नव निर्मित नगर पंचायत जहांगीरगंज के भवन का निर्माण कार्य हुआ तेज

अम्बेडकरनगर। जहांगीरगंज नगर पंचायत क्षेत्र के नरियांव में नगर पंचायत के नवीन कार्यालय भवन का शिलान्यास एवं भूमि पूजन कार्यक्रम संपन्न हुआ। क्षेत्रीय विधायक अनीता कमल ने बतौर मुख्य अतिथि वैदिक मंत्रोच्चारण एवं पूजन अर्चन के साथ निर्माण कार्य का विधिवत शुभारंभ किया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता कर रहे अधिशासी अधिकारी मनोज कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि जल्द ही नगर पंचायत का संचालन अपने भवन के शुरू की जायेगी। शिलान्यास समारोह को संबोधित करते हुए विधायक श्रीमती अनीता कमल ने कहा कि सूबे के मुख्यमंत्री योगी के कुशल मार्गदर्शन में प्रदेश का चौमुखी विकास हो रहा है।

प्रदेश सरकार बिना किसी भेदभाव के प्रदेश का विकास करने में जुटी हुई है। उन्होंने बाताया कि जहांगीरगंज क्षेत्र जिले के अत्यंत ग्रामीण एवं पिछड़े क्षेत्रों के रूप में जाना जाता था। क्षेत्र के लोग दशकों से इस कस्बे को नगर पंचायत का दर्जा दिलाए जाने की निरंतर मांग कर रहे थे, लेकिन पूर्ववर्ती सरकारों एवं जनप्रतिनिधियों ने इस तरफ ध्यान नहीं दिया। उन्होंने जब क्षेत्रवासियों की इस मांग को सीएम योगी तक पहुंचाया तो सीएम ने तत्काल क्षेत्रवासियों के हित को देखते हुए आलापुर बिधानसभा में दो नगर पंचायत जहांगीरगंज व राजेसुलतानपुर कस्बे को नगर पंचायत का दर्जा प्रदान कर दिया। नगर पंचायत बनने से नगर क्षेत्र का चहुंमुखी विकास होगा एवं लोगों को नगरीय सुविधाएं भी मिलने लगेंगी।

अधिशासी अधिकारी मनोज कुमार सिंह ने नगर क्षेत्र में चल रहे विकास कार्यों एवं सुविधाओं तथा सरकार की योजनाओं के बारे में लोगों को विस्तार पूर्वक जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि 1 करोड़ 47 लाख की अनुमानित लागत से नगर पंचायत कार्यालय भवन का निर्माण होगा। कार्यदाई संस्था सीएनडीएस को 4 माह में निर्माण कार्य पूरा करना है। अभी तक नगर पंचायत का कार्यालय अस्थाई रूप से जहांगीरगंज पंचायत भवन से संचालित हो रहा है। स्थाई कार्यालय बनने के उपरांत नगर पंचायत को अपने भवन में शिफ्ट कर दिया जाएगा। पस मौके पर विधायक प्रतिनिधि अवधेश कमल, भाजपा बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ अभियान की जिला संयोजिका मीरा पांडेण्य, महेंद्र प्रताप वर्मा, भाजपा नेता चंद्रदेव सिंह, सूरज पांडेण्य, जयचंद मौर्य, सपा नेता बाल गोविंद त्रिपाठी, बसपा नेता संजय शर्मा के अलावा सीएनडीएस के स्थानिक अभियंता प्रशांत कुमार यादव उपस्थित रहें।

Ambedkar Nagar.  The foundation stone of the new office building of the Nagar Panchayat and the Bhoomi Pujan program was completed in Narianv of Jahangirganj Nagar Panchayat area.  Regional MLA Anita Kamal duly inaugurated the construction work as the chief guest with Vedic chanting and worshiping.  Executive Officer Manoj Kumar Singh, presiding over the program, said that soon the operation of Nagar Panchayat would be started from its own building.  Addressing the foundation stone laying ceremony, MLA Smt. Anita Kamal said that all-round development of the state is taking place under the able guidance of Chief Minister Yogi.

 The state government is engaged in the development of the state without any discrimination.  He told that Jahangirganj area was known as very rural and backward areas of the district.  The people of the area had been continuously demanding for the status of Nagar Panchayat for decades, but the previous governments and public representatives did not pay attention to it.  When he took this demand of the residents to CM Yogi, the CM immediately granted the status of Nagar Panchayat to two Nagar Panchayats, Jahangirganj and Rajesultanpur towns in Alapur Bidhan Sabha, keeping in view the interest of the residents.  With the formation of Nagar Panchayat, there will be all-round development of the city area and people will also start getting urban facilities.

 Executive Officer Manoj Kumar Singh gave detailed information to the people about the ongoing development works and facilities and schemes of the government in the city area.  He informed that Nagar Panchayat office building would be constructed at an estimated cost of Rs.1 crore 47 lakh.  The working organization CNDS has to complete the construction work in 4 months.  Till now the office of Nagar Panchayat is being run from Jahangirganj Panchayat Bhawan temporarily.  After becoming a permanent office, the Nagar Panchayat will be shifted to its building.  On the occasion, MLA representative Awadhesh Kamal, BJP's Beti Bachao Beti Padhao campaign's district coordinator Meera Pandey, Mahendra Pratap Verma, BJP leader Chandradev Singh, Suraj Pandey, Jaichand Maurya, SP leader Bal Govind Tripathi, BSP leader Sanjay Sharma, besides CNDS locals  Engineer Prashant Kumar Yadav was present.
