पूर्व जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष व पूर्व मंत्री की पत्नी के विरुद्ध हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज

 अम्बेडकरनगर। हत्या के आरोपों से घिरे पूर्व मंत्री व कटेहरी से सपा प्रत्याशी लालजी वर्मा की पत्नी शोभावती समेत छह लोगों पर आखिरकार पुलिस ने शनिवार को मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। इब्राहिमपुर पुलिस ने यह कार्रवाई न्यायालय के आदेश पर की है। करीब 20 महीने पहले ग्रामीणों ने पीट-पीटकर युवक की हत्या कर दी थी। मृतक के परिवार वालों ने पुलिस से न्याय की गुहार लगाई, लेकिन आरोपित के राजनीतिक पकड़ के चलते कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो सका था।

गौरतलब है कि इब्राहिमपुर थाने में करीब 20 महीने पहले 26 जून 2020 को चिनगी गांव के धर्मेंद्र वर्मा की उतरेथू बाजार में गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई थी। धर्मेंद्र, पूर्व मंत्री व कटेहरी विधायक लालजी वर्मा के करीबी माने जाते थे। धर्मेंद्र पर ताबड़तोड़ फायरिग के बाद मौके पर ही उनकी मौत होने से यहां बाजार और आसपास के लोग आक्रोशित हो उठे। गोली मारने आए तीन आरोपितों को बाजार में ही घेर लिया एवं पीट-पीटकर कर हत्या कर दी थी। हत्यारोपित अहिरौली थाने के धरमपुर गांव निवासी रितेश सिंह उर्फ डीएम भी उग्र भीड़ के गुस्से का शिकार होकर मारा गया था। मृतक रितेश सिंह उर्फ डीएम सिंह के पिता सुरेश सिंह ने थाने में तहरीर दी थी, लेकिन इनका मुकदमा नहीं लिखा गया। तत्समय उन्होंने न्यायालय का सहारा लिया। करीब 20 माह बाद न्यायालय के आदेश पर कटेहरी विधायक व सपा प्रत्याशी लालजी की पत्नी शोभावती वर्मा के साथ चिनगी के अजीत वर्मा, राम भवन, महेंद्र वर्मा, जितेंद्र वर्मा, मन्ने वर्मा, सुखीराम वर्मा और सात अज्ञात आरोपितों के खिलाफ इब्राहिमपुर पुलिस ने हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज किया है। लालजी की पत्नी शोभावती पूर्व में जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष भी रह चुकी हैं। थानाध्यक्ष इब्राहिमपुर प्रमोद सिंह ने बताया कि सभी आरोपितों पर मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया है। विवेचना के बाद आरोप पत्र प्रेषित किया जाएगा

बताते चलें कि मामला 2020 के जून महीने का है जब यहां पर तुलसीपुर ग्राम पंचायत के पूर्व प्रधान धर्मेंद्र कुमार वर्मा की 26 जून की दोपहर दिनदहाड़े गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई थी। तीन की संख्या में आए हमलावरों को लोंगो ने घेर लिया था एवं उनकी जमकर पिटाई की थी। जिसमें अहिरौली थाना क्षेत्र के धर्मपुर निवासी रितेश सिंह उर्फ डीएम की घटनास्थल पर मौत हो गई थी मौके से भाग निकले दो अन्य साथियों को भी लोगों ने पीछा करके एक को डीगुरपुर रोड पर तथा दूसरे को बहैया तालाब के पूरब धनराजी देवी महिला महाविद्यालय के पास पीट पीटकर मरणासन्न कर दिया था ।जिसमें से सुल्तानपुर अखंड नगर थाना क्षेत्र निवासी एक बदमाश की भी मौत हो गई थी। जबकि गोसाईगंज थाना क्षेत्र के पुरैनी गांव निवासी तीसरा आरोपी काफी समय तक जीवन मौत से जूझने के बाद स्वस्थ होकर जेल से छूट कर जमानत पर बाहर है। 

इस मामले में मौके पर मारे गए रितेश सिंह उर्फ डीएम के पिता सुरेश सिंह इब्राहिमपुर पुलिस को प्रार्थना पत्र देकर अपने बेटे की रंजिशन हत्या किए जाने का आरोप लगाया था। आरोपियों के खिलाफ अभियोग पंजीकृत करने की मांग की थी । अपनी मांग को लेकर वह उच्च अधिकारियों के पास भी गए थे चारों तरफ से  निराश होकर  न्यायालय की शरण ली थी। न्यायालय के आदेश के बाद पूर्व जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष शोभावती वर्मा पत्नी पूर्व मंत्री लालजी वर्मा निवासी मोहिउद्दीनपुर महेंद्र वर्मा पुत्र स्वर्गीय जिया लाल वर्मा निवासी ग्राम चिनगी धर्मेंद्र हत्याकांड के वादी मुकदमा जितेंद्र वर्मा निवासी चिनगी इब्राहिमपुर खुशीराम वर्मा पुत्र अज्ञात अजीत वर्मा पुत्र केशव वर्मा राम भवन वर्मा पुत्र सीताराम वर्मा बन्ने वर्मा पुत्र अज्ञात सहित सात अज्ञात लोगों के खिलाफ हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया गया है।

Ambedkar Nagar.  On Saturday, the police finally registered a case against six people, including Shobhavati, wife of Lalji Verma, a former minister and SP candidate from Katehri, surrounded by murder charges.  The Ibrahimpur Police has taken this action on the orders of the court.  About 20 months ago, villagers had beaten the youth to death.  The family members of the deceased appealed to the police for justice, but due to the political grip of the accused, no hearing could be held.

 It is noteworthy that Dharmendra Verma of Chingi village was shot dead in Utrethu market on 26 June 2020, about 20 months ago in Ibrahimpur police station.  Dharmendra was considered close to former minister and Katehri MLA Lalji Verma.  After firing on Dharmendra, the market and the people around here got angry due to his death on the spot.  The three accused, who came to shoot, were surrounded in the market itself and were beaten to death.  Ritesh Singh alias DM, a resident of Dharampur village of Ahiroli police station, who was accused of murder, was also killed due to the anger of the furious mob.  Suresh Singh, father of the deceased Ritesh Singh alias DM Singh, had given a complaint in the police station, but his case was not written.  At that time he took recourse to the court.  After about 20 months, on the orders of the court, Shobhavati Verma, wife of Katehari MLA and SP candidate Lalji, along with Ajit Verma, Ram Bhawan, Mahendra Verma, Jitendra Verma, Manne Verma, Sukhiram Verma and seven unknown accused of Ibrahimpur police committed murder.  lawsuit has been filed.  Lalji's wife Shobhavati has also been the District Panchayat President in the past.  Police Station Ibrahimpur Pramod Singh said that a case has been registered against all the accused.  Charge sheet will be sent after investigation

 Let us inform that the matter is of June 2020 when Dharmendra Kumar Verma, the former head of Tulsipur Gram Panchayat here, was shot dead in broad daylight on the afternoon of 26 June.  The attackers, who came in number of three, were surrounded by the people and beat them up fiercely.  In which Ritesh Singh alias DM, a resident of Dharampur of Ahiroli police station area, was killed on the spot, two other comrades who escaped from the spot were also chased by people, one on Digurpur road and the other near Dhanraji Devi Mahila Mahavidyalaya, east of Bahia pond.  He was beaten to death. Out of which a crook resident of Sultanpur Akhand Nagar police station area also died.  Whereas the third accused resident of Puraini village of Gosaiganj police station area is out on bail after recovering from life after battling death for a long time.

 In this case, Suresh Singh, father of Ritesh Singh alias DM, who was killed on the spot, had accused the Ibrahimpur police of killing his son by giving an application.  Registering a case against the accused was demanded.  He had also gone to the higher officials regarding his demand, disappointed from all sides, took refuge in the court.  After the order of the court, former district panchayat president Shobhavati Verma wife former minister Lalji Verma resident Mohiuddinpur Mahendra Verma son late Jia Lal Verma resident of village Chingi Dharmendra murder case plaintiff Jitendra Verma resident Chingi Ibrahimpur Khushiram Verma son unknown Ajit Verma son Keshav Verma Ram Bhawan Verma  A case of murder has been registered against seven unknown people including son Sitaram Verma Banne Verma son unknown.
