जिलाधिकारी व पुलिस अधीक्षक ने किया परीक्षा केंद्रों का निरीक्षण

अम्बेडकरनगर। जिलाधिकारी सैमुअल पॉल एन व पुलिस अधीक्षक अजीत कुमार सिन्हा ने जनपद में हो रहे प्रारंभिक अर्हता परीक्षा (पीईटी) 2022 के विभिन्न केंद्रों का औचक निरीक्षण किया गया। जिसमें सभी केंद्रों पर पहुँच कर सीसीटीवी की जांच की गई जिससे कि पूरी तरह से नकल विहीन परीक्षा संम्पन्न कराई जा सके।

बताते चलें कि जनपद अंबेडकर नगर में पीईटी (PET) परीक्षा को सकुशल निपटानेके लिए जिला प्रशासन ने पहले ही सारी जरूरी तैयारियां पूरी कल ली थी। बावजूद इसके जिलाधिकारी सैमुअल पॉल एन व पुलिस अधीक्षक अजीत कुमार सिंहा ने जनपद के विभिन्न केन्द्रों पर पहुँच कर जायजा लिया जिसमे प्रथम पाली की परीक्षा सकुशल शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से संपन्न हुई है। जिलाधिकारी द्वारा बीएन इंटर कॉलेज अकबरपुर, बीएनकेबी पीजी कॉलेज अकबरपुर, रमाबाई राजकीय महिला पीजी कॉलेज अकबरपुर, राजकीय विद्युत इंटर कॉलेज विद्युत नगर टांडा तथा कौमी इंटर कालेज टांडा की व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया गया। इन सभी केंद्रों पर शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से परीक्षा संम्पन्न हुई। 

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार विभिन्न केन्द्रों पर जिलाधिकारी ने कक्ष निरीक्षक को निर्देशित किया कि परीक्षा उपरांत उत्तर पुस्तिका कक्ष में ही सील कर दिया जाए। केंद्रों पर कड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था और सीसीटीवी की निगरानी के बीच परीक्षा संपन्न हुई। प्रथम पाली में निर्धारित समय प्रातः10.00 बजे से शुरू हुई। परीक्षा के मुख्य द्वार पर छात्र-छात्राओं की तलाशी के बाद ही प्रवेश मिला। इस दौरान कोविड-19 गाइड लाइन का पालन कराया गया।

जिलाधिकारी द्वारा केंद्रों पर पहुंचकर परीक्षा कक्षों का जायजा लिया गया, उन्होंने केंद्रों पर लगाए गए सीसीटीवी कैमरे एवं कंट्रोल रूम का भी जायजा लिया।जिलाधिकारी द्वारा परीक्षा नियंत्रण कक्ष में लगे सीसीटीवी एलईडी स्क्रीन के माध्यम से सभी कक्षों का गहनता से निगरानी की गई।साथ ही साथ परीक्षा कक्षों का निरीक्षण करते हुए परीक्षार्थियों से प्रश्न पत्रों के निर्धारित समय पर उपलब्ध कराये जाने के संबंध में जानकारी हासिल करते हुए कहा की वह उत्तर पुस्तिका में अपनी समुचित जानकारी अंकित करें।

Ambedkar Nagar.  District Magistrate Samuel Paul N and Superintendent of Police Ajit Kumar Sinha conducted surprise inspection of various centers of Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2022 being held in the district.  In which CCTV was checked by reaching all the centers so that completely copyless examination could be completed.

 Let us inform that for the successful disposal of PET examination in Ambedkar Nagar district, the district administration had already completed all the necessary preparations yesterday.  Despite this, District Magistrate Samuel Paul N and Superintendent of Police Ajit Kumar Singha reached various centers of the district and took stock in which the examination of the first shift has been successfully completed peacefully. 

The District Magistrate took stock of the arrangements of BN Inter College Akbarpur, BNKB PG College Akbarpur, Ramabai Government Women PG College Akbarpur, Government Electricity Inter College Vidyut Nagar Tanda and Quami Inter College Tanda.  The examination was conducted peacefully at all these centres.

 According to the information received, the District Magistrate directed the Room Inspector at various centers that after the examination, the answer sheet should be sealed in the room itself.  The examination was concluded amidst tight security arrangements and CCTV surveillance at the centres.  The scheduled time in the first shift started at 10.00 am.  Entry was obtained only after the search of the students at the main gate of the examination.  During this, the Kovid-19 guide line was followed.  The District Magistrate took stock of the examination rooms by reaching the centres, he also took stock of the CCTV cameras and control rooms installed at the centres. All the rooms were closely monitored by the District Magistrate through the CCTV LED screen installed in the examination control room.  At the same time, while inspecting the examination halls, getting information from the candidates regarding the availability of question papers on time, asked them to mark their proper information in the answer sheet.
