66 महिलाओं को दिया गया प्रशिक्षण

 एनटीपीसी-टांडा द्वारा दिया गया झूमर मेकिंग एवं टेराकोटा प्रशिक्षण।

अम्बेडकरनगर। एनटीपीसी टांडा अपने सामाजिक दायित्वों का निर्वहन समय समय करते हुए लोगों को अनेक प्रकार के योजनाओं के बारे में प्रशिक्षण देता है। इसी क्रम में आज गुरुवार को सामुदायिक विकास कार्यक्रम के अन्तर्गत परियोजना प्रभावित गाॅवों की महिलाओं के लिए आयोजित एक माह हेतु ‘झूमर मेकिंग एवं टेराकोटा प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम’ का समापन समारोहपूर्वक किया गया। 

गौरतलब है कि प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन शांति निकेतन जन सेवा समिति, वाराणसी के सहयोग से किया गया। जिसमें नारी सशक्तिकरण कार्यक्रम के तहत महिलाओं को ‘झूमर मेकिंग एवं टेराकोटा प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम’ के माध्यम से आमदनी बढ़ाने के संबंध में समुचित प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। मखदूम नगर ग्राम के पंचायत भवन में झूमर मेकिंग का प्रशिक्षण दिया गया, जिसमें आसपास गाॅव की 36 महिलाओं ने प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया तथा शरीफपुर गाॅव के अंबेडकर हाॅल में टेराकोटा का प्रशिक्षण दिया गया, जिसमें आसपास गाॅव की 30 महिलाओं ने प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया।

बताते चलें कि एनटीपीसी टांडा परियोजना के मुख्य महाप्रबंधक श्री बी.सी.पलेई ने ‘झूमर मेकिंग एवं टेराकोटा‘ प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के समापन के अवसर पर महिलाओं कहा कि एनटीपीसीे टांडा द्वारा परियोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्र की महिलाओं को स्वावलंबी बनाने के लिए विविध प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाते रहे हैं। इसी क्रम में परियोजना प्रभावित गाॅंव महिलाओं का स्वयं सहायता समूह बनाकर ‘झूमर मेकिंग एवं टेराकोटा प्रशिक्षण’ दिलाया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम से महिलाओं के ज्ञान में बढ़ोत्तरी के साथ रोजगार के नए अवसर सृजित होगें। यह प्रशिक्षण महिलाओं के लिए आत्मनिर्भरता का मार्ग प्रशस्त करेगा। उन्होंने सफलतापूर्वक प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने के लिए महिलाओं को अपनी शुभकामनाएं दीं तथा सभी प्रशिक्षकों को धन्यवाद दिया। उन्होनें कहा की भविष्य में ऐसे कार्यक्रम चलाए जाते रहेगें जिससे आने वाले समय में आसपास के लोगो को रोजगार के नए अवसर मिलेगें। एनटीपीसी-टांडा आसपास के गाॅव के विकास के लिए सदैव दृढ़संकल्पित है।

इस अवसर पर महाप्रबंधक (मा0सं0) श्री एस.एन. पाणिग्राही ने भी अपने संबोधन में स्वयं सहायता समूह की महिलाओं का हौसला बढ़ाया तथा कार्यक्रम के सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न होने पर अपनी शुभकामनाएं दी। उन्होंने इस अवसर पर एनटीपीसी-टांडा द्वारा अपने नैगमिक सामाजिक दायित्व-सामुदायिक विकास योजना के तहत आसपास के गॉवों के विकास के लिए विविध कार्यक्रमों की चर्चा की।

कार्यक्रम में शांति निकेतन जन सेवा समिति, वाराणसी के प्रशिक्षक ने एनटीपीसी टांडा द्वारा आसपास के महिलाओं की आर्थिक उन्नति के लिए की गई इस नेक पहल की सराहना की। उन्होनें प्रशिक्षण के दौरान ‘झूमर मेकिंग एवं टेराकोटा‘ के तकनीकों के बारे में बहुमूल्य जानकारी सांझा की। उन्होनें कहा कि एनटीपीसी एक ऐसी संस्था है जो महिलाओं को स्वावलंबी बनाने के लिए जमीनी स्तर पर पूरी निष्ठा के साथ काम कर रही है।

प्रशिक्षण में सम्मिलित प्रतिभागियों ने रोजगार सृजित करने के उद्देश्य से आयोजित इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के लिए एनटीपीसी टांडा प्रबंधन के प्रति आभार प्रकट किया। प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का संचालन एनटीपीसी टांडा के वरि0 प्रबंधक (आरएंडआर) श्री एस.एन.पाण्डेय एवं आशुतोष कुमार द्वारा किया गया।

Chandelier making and terracotta training by NTPC-Tanda.

 Ambedkar Nagar.  NTPC Tanda, while discharging its social responsibilities, trains people about various schemes from time to time.  In this sequence, a month-long 'chandelier making and terracotta training program' organized for the women of the project-affected villages, under the community development program, was ceremoniously concluded on Thursday.

 It is noteworthy that the training program was organized in collaboration with Shanti Niketan Jan Seva Samiti, Varanasi.  In which women were given proper training in relation to increasing income through 'Chandelier Making and Terracotta Training Program' under the Women Empowerment Program.  Chander making training was given in Panchayat Bhawan of Makhdoom Nagar village, in which 36 women from nearby villages received training and terracotta training was given in Ambedkar Hall of Sharifpur village, in which 30 women from nearby villages received training.

 Let us tell that on the occasion of the conclusion of the 'Chandelier Making and Terracotta' training program, the Chief General Manager of NTPC Tanda Project Shri B.C.Palei said that various training programs have been organized by NTPC Tanda to make the women of the project affected area self-reliant.  Have been going  In this sequence, self-help groups of project-affected village women were formed and imparted 'chandelier making and terracotta training'.  This training program will increase the knowledge of women and new employment opportunities will be created.  This training will pave the way for self-reliance for women.  He extended his best wishes to the ladies for successfully training and thanked all the trainers.  He said that such programs will continue to be run in the future so that the people around will get new employment opportunities in the coming times.  NTPC-Tanda is always determined for the development of the surrounding villages.

 On this occasion, General Manager (Honours) Mr. S.N.  Panigrahi also encouraged the women of the self-help group in his address and extended his best wishes for the successful completion of the programme.  On this occasion, he discussed various programs for the development of nearby villages by NTPC-Tanda under its Corporate Social Responsibility-Community Development Scheme.

 In the programme, the coach of Shanti Niketan Jan Seva Samiti, Varanasi appreciated this noble initiative taken by NTPC Tanda for the economic upliftment of the surrounding women.  He shared valuable information about the techniques of 'Chandelier Making and Terracotta' during the training.  He said that NTPC is one such organization which is working with full devotion at the grass root level to make women self-reliant.

 The participants involved in the training expressed their gratitude to the NTPC Tanda management for this training program organized with the aim of creating employment.  The training program was conducted by Mr. SN Pandey and Mr. Ashutosh Kumar, Senior Manager (R&R) of NTPC Tanda.
