छात्राओं की दिया गया प्रशिक्षण

 अंबेडकरनगर। अकबरपुर तहसील क्षेत्र में स्थित डॉ. शिवसहाय सिंह गुरुकुल इंटरनेशनल एकेडमी में मंगलवार को नारी तू नारायणी मिशन साहसी के तहत छात्राओं को आत्मरक्षा का प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान बताया कि जूडो, कराटे व ताइकवांडो जैसी कलाओं से सभी को प्रशिक्षित होना चाहिए। इससे आत्मरक्षा की ताकत मिलेगी व एकाग्रता भी बढ़ेगी।

प्रशिक्षण लेती छात्रएं

प्रशिक्षक अखिल भारतीय विद्या परिषद के जिला संगठन मंत्री भूपेंद्र सिंह व अतुल सोनी ने डॉ. शिवसहाय सिंह गुरुकुल इंटरनेशनल एकेडमी के कक्षा आठ से कक्षा 12 तक की छात्राओं को आत्मरक्षा के लिए कई तरह की कला सिखाई। इसमें जूडो, कराटे व ताइक्वांडो आदि शामिल रहे। कहा कि आधुनिक भारत में महिला सुरक्षा

एवं रक्षा एक अहम विषय है। इसे चरितार्थ करते हुए ही पूरे प्रदेश में इस प्रकार का कार्य चलाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने छात्राओं से कहा कि आत्मरक्षा को लेकर उन्हें पूरी तरह से जागरूक होना चाहिए। प्रशिक्षक ने बताया कि छात्रायें अपने हेयर पिन, दुपट्टा, पेन, पेंसिल को विषम परिस्थितियों में हथियार बना सकती है। इस दौरान डॉ. उदयप्रताप सिंह, प्रधानाचार्य अवधेश वर्मा, निधि सिंह, अर्जुन अग्रहरि, श्रेया सिंह, हर्षिता वर्मा, साहिना परवीन व सदानंद आदि मौजूद रहे।

 Instructors, District Organization Minister of Akhil Bhartiya Vidya Parishad Bhupendra Singh and Atul Soni taught various arts for self-defense to the girl students of Dr. Shivsahai Singh Gurukul International Academy from Class VIII to Class XII.  Judo, Karate and Taekwondo etc. were included in this.  Said that women's safety in modern India

 And defense is an important topic.  With this in mind, this type of work is being carried out in the entire state.  He told the girl students that they should be fully aware about self-defense.  The instructor said that girl students can use their hair pin, scarf, pen, pencil as weapons in adverse situations.  During this Dr. Uday Pratap Singh, Principal Awadhesh Verma, Nidhi Singh, Arjun Agrahari, Shreya Singh, Harshita Verma, Sahina Parveen and Sadanand etc were present.
