अम्बेडकरनगर। ई श्रम पंजीकरण के लिए की गई अधिकारियों की बैठक

अम्बेडकरनगर। जिलाधिकारी महोदय के निर्देश पर मुख्य विकास अधिकारी महोदय की अध्यक्षता में ई-श्रम पोर्टल पर असंगठित क्षेत्र में कार्य करने वाले कामगारों के पंजीकरण के सम्बन्ध में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी सभागार में एक बैठक जनपद के विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति में सम्पन्न करायी गयी। बैठक में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी महोदय द्वारा जिलास्तरीय, विकास विभाग के अधिकारियों, स्थनीय निकाय के अधिकारियों तथा नियोजकों को निर्देश दिया गया कि जनपद अम्बेडकरनगर के निर्धारित लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति दिनांक-31.12.2021 के पूर्व शत-प्रतिशत पूर्ण करा लिये जायें। श्रम प्रवर्तन अधिकारी द्वारा ई-श्रम पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण हेतु अवगत कराया गया कि असंगठित क्षेत्र में कार्य करने वाले कामगारों के पंजीकरण की व्यवस्था सरकार जन सुविधा केन्द्रों के माध्यम से अथवा बोर्ड के पोर्टल www.eshram.gov.in पर श्रमिक अपना स्वयं निःशुल्क पंजीकरण कर सरकार द्वारा दी जानी वाली योजनाओं यथा-02 लाख रूपये का दुर्घटना बीमा योजना तथा 05 लाख रूपये तक का कैशलेस इलाज का लाभ ले सकता है। इसके अन्तर्गत धोबी, दर्जी, माली, मोची, नाई, बुनकर, कोरी, जुलाहा, रिक्शा चालक, घरेलू कर्मकार, कूड़ा बीनने वाले, हाथ ठेला चलाने वाला, फुटकर सब्जी, फल-फूल विक्रेता, चाय, चाट, ठेला लगाने वाले, फुटपाथ व्यापारी, हमाल, कुली, जनरेटर/लाईट उठाने वाले, केटरिंग में कार्य करने वाले, फेरी लगाने वाले, मोटर साइकिल/साइकिल मरम्मत करने वाले, गैरेज कर्मकार, परिवहन में लगे कर्मकार, आटो चालक, सफाई कामगार, ढोल/बाजा बजाने वाले, टेन्ट हाउस में काम करने वाले, मछुवारा, तांगा/बैलगाड़ी चलाने वाले, अगरबत्ती (कुटीर उद्योग) बनाने वाले कर्मकार, गाड़ीवान, घरेलू उद्योग में लगे मजदूर, भड़भूजे (मुर्रा चना फोड़ने वाले), पशुपालन, मत्स्य पालन, मुर्गी, बतख पालन में लगे कर्मकार, दुकानो में काम करने वाले ऐसे मजदूर (जो ई0पी0एफ0 व ई0एस0आई0 से आवर्त न हो), खेतिहर कर्मकार, चरवाहा, दूध दूहने वाले, नाव चलाने वाला, नट-नटनी, रसोईया, हड्डी बीनने वाले, समाचार-पत्र बांटने वाले, ठेका मजदूर (ई0पी0एफ0 व ई0एस0आई0 धारक को छोड़कर), खड्डी पर कार्य करने वाले (सूतर, रंगाई, कताई, धुलाई आदि), दरी, कम्बल, जरी, जरदौजी, चिकन कार्य, मीटशाप व पोल्ट्री फार्म पर कार्य करने वाले, डेयरी पर कार्य करने वाले श्रमिक, कांच की चूड़ी एवं अन्य कांच उत्पादों में स्वरोजगार कार्य करने वाले कर्मकार आदि श्रमिक पंजीकरण कराने हेतु पात्र हैं।

Ambedkar Nagar.  On the instructions of the District Magistrate, under the chairmanship of the Chief Development Officer, a meeting was held in the Chief Development Officer auditorium in the presence of officers of various departments of the district regarding the registration of workers working in the unorganized sector on the e-shram portal www.eshram.gov.in. In the meeting, instructions were given by the Chief Development Officer to the district level, officers of the development department, local body officials and planners that the achievement of the set target of Ambedkar Nagar district should be completed before 31.12.2021.  For registration on the e-shram portal, the Labor Enforcement Officer was informed that the arrangement for registration of workers working in the unorganized sector would be given by the government through public convenience centers or by registering themselves free of cost on the board's portal.  One can take advantage of schemes such as accident insurance scheme of Rs.02 lakh and cashless treatment up to Rs.05 lakh.  It includes washermen, tailors, gardeners, cobblers, barbers, weavers, kori, weavers, rickshaw pullers, domestic workers, rag pickers, hand carts, retail vegetables, fruit-flower sellers, tea, chaat, handcarts, footpaths.  Trader, Hamal, Porter, Generator/Light Lifter, Catering Worker, Farrier, Motorcycle/Bicycle Repairer, Garage Worker, Transport Worker, Auto Driver, Cleaning Worker, Drum/Banjar,  Tent house workers, fishermen, tonga/bull cart workers, incense sticks (cottage industry) workers, caravans, laborers engaged in domestic industry, bhubhuje (chickpea pluckers), animal husbandry, fisheries, poultry, duck rearing  Workers engaged in shops, workers (not covered by EPF and ESI), agricultural workers, shepherds, milkers, boatmen, nut-nuts, cooks, bone pickers, newspaper distributors,  Contract workers (except EPF and ESI holders), pit workers (yarn, dyeing, spinning, washing etc.), durries, blankets, zari, zardozi, chicken work, meat shops and poultry farms  Workers, workers working on dairy, self-employed workers in glass bangles and other glass products, etc., are eligible for registration.
