कैसे रचा लूट का षडयंत्र दो आरोपी पुलिस के हत्थे चढ़े

 व्यापारी ने ही रची लूट की साजिश

बाराबंकी। बीते 1 सप्ताह पहले अयोध्या लखनऊ हाईवे पर लखनऊ के सराफा व्यापारी से हुई लूट होने की सूचना का पुलिस ने खुलासा कर दिया। पुलिस ने बतायाा कि काफी छानबीन के बाद पता चला कि जिसने लूूूट होने की सूचना दी थी वह खुद ही वादी ही लूट का नाटक रचने का मुख्य किरदार निकला। पुलिस ने सराफा व्यापारी व उसके साथी को गिरफ्तार कर करीब 70 लाख रुपये का सोना, पांच लाख की नकदी और एक कार बरामद की है। बुधवार को एसपी अनुराग वत्स ने पुलिस लाइन सभागार में आयोजित प्रेसवार्ता में बताया कि वादी ने व्यापारियों की ज्वैलरी हड़पने के लिए अपने साथी से मिलकर लूट की फर्जी कहानी गढ़ी थी। पुलिस ने बताया कि दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया गया है।

एसपी ने बताया कि लखनऊ के चौक थाना क्षेत्र के सराफा व्यापारी समीर खान ने नगर कोतवाली पुलिस को 12 जनवरी की सुबह सूचना दी गई कि 11 जनवरी की रात वह अपनी कार से अयोध्या से आभूषण बेचकर वापस आ रहा था। इसी दौरान हाईवे पर मंजीठा जाने वाले मार्ग के पास बाइक सवार दो बदमाशों ने बैग में रखे करीब 40 लाख रुपये के आभूषण व नकदी लूट ली और भाग गए।

बाराबंकी पुलिस कप्तान अनुराग वत्स ने पूरे मामले की जानकारी बुधवार को मीडिया से साझा की तो पता चला कि एक हफ्ता पहले लखनऊ निवासी आभूषण व्यवसायी समीर खान ने पुलिस में लूट की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई। समीर खान ने बाराबंकी कोतवाली नगर पुलिस को सूचना दी कि 11 जनवरी 2022 की रात में जब वह फैज़ाबाद में आभूषण बेच कर अपनी स्विफ्ट कार से वापस लखनऊ की ओर जा रहा था तो बाराबंकी में नगर कोतवाली इलाके के मंजीठा बायपास के पास उसे सशस्त्र बदमाशों ने लूट लिया। उसके अनुसार बाइक सवार दो बदमाशों ने उसे रोक मारूति स्विफ्ट कार में रखे बैग से करीब पांच लाख नकद व सत्तर लाख कीमत का सोना लूट लिया।

मीडिया को जानकारी देते एसपी बाराबंकी

सनसनीखेज लूट की वारदात की जानकारी मिलने पर एसपी अनुराग वत्स ने खुद मामले की पड़ताल में पहल की और वारदात के खुलासे तीन पुलिस टीमों का गठन कर जांच—पड़ताल में लगा दिया। एसपी ने बताया कि पुलिस टीमों ने घटना स्थल का निरीक्षण कर मौके से जो सुबूत जुटाए। मुखबिर तंत्र को सक्रिय किया और डिजिटल डेटा का विश्लेषण किया तो लूट की घटना का दावा करने वाले समीर खान पर ही शक गहराता गया। जांच में पर्याप्त साक्ष्य मिलने के बाद समीर खान और उसके सहयोगी रायबरेली निवासी अजीत यादव को गिरफ्तार किया गया। पुलिस की पूछताछ में दोनों ने वारदात फर्जी होने का गुनाह कुबूल किया और बताया कि जेवर हड़पने की नीयत से दोनों ने लूट की फर्जी कहानी तैयार की थी। दोनों अभियुक्तों के कब्जे से 05 लाख 17 हजार रुपये नगद तथा 01 किग्रा, 416 ग्राम व 09 मिलीग्राम सोना (लगभग 70 लाख रूपये कीमत) व घटना में इस्तेमाल की गई स्विफ्ट कार को बरामद किया गया।

एसपी अनुराग वत्स ने बताया कि दरअसल 70 लाख का सोना एक बड़े कारोबारी अमित सोनी और सोने के जेवर बनाने वाले कारीगर मोनीरूल इस्लाम का था। इन दोनों का सोना व जेवर को हड़पने की नीयत से समीर खान ने कारीगर अजीत यादव के साथ मिलकर फर्ज़ी लूटकांड का खाका तैयार किया था। योजना के मुताबिक समीर ने नई डिजाइन के जेवर बनवाने के लिए अमित सोनी से सोना लिया था। कारीगर मोनीरूल इस्लाम से भी कमीशन दिलाने की बात कहकर जेवर बनवाने के लिए सोने के जेवर लेकर अजीत यादव के साथ लखनऊ से फैजाबाद गया। वापसी में योजना के मुताबिक बाराबंकी हाईवे पर सोना व नगदी अजीत यादव को देकर रायबरेली भेज दिया व पुलिस को बाइक सवार दो बदमाशों द्वारा लूट की झूठी सूचना दी गयी। समीर खान की मंशा फर्जी एफआईआर के आधार पर अमित सोनी और मोनीरूल इस्लाम को गुमराह कर पूरा सोना हड़प कर जाने की थी। पुलिस की जांच में समीर के फर्जीवाड़े की परतें खुलती चली गयी। अब पुलिस ने दोनों व्यापारियों अमित सोनी तथा कारीगर मोनीरूल इस्लाम की तहरीर पर समीर व अजीत यादव के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर दोनो को जेल भेज दिया ।

 When Barabanki Police Captain Anurag Vats shared the information about the whole matter with the media on Wednesday, it was learned that a week ago, Lucknow resident jewelery businessman Sameer Khan filed a robbery report with the police.  Sameer Khan informed Barabanki Kotwali Nagar Police that on the night of 11 January 2022, when he was going back to Lucknow in his Swift car after selling jewelery in Faizabad, he was attacked by armed miscreants near Manjitha bypass of Nagar Kotwali area in Barabanki.  looted.  According to him, two bike-borne miscreants stopped him and robbed him of about five lakh cash and seventy lakh gold from the bag kept in the Maruti Swift car.

 On getting information about the sensational robbery incident, SP Anurag Vats himself took the initiative in the investigation of the matter and the revelations of the incident made three police teams and put them in the investigation.  The SP said that the police teams inspected the incident site and gathered the evidence from the spot.  When the informer system was activated and analyzed the digital data, the suspicion on Sameer Khan, who claimed the incident of robbery, deepened.  After getting sufficient evidence in the investigation, Sameer Khan and his associate Ajit Yadav, a resident of Rae Bareli were arrested.  During the interrogation of the police, both confessed to the crime of being fake and told that both of them had prepared a fake story of robbery with the intention of grabbing the jewellery.  05 lakh 17 thousand in cash and 01 kg, 416 grams and 09 mg gold (worth about Rs 70 lakh) and Swift car used in the incident were recovered from the possession of both the accused.

 SP Anurag Vats told that the gold worth 70 lakhs actually belonged to Amit Soni, a big businessman and Monirul Islam, a gold jewelry maker.  With the intention of grabbing the gold and jewelry of both of them, Sameer Khan along with artisan Ajit Yadav had prepared a blueprint for the fake robbery.  As per the plan, Sameer had taken gold from Amit Soni to get the new design jewellery.  Asking to get commission from artisan Monirul Islam, he went from Lucknow to Faizabad with Ajit Yadav with gold jewelery to get the jewelry made.  In return, according to the plan, gold and cash were sent to Ajit Yadav on Barabanki Highway and sent to Rae Bareli and the police was given false information about the robbery by two bike-borne miscreants.  Sameer Khan's intention was to mislead Amit Soni and Monirul Islam and grab the entire gold on the basis of a fake FIR.  In the investigation of the police, the layers of Sameer's fraud kept getting exposed. Now the police registered a case against Sameer and Ajit Yadav on the tahrir of both the traders Amit Soni and artisan Monirul Islam and sent both of them to jail.
