प्रशासन व स्वास्थ्य विभाग नहीं ले रहा संज्ञान

अम्बेडकरनगर। जहांगीरगंज थाना क्षेत्र में आखिर कब रूकेगी चिकित्सक की मनमानी सब जानकर भी अधिकारी नहीं दे रहे हैं ध्यान अधिकारियों की अनदेखी आम जनमानस पर भारी पड़ती दिख रही है शिकायतों को भी संज्ञान में नहीं ले रहे संज्ञान। बिभागीय अधिकारी  आलापुर तहसील की स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं बद से बदतर होती जा रही है जिससे शासन की मंशा तार-तार होती नजर आ रही हैं।

पीएचसी पर फैली अव्यवस्था

बताते चलें कि शुक्रवार को प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र नरियांव का निरीक्षण किया तो वहां की हकीकत स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों के कार्यशैली पर प्रश्न लगाता दिखाई दे रहा है पीएचसी पर पहुंचने पर फार्मासिस्ट इंद्राज यादव स्टॉक रूम में बैठकर इक्का-दुक्का मरीजों का इलाज कर रहे थे चिकित्सक रंजीत चंदा नहीं आए थे वहां पर सुरेश कुमार मनोज रंजीत आदि लोग अस्पताल परिसर मे टहल रहे थे, चिकित्सक का इंतजार कर रहे थे कुछ लोगों ने बताया कि काफी देर से इंतजार कर रहे हैं अब वापस जाना पड़ रहा है सुरेश कुमार ने बताया कि सोमवार को भी हम आए थे चिकित्सक के इंतजार में वापस जाना पड़ा था, और दूसरी जगह से दवा लेकर घर चले गए थे आज भी वही हाल है प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र नरियांव पर कभी डेढ से 200 तक ओपीडी हुआ करते थे

स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र नारियव पर में फैली गंदगी

आज हालात या है कि 10 मरीज भी नहीं पहुंचते स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों अनदेखी के कारण आज प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र नरियांव अपने अस्तित्व के लिए लड़ रहा है तमाम शिकायतें हुई लेकिन कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हो सकी जिसका परिणाम है कि उक्त स्वास्थ्य केंद्र अपनी दुर्दशा पर ही आंसू बहा रहा है। अस्पताल परिसर में जगह जगह गंदगी का अंबार लगा है जहां से दुर्गंध आने के कारण संक्रामक बीमारी फैलने का भी खतरा बना हुआ है बताया जाता है कि यहां पर स्वीपर सुरेश कुमार की तैनाती कुछ दिन पूर्व हुई थी लेकिन सुरेश कुमार प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र  पर कभी कभार ही दिखाई देते हैं जिसके कारण यहां के सफाई व्यवस्था पूरी तरह से ध्वस्त है इस बाबत सीएचसी प्रभारी डॉक्टर उदय चंद यादव ने बताया कि मामला संज्ञान में नहीं है शिकायत मिलने पर जांच कर कार्यवाही की जाएग।

 Let us inform that on Friday, when the primary health center Nariaon was inspected, the reality there seems to be questioning the working style of the officials of the health department. On reaching the PHC, Pharmacist Indraj Yadav was treating a few patients sitting in the stock room.  Ranjit Chanda did not come there, while Suresh Kumar, Manoj, Ranjit etc. people were walking in the hospital premises, waiting for the doctor. Some people told that they have been waiting for a long time, now they have to go back.  We also had to go back to wait for the doctor, and went home after taking medicine from another place, even today the situation is the same. There used to be one and a half to 200 OPDs at Primary Health Center Nariaon, but today the situation is that 10 patients  Health department officials do not even reach today due to negligence Primary Health Center Nariaon is fighting for its existence many complaints were made but no action could be taken as a result of which the said health center is shedding tears on its own plight.  There is a lot of filth in the hospital premises, from where there is a danger of spreading infectious diseases due to foul smell. It is said that the sweeper Suresh Kumar was posted here a few days ago, but Suresh Kumar at the Primary Health Center sometimes  Due to which the cleanliness system here is completely destroyed, CHC in-charge Dr. Uday Chand Yadav told that the matter is not in the cognizance, action will be taken after investigation after receiving the complaint.
