जिला प्रशासन हुआ सख्त घर-घर होगा दस्तक

अम्बेडकरनगर। कोरोना की तीसरी लहर को बढ़ता देख जिला प्रशासन पूरी तरह से सख्त हो चुका है उसने बिना मास्क के चलने वालों लोगों की चेकिंग अभियान तेज कर दिया गया है इसी क्रम में जिलाधिकारी सैमुअल पॉल एन की अध्यक्षता में कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में कोविड19 संवेदीकरण व नियंत्रण तथा कोविड रोग के लक्षणयुक्त व्यक्तियों/ नियमित टीकाकरण से छूटे बच्चों /60 वर्ष से अधिक आयु वर्ग में कोविड टीके की पहली खुराक ना प्राप्त करने वाले व्यक्तियों के चिन्हीकरण तथा सूचीबद्ध किए जाने के संबंध में बैठक आयोजित की गई।

 जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि यह कार्य  24 जनवरी से 29 जनवरी 2022 तक संचालित किया जाएगा। बैठक के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि घर घर टीम भेज कर 15 से 18 वर्ष के बच्चों को जिनको वैक्सीन नहीं लगा है उन्हें वैक्सीनेशन के लिए चिन्हित करें, साथ ही 60 वर्ष से ऊपर के व्यक्तियों जिनको वैक्सीन नहीं लगा है उन्हें वैक्सीनेशन के लिए चिन्हित प्रेरित किया जाए। नियमित टीकाकरण से छूटे 2 वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चे चिन्हित कराया जाय। सर्वेक्षण टीम के द्वारा प्रत्येक घर की दीवार पर पल्स पोलियो अभियान की तरह दिनांक अंकित किया जाएगा, सर्वेक्षण टीम के द्वारा घर-घर जाकर प्रारूप के अनुसार सूचनाओं को एकत्र किया जाएगा तथा सर्वेक्षण के पूर्ण होने पर प्रत्येक घर पर जागरूकता के लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा तैयार किया गया स्टीकर लगाया जाएगा। साथ ही  साथ यह भी निर्देश दिया गया कि जिन्हें वैक्सीन का प्रथम एवं द्वितीय डोज लग गया है उन्हें बूस्टर डोज के लिए चिन्हित किया जाए। जिनकी उम्र 60 वर्ष से अधिक हो गई है तथा जो पुरानी बीमारी से पीड़ित हैं ऐसे व्यक्तियों को प्रीकॉशन डोज लगाया जाए। जिलाधिकारी ने मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि टीम द्वारा विशेष घर घर संवेदीकरण अभियान में जिस भी घर जाएं उस घर में अवश्य देखें कि यदि कोई व्यक्ति कोविड लक्षण युक्त हो तो उसे कोविड किट उपलब्ध कराया जाए। बैठक के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि टीम घर घर जाकर प्रथम डोज से छुटे व्यक्तियों को वैक्सीनेशन के लिए चिन्हित कर ले। इस मौके पर मुख्य विकास अधिकारी घनश्याम मीणा, मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ श्रीकांत शर्मा, जिला विकास अधिकारी वीरेंद्र सिंह, जिला सूचना अधिकारी संतोष कुमार द्विवेदी तथा संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारी/ कर्मचारी मौके पर उपस्थित रहे।

 The District Magistrate said that this work would be conducted from January 24 to January 29, 2022.  During the meeting, the District Magistrate, while instructing the Chief Medical Officer, said that by sending a house-to-house team, the children of 15 to 18 years who have not been vaccinated, should be identified for vaccination, as well as persons above 60 years of age who have not been vaccinated.  They should be encouraged to be identified for vaccination.  Children below 2 years of age who have been left out of routine vaccination should be identified.  The date will be marked on the wall of each house by the survey team like pulse polio campaign, door-to-door information will be collected by the survey team as per the format and after the completion of the survey, the health department will send awareness to each house.  Prepared sticker will be applied.  Along with this, it was also instructed that those who have received the first and second doses of the vaccine should be marked for booster doses.  Precautionary doses should be applied to persons whose age is more than 60 years and who are suffering from chronic disease.  The District Magistrate directed the Chief Medical Officer that every house visited by the team in a special door-to-door sensitization campaign, it must be seen that if a person is having Kovid symptoms, then a Kovid kit should be provided to him.  During the meeting, the District Magistrate said that the team should go from house to house and mark the people left out from the first dose for vaccination.  Chief Development Officer Ghanshyam Meena, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Shrikant Sharma, District Development Officer Virendra Singh, District Information Officer Santosh Kumar Dwivedi and officers/employees of the concerned department were present on the occasion.
