चिन्हित किए जाएंगे अपात्र राशन कार्ड धारक

 जांच प्रक्रिया शुरू अपात्रों को नहीं मिलेगा कोटे से राशन।

अम्बेडकरनगर।  जांच प्रकिया शुरू अपात्र राशन कार्डधारको को अब सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली योजना का लाभ नहीं मिल सकेगा। जनपद में कुल 1126 कोटे से जुड़े चार लाख एक हजार 206 राशन कार्डधारकों का सत्यापन का कार्य शुरू हो गया है। इस सत्यापन के दौरान जो अपात्र मिलेगा, उसका नाम पात्रता सूची से बाहर कर दिया जाएगा। एक माह के अंदर सत्यापन कर रिपोर्ट शासन को भेजी जानी है।

शिकायत के बाद शुरू हुई जांच

जनपद में शिकायतों का दौर कम ना होने के चलते विभाग ने जांच प्रक्रिया शुरू करने के लिए कार्रवाई तेज कर दी है जिसके तहत अपात्र राशन कार्डधारकों द्वारा कोटे की दुकान से सस्ते दर पर राशन लेने की शिकायतों पर फिर से कड़ा निर्णय हुआ है। आयुक्त खाद्य एवं रसद मार्कंडेय शाही ने सभी राशन कार्डधारकों के सत्यापन का निर्देश दिया है। कहा गया है कि 30 दिन के अंदर सत्यापन पूरा कर अपात्रों का नाम पात्रता सूची से बाहर किया जाएगा।

इसके साथ ही *सत्यापन के दौरान प्रत्येक शुक्रवार को सत्यापन अधिकारी* द्वारा रिपोर्ट जिलापूर्ति कार्यालय को उपलब्ध कराई जाए। इसी क्रम में ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में ग्राम पंचायत अधिकारी व ग्राम विकास अधिकारी तथा शहरी क्षेत्रों में नगर पंचायत व नगर पालिका के कर्मचारियों को सत्यापन की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है।

गौरतलब है कि जिले में कोटे की कुल 1126 दुकानें हैं। इनसे कुल चार लाख एक हजार 206 उपभोक्ता जुड़े हैं। इनमें तीन लाख 35 हजार 239 पात्र गृहस्थी जबकि 65 हजार 967 अंत्योदय राशन कार्डधारक हैं। जिलापूर्ति कार्यालय के अनुसार डीएम के निर्देश के बाद सत्यापन शुरू कर दिया गया है।

 *जिलापूर्ति अधिकारी* कार्यालय के अनुसार शहरी क्षेत्र में समस्त आयकर दाता, चार पहिया वाहन के मालिक, जिनके पास 100 वर्ग मीटर से अधिक क्षेत्रफल में आवासीय प्लाट, ऐसा परिवार जिनके एक सदस्य के पास शस्त्र लाइसेंस हो, उन्हें अपात्र की श्रेणी में रखते हुए पात्रता सूची से हटाया जाएगा।

इसी तरह ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में ऐसे परिवार जो आयकर दाता हों, जिनके पास चार पहिया वाहन, ट्रैक्टर, हार्वेस्टर व एसी व पांच केवीए क्षमता का जनरेटर हो, परिवार के किसी भी सदस्य के पास पांच एकड़ से अधिक सिंचित भूमि हो, ऐसे परिवार जिनके समस्त सदस्यों की कुल आय दो लाख प्रतिवर्ष से अधिक हो, परिवार के किसी भी सदस्य के पास शस्त्र लाइसेंस होगा, उन्हें भी पात्रता सूची से बाहर किया जाएगा।

 राकेश कुमार, जिलापूर्ति अधिकारी ने बताया कि जिले में राशन कार्डधारकों का* सत्यापन प्रारंभ हो गया है। एक माह के अंदर सत्यापन पूरा कर रिपोर्ट शासन को भेजी जाएगी। इस संबंध में जिम्मेदारों को सभी दिशा-निर्देश दे दिए गए हैं।

 Due to lack of round of complaints in the district, the department has expedited action to start the investigation process, under which a tough decision has been taken again on complaints of ineligible ration card holders taking ration at cheap rate from quota shop.  Commissioner Food and Logistics Markandeya Shahi has directed for verification of all ration card holders.  It has been said that after completing the verification within 30 days, the name of the ineligible will be removed from the eligibility list.

 Along with this, every Friday during the verification, the report should be made available to the District Supply Office by the Verification Officer.  In this sequence, the Gram Panchayat Officer and Village Development Officer in rural areas and the employees of Nagar Panchayat and Municipality in urban areas have been entrusted with the responsibility of verification.

 Notably, there are a total of 1126 quota shops in the district.  A total of four lakh one thousand 206 consumers are connected to them.  Of these, three lakh 35 thousand 239 are eligible households while 65 thousand 967 are Antyodaya ration card holders.  According to the District Supply Office, after the instructions of the DM, the verification has been started.

  Rakesh Kumar, District Supply Officer said that verification of ration card holders has started in the district.  The report will be sent to the government after completing the verification within a month.  All the guidelines have been given to the responsible in this regard.
