविवार को तमसा नदी से बरामद हुआ। शव को बोरे में भरकर फेंका गया था। युवक की हत्या कर फेंके गए शव मिलने की जानकारी से नगर के व्यापारियों व अन्य नागरिकों में आक्रोश फैल गया।

उन्होंने पहले शहजादपुर चौक, फिर पुराने तहसील तिराहे पर पहुंचकर घंटों मार्ग जाम किया। आक्रोशित नागरिकों को समझाने के लिए डीएम व एसपी स्वयं मौके पर पहुंचे। उन्हें समझा बुझाकर किसी तरह शांत कराया। इससे पहले अकबरपुर कोतवाली पुलिस ने तत्परता बरतते हुए सभी चार आरोपियों को हिरासत में ले लिया था। बाद में उनके विरुद्ध विभिन्न धाराओं में केस दर्ज कर लिया गया। जानकारी के अनुसार अकबरपुर नगर के शहजादपुर निवासी बर्तन व्यवसाई संतकुमार कसौधन का 20 वर्षीय पुत्र शिवा कसौधन 11 नवंबर की रात अचानक लापता हो गया था। इसके बाद से उसका कोई सुराग नहीं लग रहा था। अगले दिन कोतवाली पुलिस को घटना की जानकारी दी गई।

गौरतलब है कि मिली तहरीर के अनुसार पुलिस ने संदिग्धों की धरपकड़ व युवक की तलाश शुरू कर दी। इसके बावजूद कोई सुराग न लगने पर 13 नवंबर को व्यापारियों एवं आसपास नागरिकों ने पुलिस कार्यालय पहुंचकर नाराजगी जताते हुए कहा कि यदि पुलिस अपनी कार्यवाही नहीं करती तो आंदोलन की चेतावनी दी थी। इस बीच पुलिस की सक्रियता के चलते परिवारीजनों द्वारा जिन चार युवकों पर आशंका जताई गई थी। पुलिस ने उन्हें हिरासत में लिया। सख्ती से पूछताछ में उन्होंने अपना अपराध कुबूल करते हुए युवक की हत्या कर दिए जाने की जानकारी दी। पुलिस ने इस पर रविवार पूर्वाह्न तमसा नदी के जौहरडीह घाट के निकट बोरे में भरकर फेंके गए युवक शिवा के शव को बरामद कर लिया। शिवा का शव मिलने की जानकारी होते ही एक तरफ जहां परिवार में कोहराम मच गया, तो वहीं नागरिकों व व्यापारियों में आक्रोश भड़क उठा। उन्होंने एकजुट होकर नगर में जगह जगह प्रदर्शन करना शुरू कर दिया। पहले शहजादपुर चौक, फिर तहसील तिराहे पर बड़ी तादाद में पुरुषों व महिलाओं ने मार्ग जाम कर दिया। स्थिति को संभालने के लिए पहले सीओ सिटी अशोक कुमार सिंह व कोतवाल अमित कुमार सिंह पहुंचे, लेकिन आक्रोशित लोगों को शांत नहीं करा पाए। नागरिकों का कहना था कि यदि पुलिस अपना काम करती तो शिवा की मौत न होती परिवारीजनों व नागरिकों का कहना था कि हत्या करने वाले लोगों को फाँसी की सजा सुनाई जाए। साथ ही जिलाधिकारी के आने तक हम यहां से नही जाएंगे।

जिसके बाद डीएम सैमुअल पॉल एन व एसपी आलोक प्रियदर्शी ने तहसील तिराहे पर पहुंच कर किसी तरह से लोगों को शांत कराया और यह आश्वासन दिया कि गुनहगारों को सजा जरूर मिलेगी। नागरिकों को समझा बुझाकर उनका आक्रोश शांत कराया। आक्रोशित नागरिक पकड़े गए आरोपियों को खुद के हवाले करने की मांग कर रहे थे। इस पर उन्हें बताया गया कि कानून के अनुसार सभी जरूरी कार्रवाई होगी। पुलिस ने इससे पहले पिता संतकुमार की तहरीर पर शहजादपुर निवासी नीलेश वर्मा, शहजादपुर निवासी यश जायसवाल, मुरादाबाद निवासी आमिर, पेवाड़ा निवासी आमिर कुरैशी के विरुद्ध केस दर्ज कर लिया। कोतवाल अमित कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि यश जायसवाल से शिवा के बीच पांच लाख रुपये के लेनदेन का विवाद चल रहा था। तहरीर के अनुसार यश जायसवाल से पैसे वापस करने की मांग की जा रही थी। इसी को लेकर यश ने साथियों के मिलकर 11 नवंबर की रात उसकी हत्या कर दी और शव को बोरे में भरकर फेंक दिया।

शव बरामद होने के बाद शहजादपुर में लगा जाम

 युवक की निर्मम हत्या के बाद रविवार सुबह जब शव मिला, तो शहजादपुर के नागरिकों में आक्रोश व्याप्त हो गया। शहजादपुर के दुकानदार अपनी अपनी दुकानें बंद कर शहजादपुर चौक पहुंच गए। नाराज व्यापारियों व नागरिकों ने आरोपियों को फांसी दिए जाने व मामले में लापरवाही बरतने वाले पुलिस कर्मियों को निलंबित करने की मांग करते हुए धरने पर बैठ गए। चौक पर धरना देकर किए गए जाम से शहजादपुर सब्जी मण्डी, शहजादपुर से मालपुर रोड की तरफ जाने वाले मार्ग पर आवागमन पूरी तरह से ठप हो गया। आकोशित नागरिक लगातार पुलिस प्रशासन के विरुद्ध नारेबाजी कर रहे थे। इसी बीच जब पुलिस शव को लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए जा रही थी, तो इसी बीच उसके साथ साथ बड़ी संख्या में नागरिक व महिलाएं भी चल दिए। शव पोस्टमार्टम हाउस पहुंच गया, जबकि पुरुष व महिलाओं ने पुराने तहसील तिराहा पहुचकर मार्ग जाम कर दिया। इससे अकबरपुर अयोध्या मार्ग, अकबरपुर टांडा मार्ग व शहजादपुर की तरफ जाने वाला मार्ग अवरुद्ध हो गया। धरने पर बैठे नागरिक व. महिलाएं लगातार आरोपियों की फांसी की सजा दिए जाने व लापरवाही बरतने वाले पुलिस कर्मियों के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्रवाई किए जाने की मांग करने लगे। उनका कहना था कि जिलाधिकारी व एसपी मौके पर आएं और कार्रवाई करें। इसके बाद ही जाम समाप्त हो सकेगा।

आननफानन में बंद होने लगी शहजादपुर की दुकानें

 युवक का शव जब शहजादपुर स्थित आवास पर पहुंचा, तो बड़ी संख्या में व्यापारी व नागरिक मौके पर एकत्र हो गए। नागरिकों व व्यापारियों के आक्रोश को देखते हुए आननफानन में दुकानें बंद होने लगीं। फटाफट दुकानों के शटर गिरने लगे। देखते ही देखते जिला मुख्याललय का प्रमुख बाजार माने जाने वाला शहजादपुर बाजार की दुकानें बंद हो गई। समूचा माहौल आक्रोशित नागरिकों व व्यापारियों के नारों से गूंज रहा था। इसी जब आक्रोशित नागरिक, महिलएं व पुरुषज्ञ मार्ग जाम करने के लिए अकबरपुर पुराने तहसील तिराहा की तरफ बढ़े, तो इन क्षेत्रों के भी दुकानदारों ने आक्रोश को देखते हुए अपनी अपनी दुकानें बंद कर दीं। हालांकि शाम होते होते पुराने तहसील तिराहा के निकट की सभी दुकानें खुल गई, जबकि शहजादपुर बाजार में भी ज्यादातर दुकानें खुल गईं ।

लगभग तीन घंटे तक आवागमन रहा प्रभावित

युवक की हत्या के बाद आक्रोशित नागरिकों व व्यापारियों द्वारा पहले शहजदापुर चौक, फिर पुराने तहसील तिराहा के निकट लगाए गए जाम के चलते जिला मुख्यालय पर यातायात व्यवस्था पूरी तरह से बेपटरी हो गई। अकबरपुर अयोध्या मार्ग, अकबरपुर टांडा मार्ग व शहजादपुर तथा नई सड़क की तरफ वाहनों की लंबी लाइन लग गई। छोटे वाहन तो किसी प्रकार से वैकल्पिक रूप से गलियों का सहारा लेते हुए आवागमन कर रहे थे। कुछ देर के इंतजार के बाद जब रास्ता साफ नहीं हो सका, तो आखिरकार बड़े वाहन एनएच से होकर आवागमन करने लगे। जाम के चलते लगभग तीन घंटे तक जाम की समस्या से अकबरपुर नगर संघर्ष करता रहा। लगभग तीन घंटे बाद जब धरना समाप्त हुआ, तो आवागमन प्रारंभ हो सका। इस बीच यातायात को सुचारु करने के लिए जिला यातायात प्रभारी शिवदीपक सिंह पुलिस टीम के साथ दौड़भाग करते रहे।

स्थिति संभालने पहुंची कई थानों की फोर्स

बीच स्थिति संभालने के लिए न सिर्फ अकबरपुर कोतवाली, बल्कि बेवाना, अहिरौली, सम्मनपुर, मालीपुर, जलालपुर समेत जिले के अन्य थानों की पुलिस मौके पर पहुंच गई। बड़ी संख्या में महिला पुलिस कर्मियों को भी तैनात कर दिया गया। इसके अलावा अकबरपुर, भीटी व टांडा सीओ ने भी जिला मुख्यालय पहुंचकर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की कमान संभाल ली।

 It is noteworthy that according to the received Tahrir, the police arrested the suspects and started searching for the youth.  Despite this, on November 13, after not getting any clue, the traders and the surrounding citizens expressed their displeasure by reaching the police office and said that if the police did not take their action, then they had warned of agitation.  Meanwhile, due to the activism of the police, the four youths who were feared by the family members.  The police took him into custody.  During strict interrogation, he confessed his crime and informed about the murder of the young man.  On this, the police recovered the body of the youth Shiva, who had been dumped in a sack near Jauhardih Ghat of Tamsa river on Sunday morning.  As soon as the information about Shiva's body was found, while there was uproar in the family, there was anger among the citizens and businessmen.  They unitedly started performing from place to place in the city.  First, a large number of men and women blocked the road at Shahzadpur Chowk, then at Tehsil Tirahe.  To handle the situation, first CO City Ashok Kumar Singh and Kotwal Amit Kumar Singh reached, but could not pacify the angry people.  Citizens said that if the police had done their job, Shiva would not have died, the family members and citizens said that those who killed should be sentenced to death.  Also, we will not leave from here till the arrival of the District Magistrate.  After which DM Samuel Paul N and SP Alok Priyadarshi reached Tehsil Tirahe and somehow pacified the people and assured that the culprits would be punished.  By quenching the citizens, their anger was pacified.  Angry citizens were demanding the handing over of the arrested accused.  On this he was told that all necessary action would be taken as per the law.  Police had earlier registered a case against Nilesh Verma, resident of Shahzadpur, Yash Jaiswal resident of Shahzadpur, Amir resident of Moradabad, Amir Qureshi, resident of Pewada, on the complaint of father Sant Kumar.  Kotwal Amit Kumar Singh told that there was a dispute going on between Yash Jaiswal and Shiva for a transaction of five lakh rupees.  According to Tahrir, a demand was being made to return the money from Yash Jaiswal.  For this, Yash, along with his companions, killed him on the night of November 11 and threw the body in a sack.

 When the body was found on Sunday morning after the brutal murder of the youth, there was outrage among the citizens of Shahzadpur.  The shopkeepers of Shahzadpur closed their shops and reached Shahzadpur Chowk.  Angry traders and citizens sat on a dharna demanding the hanging of the accused and suspension of police personnel who were negligent in the matter.  The traffic on the road going from Shahzadpur to Malpur Road, Shahzadpur Sabzi Mandi, came to a complete standstill due to the dharna at the chowk.  Angry citizens were continuously raising slogans against the police administration.  Meanwhile, when the police was going for the post-mortem with the dead body, in the meantime a large number of civilians and women also went along with them.  The dead body reached the post-mortem house, while the men and women blocked the road after reaching the old tehsil Tiraha.  Due to this, the road leading to Akbarpur-Ayodhya Marg, Akbarpur Tanda Marg and Shahzadpur was blocked.  Citizens sitting on dharna  The women started demanding the death penalty of the accused and strict action should be taken against the police personnel who were negligent.  He said that the District Magistrate and SP should come to the spot and take action.  Only then will the jam end.

 When the body of the young man reached the residence in Shahzadpur, a large number of traders and citizens gathered on the spot.  Seeing the anger of the citizens and traders, the shops started closing in a hurry.  Suddenly the shutters of the shops started falling.  Soon the shops of Shahzadpur market, which is considered to be the main market of the district headquarters, were closed.  The whole atmosphere was resonating with the slogans of angry citizens and traders.  Similarly, when angry citizens, women and men moved towards Akbarpur Old Tehsil Tiraha to block the road, the shopkeepers of these areas also closed their shops in view of the anger.  However, by the end of the evening, all the shops near the old Tehsil Tiraha were opened, while most of the shops in Shahzadpur market were also opened.

 Traffic affected for about three hours

 After the murder of the youth, the traffic system at the district headquarters was completely derailed due to the jam imposed by the angry citizens and traders first near Shahjadapur Chowk, then near the old Tehsil Tiraha.  There was a long line of vehicles towards Akbarpur Ayodhya Marg, Akbarpur Tanda Marg and Shahzadpur and New Road.  Small vehicles were traversing by taking the help of lanes alternatively in some way.  After waiting for some time, when the road could not be cleared, finally big vehicles started plying through NH.  Due to the jam, Akbarpur city struggled with the problem of jam for about three hours.  When the strike ended after about three hours, traffic could resume.  Meanwhile, District Traffic In-charge Shivdeepak Singh kept running along with the police team to smooth the traffic.

 Forces of many police stations reached to handle the situation

 After the murder of the youth, the police of other police stations of the district including Bewana, Ahiroli, Sammanpur, Malipur, Jalalpur reached the spot not only to handle the situation amidst the protest and road jam of the angry citizens and traders.  A large number of women police personnel were also deployed.  Apart from this, Akbarpur, Bhiti and Tanda COs also reached the district headquarters and took charge of the security arrangements.
