अम्बेडकरनगर। आए दिन हो रही शिकायत, नहीं हो रही कार्यवाही

 बढ़ती जा रही कोटेदारों द्वारा मनमानी। लगातार की जाती रही शिकायत।

नहीं हो रही कोई भी कार्यवाही। संबंधित अधिकारी नहीं ले रहे मामले को संज्ञान।

अम्बेडकरनगर। कोटेदारों की मनमानी दिन प्रतिदिन और बुलंद होती जा रही है। राशन कार्ड धारकों से कटौती रुकने का नाम नहीं ले रही है। वर्तमान में केंद्र सरकार व राज्य सरकार के निर्देशानुसार सभी कार्ड धारकों को निः शुक्ल राशन दिए जाने का आदेश भी हुआ है। और तो और पूरे प्रदेश में कोटेदारों को राशन वितरण करने के लिए सरकार की तरफ से भुगतान भी किया जाता है। बावजूद इसके कोटेदारों की मनमानी बंद नहीं हो रही है। इसकी शिकायत कई बार कई बार उच्च अधिकारियों से की गई लेकिन इस तरफ किसी का कोई ध्यान नहीं जा रहा है। ऐसी तमाम शिकायत के बावजूद कोटेदारों की मनमानी नहीं रुक रही हैं। 

          जानकारी के अनुसार कोटेदारों की मनमानी दिन प्रतिदिन और बुलंद होती जा रही है। राशन कार्ड धारकों से हो रही कटौती रुकने का नाम नहीं ले रही है। वर्तमान में केंद्र सरकार व राज्य सरकार के निर्देशानुसार सभी कार्ड धारकों को निः शुक्ल राशन दिए जाने का आदेश भी हुआ है। जो राशन फ्री वितरित किया जा रहा है उसमें भी प्रति यूनिट कटौती की जा रही है। इसकी शिकायतों के बावजूद भी कोटेदार के खिलाफ जांच कार्यवाही करने से विभागीय अधिकारी कतरा रहे हैं। जिससे ग्रामीणों में काफी रोष व्याप्त है। वैसे तो इस तरह की शिकायत की जाती रही है। इसी क्रम में एक शिकायत आलापुर तहसील के फतेहपुर खास गांव का है। उक्त गांव निवासी कमलेश्वर यादव बृजभान ने तहसील दिवस सहित उच्च अधिकारियों को दिए गए शिकायती पत्र में आरोप लगाया है,  कि विभागीय अधिकारियों की मिली भगत से कोटेदार द्वारा कार्ड धारकों को 2 से 5 किलो राशन कम दिया जा रहा है जिसकी शिकायत लगातार तहसील दिवस सहित उच्च अधिकारियों को दी जा रही है लेकिन विभाग द्वारा कोई जांच कार्यवाही नहीं की जा रही है जिसके चलते कोटेदार की मनमानी बढ़ती जा रही है उधर हिंदू महासंघ के तहसील अध्यक्ष मोनू मिश्रा ने भी मुख्यमंत्री को शिकायती पत्र भेजकर क्षेत्रीय अधिकारियों द्वारा कोटेदार को बचाने का आरोप लगाया है उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामीणों के खाद्यान्न में भारी कटौती की जा रही है। बावजूद इसके विभागीय अधिकारी शिकायतों को दरकिनार कर दिया उन्होंने कहा कि अगर जांच कार्यवाही नहीं की गई तो ग्रामीण आंदोलन के लिए बाध्य होंगे, उन्होंने कहा कि कोटेदार की जांच अन्य विभाग के अधिकारियों से कराए जाय उधर पूर्ति निरीक्षक आलापुर अमरदेव भास्कर ने बताया कि शिकायतकर्ता को पूरा खाद्यान्न दिलाया गया है। और शिकायतों का निस्तारण कर दिया गया है लेकिन कोटेदार के खिलाफ क्या कार्यवाही की गई इस बारे मेंं उन्होंने कुछ नहीं बताया

 Ambedkar Nagar.  The arbitrariness of the Kotedars is getting more and more loud day by day.  The deduction from ration card holders is not taking the name of stopping.  At present, as per the instructions of the Central Government and the State Government, an order has also been made to provide free ration to all the card holders.  Apart from this, payment is also made by the government for distributing ration to the Kotedars in the entire state.  Despite this, the arbitrariness of the Kotedars is not stopping.  This complaint was made many times to the higher officials but no one is paying any attention to this.  Despite all such complaints, the arbitrariness of the Kotedars is not stopping.

 According to the information, the arbitrariness of the Kotedars is becoming more and more elevated day by day.  The deduction being made from ration card holders is not taking the name of stopping.  At present, as per the instructions of the Central Government and the State Government, an order has also been made to provide free ration to all the card holders.  The ration which is being distributed free is also being cut per unit.  Despite its complaints, the departmental officers are hesitant to take investigation action against the kotedar.  Due to which there is a lot of anger among the villagers.  By the way, such complaints have been made.  In this sequence, a complaint is from Fatehpur Khas village of Alapur tehsil.  Kamleshwar Yadav Brijbhan, a resident of the said village, has alleged in the complaint letter given to the higher officials including Tehsil Diwas, that with the connivance of the departmental officers, 2 to 5 kg ration is being given less to the card holders by the Kotdar, whose complaint is continuously including Tehsil Day.  is being given to the higher officials but no investigation is being done by the department, due to which the arbitrariness of the Kotdar is increasing, while the Tehsil President of Hindu Mahasangh Monu Mishra also sent a complaint letter to the Chief Minister accusing the regional officers of saving the Kotdar.  He said that there is a huge cut in the food grains of the villagers.  Despite this, the departmental officers ignored the complaints, he said that if the investigation is not done, then the villagers will be forced to agitate, he said that the investigation of the kotedar should be done by the officers of other departments, while the supply inspector Alapur Amardev Bhaskar told that the complainant should be  All food grains have been provided.  And the complaints have been resolved but he did not tell anything about the action taken against the Kotdar.
