जिलाधिकारी द्वारा की गई समीक्षा बैठक में दी गई जानकारी

अम्बेडकरनगर। जिलाधिकारी सैमुअल पाल एन की अध्यक्षता में कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में जनपद स्तरीय अनुश्रवण समिति की समीक्षा बैठक की गई बैठक में विभिन्न बैंकों के अधिकारी तथा स्वयं सहायता समूह के प्रतिनिधियों ने हिस्सा लिया इस बैठक में विभिन्न प्रकार के ऋण के बारे में जानकारी दी गई वह इसका समुचित लाभ कैसे लिया जाए इसके बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई।

 बताते चलें कि अंबेडकर नगर जिला मुख्यालय कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में जिलाधिकारी महोदय द्वारा अवस्थापना निधि (ए.आई.एफ.) की जनपद स्तरीय अनुश्रवण समिति की समीक्षा बैठक सम्पन्न हुई। ए.आई.एफ. योजनान्तर्गत जनपद स्तरीय अनुश्रवण समिति के समीक्षा बैठक में उपाध्यक्ष/मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अम्बेडकरनगर, सदस्य संयोजक/उप कृषि निदेशक एवं सदस्य/सहायक आयुक्त एवं सहायक निबन्धक सहकारिता, डी.डी.एम. नाबार्ड तथा जिला प्रबन्धक अग्रणी बैंक (बैंक आफ बडौदा) एवं कृषक उत्पादन संगठनो तथा स्वयं सहायता समूहो के प्रतिनिधि तथा प्रगतिशील कृषक उपस्थित रहे। केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा कृषि अवस्थापना निधि की स्थापना की गयी है जो कृषि सेक्टर में पोस्ट हार्वेस्ट अवस्थापनाओं को विकसित करने के लिये है। इस निधि के अन्तर्गत वित्तीय संस्थाओ द्वारा कृषि अवस्थापना विकसित करने के लिये मध्य-दीर्घ कालीन ऋण सुविधा 02 करोड की सीमा तक 03 प्रतिशत ब्याज के छूट के साथ प्रदान की जाती है। साथ ही प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा आत्मनिर्भर कृषक समन्वित विकास योजनान्तर्गत 03 प्रतिशत अतरिक्त ब्याज उपादान प्राप्त होता है। जिससे प्रभावी ब्याज उपादान 06 प्रतिशत हो जाता है। कृषि उत्पादन संगठन (एफ.पी.ओ.) एवं युवा/कृषि उद्यमियो को भी अतरिक्त 03 प्रतिशत ब्याज उपादान राज्य सरकार द्वारा उपलब्ध कराने से युवा उद्यमी कृषि सेक्टर की तरफ आकर्षित होंगे तथा पोस्ट हार्वेस्ट अवस्थापनायें श्रृजित कर रोजगार श्रृजन के अवसर प्रदान कर सकेंगे। इस योजनान्तर्गत ई-विपणऩ प्लेटफार्म सहित आपूर्ति श्रृंखला सेवाएं, वेयर हाउस, साइलोज, पैक हाउस, कोल्ड स्टोर एवं कोल्ड चैन, प्राइमरी प्रोसेसिंग सेन्टर (मिल इत्यादि), छटाई एवं ग्रेडिंग इकाइयां एवं रैपनिंग चेम्बर (पकाई केन्द्र) इत्यादि परियोजनाओं में ब्याज उपादान प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। साथ ही आनाज (गेहूँ/धान) तथा फल एवं सब्जियां, दाले, कॉटन, गन्ना, मसाले, जूट एवं आयल सीड तथा अन्य फसलवार प्रोजक्ट प्राइमरी प्रोसेंसिंग सुविधाओं के अन्तर्गत लाया जा सकता है। इस योजना के अन्तर्गत उद्यान एवं कृषि विभाग से संचालित पूर्व योजना की डवटेलिंग भी करायी जा सकती है। उक्त योजना के आवेदन हेतु वेबसाइट http://agriinfra.dac.gov.in पर जाकर अधिक जानकारी प्राप्त करते हुए योजना का लाभ लिया जा सकता है। योजना के अन्तर्गत कृषक, कृषि उद्यमी, कृषक उत्पादक संगठन (एफ0पी0ओ0), स्वयं सहायता समूह (एस0एस0जी0) स्टार्ट-अप, पैक्स एवं अन्य समितियां सहित कृषक उत्पादन विपणन समितिया (मण्डी परिषद्) आदि आवेदन कर सकते है।

  Let us inform that the review meeting of the District Level Monitoring Committee of Infrastructure Fund (AIF) was completed by the District Magistrate in the Ambedkar Nagar District Headquarters Collectorate Auditorium.  A.I.F.  In the review meeting of the District Level Monitoring Committee under the scheme, Vice President / Chief Development Officer Ambedkar Nagar, Member Convener / Deputy Agriculture Director and Member / Assistant Commissioner and Assistant Registrar Cooperatives, D.D.M.  NABARD and District Manager, Lead Bank (Bank of Baroda) and representatives of farmer production organizations and self-help groups and progressive farmers were present.  Agriculture Infrastructure Fund has been set up by the Central Government to develop post harvest infrastructure in the agriculture sector.  Under this fund, medium-long term loan facility is provided by financial institutions to the extent of Rs 2 crore with interest subvention of 03 percent for the development of agricultural infrastructure.  Along with this, 03 percent additional interest subsidy is received by the state government under the self-reliant farmer integrated development scheme.  Due to which the effective interest subvention becomes 06 percent.  By providing additional 03 percent interest subvention to Agricultural Production Organization (FPO) and youth / agricultural entrepreneurs by the State Government, young entrepreneurs will be attracted towards the agriculture sector and by creating post harvest establishments they will be able to provide employment generation opportunities.  .  Under this scheme, supply chain services including e-marketing platform, warehousing, silos, pack houses, cold stores and cold chains, primary processing centers (mills etc.), sorting and grading units and wrapping chambers (cooking centres) etc. will receive subvention of interest.  can be done.  In addition, cereals (wheat/paddy) and fruits and vegetables, pulses, cotton, sugarcane, spices, jute and oil seeds and other crop-wise projects can be brought under primary processing facilities.  Under this scheme, dewatering of the previous scheme operated by the Horticulture and Agriculture Department can also be done.  For the application of the said scheme, the benefit of the scheme can be taken by visiting the website http://agriinfra.dac.gov.in and getting more information.  Under the scheme, farmers, agricultural entrepreneurs, Farmer Producer Organization (FPO), Self Help Group (SSG), start-up, PACS and other societies including Farmers Produce Marketing Committees (Mandi Parishad) etc. can apply.
