आखिर क्यों नहीं हो रही है कार्यवाही

नौनिहालों की जिंदगी से हो रहा खिलवाड़।

अम्बेडकरनगर। आखिर कब तक अप्रशिक्षित डॉक्टरों के सहारे नौनिहालों की जिंदगी से खिलवाड़ होता रहेगा आखिर इसका जिम्मेदार कौन है मालूम हो कि जनपद के इलाकों में बगैर पंजीयन अप्रशिक्षित डॉक्टरों के सहारे कई ऐसे अस्पताल व चाइल्ड केयर सेंटरों की बाढ़ सी आ गई है, लेकिन इस तरफ आला अधिकारी व स्वास्थ्य महकमा कार्यवाही तो दूर उस तरफ देखना भी मुनासिब नहीं समझता जिसकी वजह से आए दिन जच्चा बच्चा के ऊपर मौत का खतरा बढ़ता ही जा रहा है। इन सब केयर सेंटरों की मनमानी के चलते एनआईसीयू के नाम पर लोगों को अपनी जेब ढीली करनी पड़ रही है।

गौरतलब है कि बीते तीन जनवरी को जहांगीरगंज थाना क्षेत्र में अप्रशिक्षित चिकित्सक द्वारा एक नौनिहाल की जान ले ली गई। मामला पुलिस तक पहुंचा लेकिन मामले को रफा-दफा कर दिया गया, शिकायत के बाद भी स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम पूरी तरह से मौन साधे हैं। सवाल यह उठता है कि आखिर कब तक अप्रशिक्षित डॉक्टरों के सहारे नौनिहालों की जिंदगी से खिलवाड़ होता रहेगा आखिर इसका जिम्मेदार कौन है मालूम हो कि नगर पंचायत जहांगीरगंज व आसपास के इलाकों में बगैर पंजीयन अप्रशिक्षित डॉक्टरों के सहारे अस्पताल व चाइल्ड केयर सेंटरों की बाढ़ सी आ गई है स्वास्थ्य महकमा इन चाइल्ड केयर सेंटरों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही तो दूर उस तरफ देखना भी मुनासिब नहीं समझता एनआईसीयू के नाम पर इन सेंटरों पर लोगों को अपनी जेब ढीली करनी पड़ रही है।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग साधे हुए हैं मौन।

सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि बाकायदा बोर्ड लगाकर ऐसे सेंटर संचालित किए जा रहे हैं। तमाम शिकायतों के बावजूद भी स्वास्थ्य महकमा की कुलकर्णी नीद लेने का नाम नहीं ले रही है जिसके चलते जहां नवजात शिशु की जिंदगी के साथ खिलवाड़ हो रहा है वहीं पर स्वास्थ्य महकमा के कार्य शैली पर भी प्रश्न लग रहा है। ऐसा नहीं है कि इन सब मामलों से स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारी अनभिज्ञ हैं सब जानते हुए भी पूरी तरह से मौन साधे हुए हैं गत दिवस क्षेत्र के तमाम लोगों ने इसकी शिकायत भी किया गया था, लेकिन स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा मामले को दबादिया गया साथ ही अपने आप में सारे सवालों का उत्तर समाहित कर रहा है यही नहीं इन चाइल्ड केयर सेंटरों के संचालको  के ऊपर सफेदपोशों का छत्रछाया भी बनी रहती है क्षेत्र के प्रशांत कुमार, जितेंद्र, सत्य प्रकाश आदि लोगों ने इसके खिलाफ मुहिम चलाए जाने की मांग की है उन्होंने कहा कि इनके संचालन से जहां नौनिहालों का जान का खतरा बढ़ जाता है वही जच्चा बच्चा के सुरक्षा के नाम पर भारी-भरकम रकम भी खर्च करना पड़ता है। जब इनके पास कोई सुविधाएं नहीं है और ना ही एनआईसीयू का कोई मानक है इस बाबत सीएससी प्रभारी डॉक्टर उदय चन्द यादव ने बताया कि मामला संज्ञान में आने पर जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

It is known that there is a flood of hospitals and child care centers in Nagar Panchayat Jahangirganj and surrounding areas with the help of untrained doctors without registration.  The health department has gone to take action against these child care centers, it does not even consider it appropriate to look at that side. In the name of NICU, people have to loose their pockets on these centers.
