दो दिवसीय मेले का हुआ आयोजन

 एनटीपीसी टाण्डा परिसर में मेले का हुआ आयोजन।

अम्बेडकरनगर। एनटीपीसी टाण्डा आवासीय परिसर स्थित महिलाओं की स्वयंसेवी संस्था गरिमा महिला मंडल द्वारा रामलीला मैदान में आयोजित दो दिवसीय शरद मेला का उद्घाटन 17 दिसम्बर, 2022 को किया गया। मेले का उद्घाटन मुख्य अतिथि क्षेत्रीय कार्यकारी निदेशक श्री प्रवीण सक्सेना एवं उत्तरा महिला मंडल की अध्यक्षा श्रीमती नीलम सक्सेना ने फीता काटकर एवं राम दरबार व श्री गणेश की प्रतिमा के समक्ष दीप प्रज्ज्वलित करके किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होनें केक काटा एवं आसमान में गुब्बारे छोड़े। इस अवसर पर श्री मिलन कुमार, मुख्य महाप्रबंधक (मानव संसाधन) उत्तरी क्षेत्र, श्री बी.सी. पलेई, परियोजना प्रमुख (टांडा), महाप्रबन्धक (मानव संसाधन) श्री एस.एन.पाणिग्राही, गरिमा महिला मंडल की अध्यक्षा श्रीमती आरती पलेई एवं परियोजना के वरिष्ठ अधिकारीगण, यूनियन एवं एसोशिएसन के पदाधिकारीगण एवं कर्मचारीगण तथा उनके परिवार के सदस्यगण एवं गरिमा महिला मंडल की वरिष्ठ पदाधिकारीगण तथा सदस्यायें उपस्थित रहे।

मेले के उद्घाटन के उपरांत नैगमिक सामाजिक दायित्व के अन्तर्गत मुख्य अतिथि महोदय द्वारा अन्य अतिथियों की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति में कम्बल का वितरण किया गया।

मेले को भव्य एवं आकर्षक रुप देने के लिए गरिमा महिला मंडल की सदस्याओं द्वारा खान-पान के अनेक स्टाॅल लगाये गये। इसके अलावा अनेक प्रतिष्ठित संस्थाओं द्वारा उपयोगी घरेलू सामग्रियो एवं हस्तशिल्प के आकर्षक स्टाॅल जैसे मोटर कंपनियाॅ, कारपेट, इंश्योरेंस कंपनियाॅ, रियल इस्टेट, बनारसी साड़ी, सुरक्षा विभाग, सी.एस.आर. अनुभाग, आर.एंड.आर. विभाग, कपड़े एवं अन्य सामानों के स्टाल भी लगाए गये। मेले में बच्चो के मनोरंजन हेतु झूलों का प्रबंध भी किया गया। मेले में नो प्लास्टिक यूज विषय पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया। मेले में सेल्फी प्वाइंट आकर्षण का केन्द्र था, जिसका लोगों ने फोटो खिचवाकर भरपूर आनन्द उठाया। मेले में मुख्य अतिथि तथा वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों एवं गरिमा महिला मंडल की पदाधिकारियों ने मेले में लगाये गये विभिन्न स्टालों का जायजा लिया।

गरिमा महिला मंडल की सदस्याएं बड़ी ही सक्रियता से अध्यक्षा श्रीमती आरती पलेई के कुशल मार्गदर्शन में महिलाओं के लिए प्रौढ़ शिक्षा कार्यक्रम एवं नन्हे मुन्ने बच्चों के समुचित विकास के लिए ब्लूमिंग बड्स प्ले स्कूल का संचालन कर रही हैं। एन.एफ.एन दिव्यांग पुनर्वास केन्द्र में दिव्यांगों के लिए कागज से बैग बनाने तथा सिलाई प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र की महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार हेतु कपड़े से बैग बनाने में अहम भूमिका निभा रही हैं। गरिमा महिला मंडल के सामाजिक कार्यो के साथ साथ एनटीपीसी टाण्डा के नैगमिक सामाजिक दायित्व के अन्तर्गत चल रहे प्रेरणा सेनेटरी नैपकिन प्रोजेक्ट से आसपास की ग्रामीण महिलाएं लाभांवित हो रही हैं।

मेले में लखनऊ से आयी रुद्र कला अकादमी के कलाकारों द्वारा सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। दूसरे दिन मेले का विशेष आकर्षण रहा हाऊजी खेल जिसमे लोगों ने बढ़-चढ़ कर भाग लिया और इनाम भी जीता। इसी अवसर पर आवासीय परिसर के बच्चों द्वारा भी सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। मेले के अंत में लकी ड्राॅ निकाला गया तथा उसके विजेताओं को पुरस्कृत किया गया।

The fair was organized in NTPC Tanda campus.

 Ambedkar Nagar.  The two-day Sharad Mela organized at Ramlila Maidan by Garima Mahila Mandal, a women's voluntary organization located at NTPC Tanda residential complex, was inaugurated on December 17, 2022.  The fair was inaugurated by Chief Guest, Regional Executive Director Mr. Praveen Saxena and President of Uttara Mahila Mandal, Mrs. Neelam Saxena by cutting the ribbon and lighting the lamp in front of the idol of Ram Darbar and Shri Ganesh.  On this occasion, he cut a cake and released balloons in the sky.  On this occasion Mr. Milan Kumar, CGM (HR) Northern Zone, Mr. B.C.  Palei, Project Head (Tanda), General Manager (HR) Mr. S.N.Panigrahi, President of Garima Mahila Mandal Mrs. Aarti Palei and senior officials of the project, office bearers and employees of unions and associations and their family members and Garima Mahila Mandal  Senior officers and members were present.

 After the inauguration of the fair, under the corporate social responsibility, blankets were distributed by the chief guest in the dignified presence of other guests.

To give grand and attractive look to the fair, many food stalls were set up by the members of Garima Mahila Mandal.  Apart from this, attractive stalls of useful household items and handicrafts by many prestigious organizations such as Motor Companies, Carpet, Insurance Companies, Real Estate, Banarasi Saree, Security Department, C.S.R.  Section, R.&R.  Stalls of department, clothes and other goods were also set up.  Swings were also arranged for the entertainment of the children in the fair.  Special attention was paid to the theme of no plastic use in the fair.  Selfie point was the center of attraction in the fair, people took great pleasure in getting their photos clicked.  In the fair, the chief guest and senior officers and office bearers of Garima Mahila Mandal inspected the various stalls set up in the fair.

 The members of Garima Mahila Mandal are actively running the Blooming Buds Play School for the proper development of young children and adult education program for women under the able guidance of President Mrs. Aarti Palei.  NFN is playing an important role in making paper bags for disabled people in Divyang Rehabilitation Center and cloth bags for self-employment for women of Sewing Training Center.  Along with the social work of Garima Mahila Mandal, rural women of nearby villages are being benefitted by the Prerna Sanitary Napkin Project, which is being run under Corporate Social Responsibility of NTPC Tanda.

 A cultural program was organized in the fair by the artists of Rudra Kala Academy from Lucknow.  The special attraction of the fair on the second day was the Houji game in which people participated enthusiastically and won prizes.  On this occasion, a cultural program was also organized by the children of the residential complex.  At the end of the fair, a lucky draw was conducted and its winners were awarded.
