अम्बेडकरनगर। ग्राम पंचायत बजदहिया पायीपुर के अवधेश कुमार उर्फ आल्हा पुत्र राधेश्याम ने क्रय केंद्र प्रभारी सुरेंद्र वर्मा को अपने 3 अन्य साथियों के साथ सांय 5 बजे धान  तौल कराने को लेकर दबाव बनाने लगे, केंद्र प्रभारी द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि क्रय नीति के मुताबिक खरीद सुबह 9 से सायं 5 बजे तक होती है। क्रय केन्द्र प्रभारी के इतना कहते ही अवदेश उर्फ आल्हा ने कहा कि कुर्मी साले आज ही तौल कराओ 1 घण्टे ,केंद्र प्रभारी द्वारा मना करने पर अपने साथियों के साथ मार कर लहूलुहान कर दिया । और सचिव कक्ष में रखे अभिलेख उठाकर फेक दिए। केंद्र प्रभारी द्वारा काउंटर में रखे पैसे भी उनके साथियों यह कहते निकाल लिया कि एफआईआर तो कराएगा जो होगा देख लेंगे। सरकारी अभिलेख फाड़ने और मारपीट करने के आरोप में मुकदमा पंजीकृत करने हेतु स्थानीय थाने में केंद्र प्रभारी नके मुकदमा लिखे जाने और माफियाओं के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई करने पे सचिव संघ के पदाधिकारियों ने खरीद बंद करने का आहवान किया है। अगले कार्य दिवस में आलाधिकारियों को कार्रवाई और मुकदमे के लिए देगे ज्ञापन।

बसखारी सम्बदाता के अनुसार धान क्रय केंद्र बसखारी प्रथम पर बिना टोकन के धान तौल करने से मना करने पर पूर्व प्रधान तथा उनके साथ आए  आधा दर्जन लोगों ने केंद्र प्रभारी की जमकर पिटाई कर दी। पिटाई से केंद्र प्रभारी घायल हो गया। घायल केंद्र प्रभारी के प्रार्थना पत्र पर पूर्व प्रधान समेत उसके आधा दर्जन साथियों के खिलाफ बलवा, लोक सेवक के काम में बांधा, डराने, धमकाने मारपीट व गाली गलौज समेत अन्य गंभीर आरोपों में मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया है। घटना के विरोध में तथा आरोपियों  के गिरफ्तारी के लिए जनपद के सभी केंद्र प्रभारियों ने एक दिन के लिए धान क्रय केंद्र बंद कर पुलिस अधीक्षक से घटना के संबंध में अवगत करा कर कड़ी कार्यवाही करने की मांग करने का निर्णय लिया है।

 विकासखंड बसखारी परिसर में साधन सहकारी समिति बसखारी प्रथम को धान क्रय केंद्र बनाया गया है। बीते शनिवार शाम को केंद्र प्रभारी सुरेन्द्र वर्मा तौल का समय खत्म होने के बाद बोरों का चट्टा लगा रहे थे। आरोप है कि पूर्व प्रधान अवधेश यादव उर्फ आल्हा यादव पुत्र राधेश्याम निवासी बजदहियां पाईपुर अपने पांच अज्ञात साथियों के साथ मौके पर पहुंचकर केंद्र प्रभारी सुरेंद्र वर्मा पर बिना टोकन के ही धान तौल करने के लिए जबरदस्ती दबाव बनाने लगे। केंद्र प्रभारी के मना करने पर प्रधान तथा उसके साथियों ने केंद्र प्रभारी पर टूट पड़े । तथा केंद्र प्रभारी को गाली गुप्ता देते हुए जमकर मारा पीटा। आरोपियों ने मौके पर कार्यालय में रखे अभिलेख को भी फाड़ डालातथा कुछ साथ उठा ले गए। घायल केंद्र प्रभारी ने अवधेश यादव तथा पांच छह अज्ञात के खिलाफ प्रार्थना पत्र दिया। केंद्र प्रभारी से मारपीट के मामले में जनपद के सभी केंद्र प्रभारियों ने रविवार को धान क्रय केंद्र बंद करने का निर्णय लिया है जिसका नतीजा रहा कि रविवार को सभी केंद्रों पर ताला लटका रहा। इस संबंध में प्रभारी निरीक्षक अश्वनी मिश्र ने बताया कि केंद्र प्रभारी के प्रार्थना पत्र पर मुकदमा पंजीकृत कर मेडिकल के लिए भेज दिया गया है। आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए दबिश दी जा रही है।

 Ambedkar Nagar.  Awadhesh Kumar alias Alha's son Radheshyam of Gram Panchayat Bajdahiya Payipur started pressurizing the purchase center in-charge Surendra Verma along with his 3 other colleagues to get the paddy weighed at 5 pm, the center in-charge was informed that according to the purchase policy, purchase at 9 am  to 5 p.m.  As soon as the purchase center in-charge said this, Awadesh alias Alha said that Kurmi Saale should be weighed today itself for 1 hour, on the refusal of the center in-charge, he along with his colleagues thrashed and bled.  And the secretary picked up the records kept in the room and threw them away.  The money kept in the counter by the center in-charge was also taken out by his colleagues saying that he will get an FIR done and see what happens.  The office bearers of the secretary union have called for stopping the purchases after the center in-charge registered a case in the local police station for registering a case on charges of tearing government records and assault and taking action against the mafia.  In the next working day, the memorandum will be given to the higher officials for action and trial.

 According to the Baskhari correspondent, the former chief and half a dozen people accompanying him beat up the center in-charge at Baskhari I, the paddy purchase center, for refusing to weigh paddy without a token.  The center in-charge was injured due to the beating.  On the application of the injured center in-charge, a case has been registered against half a dozen of his colleagues, including the former chief, on other serious charges including insurrection, intimidation, threatening, assault and abusing public servants.  In protest against the incident and for the arrest of the accused, all the center in-charges of the district have decided to close the paddy purchase centers for one day and demand strict action by informing the Superintendent of Police regarding the incident.
