मामूली कहासुनी में 55 वर्षीय बुजुर्ग की मौत मचा हड़कंप

मारपीट में बृद्ध की मौत बाजार में अफरा तफरी का माहौल

अम्बेडकरनगर। मामूली कहासुनी एवं धक्का-मुक्की में एक 55 वर्षीय बुजुर्ग की मौत हो गई। घटना इब्राहिमपुर थाना क्षेत्र के इल्तिफ़ातगंज में दुकानदार की पिटाई  से एक 45 वृद्ध की मौत हो गई। घटना से गुस्साए उसके परिजनों एवं मोहल्ला वासियों ने बाजार में उग्र प्रदर्शन किया। जिससे बाजार में भय व्याप्त हो गया एवं दुकाने जो सुबह खुलनी शुरू ही हो रही थी, शटर धड़धड़ाते बंद हो गई।

गौरतलब है कि इब्राहिमपुर थाना क्षेत्र के इल्तिफ़ातगंज में दुकानदार की पिटाई  से एक 45 वृद्ध की मौत हो गई। घटना से गुस्साए उसके परिजनों एवं मोहल्ला वासियों ने बाजार में उग्र प्रदर्शन किया। जिससे बाजार में भय व्याप्त हो गया है। आज सुबह लगभग 10:00 बजे की है जब मृतक मृतक हसनैन पुत्र अजमेरी उम्र 45 वर्ष बाजार में घूम रहा था । मृतक शराब पीने का शौकीन था एवं नशे में प्राय सबसे हंसी मजाक किया करता था। जैसे ही  वह आरोपित अकील अहमद के किराने की दुकान के सामने पहुंचा तो कथित तौर पर उसने अकील अहमद को कुछ अपशब्द कहे। जिससे नाराज होकर अकील अहमद एवं उनके परिजनों  ने उसकी डंडे व अन्य चीजों से पिटाई कर दी एवं नाजुक अंगों पर लगी गंभीर चोटों के चलते हसनैन वही गिरकर तड़पने लगा। प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार इल्तिफ़ात गंज बाजार के आज़ाद नगर में स्थित प्रकाश वस्त्रालय के सामने 60 वर्षीय अक़ील अहमद की किराने की दुकान है । उक्त दुकान पर पहुंचे शहजौरा निवासी 55 वर्षीय हसनैन पुत्र अजमेरी गाली गलौज कर रहा था जिसके कारण दोनों के बीच कहासुनी व धक्का मुक्की हो गई जिसमें हसनैन गिर पड़ा और मौके ही उसकी मृत्यु हो गई।

सूचना पर पहुंचे हसनैन के परिजनों ने उसे कस्बे के निजी चिकित्सक को दिखाया जहां से उसे जिला अस्पताल ले जाने की सलाह दी गई। परिजनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज करने की मांग पर अड़े हुए हैं आरोपी पूर्व ब्लॉक प्रमुख प्रतिनिधि नजीब अहमद का भाई बताया जा रहा है बाजार की सभी दुकानों को पुलिस ने बन्द करवाते हुए घटना स्थल को छावनी में तब्दील कर दिया गया ! घटना स्थल पर पहुंचे सीओ टाण्डा संतोष कुमार थानाध्यक्ष प्रमोद सिंह व एसआई गजेंद्र विक्रम सिंह ने आक्रोशित परिजनों व ग्रामीणों को समझा बुझा कर शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया तथा आश्वासन दिया कि आरोपियों के खिलाफ वैधानिक कार्यवाही की जाएगी । पुलिस आरोपियों की तलाश करने का दावा कर रही है।

बताते चलें कि हसनैन के मृत हो जाने का विश्वास होने पर परिजन उसे लेकर जिला चिकित्सालय नहीं गए के बल्कि परिवारीजन व अन्य लोग आरोपी अकील अहमद के प्रतिष्ठान के सामने पहुंच गए। अकील अहमद की दुकान और मकान बंद होने पर अकील के परिजनों को बाहर आने को लेकर हंगामा शुरू कर दिया। शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा में व्यस्त होने के कारण पुलिस बल के पहुंचने में विलंब के कारण हंगामा कुछ देर चलता रहा। मौके पर पहुंचे एनटीपीसी चौकी प्रभारी ने स्थिति संभाली तब तक इंस्पेक्टर  गजेंद्र विक्रम सिंह थानाध्यक्ष प्रमोद कुमार सिंह एवं सीओ टांडा संतोष कुमार भी मौके पर पहुंच गए ।पुलिस व कर्मियों ने किसी तरह समझा-बुझाकर लाश को अपने कब्जे में लिया एवं पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजा। परिजन अब्दुल सलाम पुत्र मौलवी जुबेर, अकील अहमद पुत्र जुबेर,जफर पुत्र अज्ञात के थाना प्रभारी ने बताया कि तहरीर मिली है नामजद के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर छानबीन की जा रही है।

 It is noteworthy that in Iltifatganj of Ibrahimpur police station area, a 45-year-old died due to thrashing of a shopkeeper.  Angered by the incident, his family members and residents of the locality staged a fierce demonstration in the market.  Due to which fear has spread in the market.  It is around 10:00 am today when the deceased Hasnain son Ajmeri age 45 years was roaming in the market.  The deceased was fond of drinking alcohol and often used to laugh and joke while intoxicated.  As soon as he reached in front of the grocery shop of the accused Aqeel Ahmed, he allegedly said some abusive words to Aqeel Ahmed.  Angered by this, Aqeel Ahmed and his family thrashed him with sticks and other things, and Hasnain fell down and started suffering due to serious injuries on the delicate organs.  According to the information received, 60-year-old Aqeel Ahmed has a grocery shop in front of Prakash Vastalaya located in Azad Nagar of Iltifat Ganj market.  The 55-year-old Hasnain son Ajmeri, a resident of Shahjaura, who reached the said shop, was abusing, due to which there was a scuffle and scuffle between the two, in which Hasnain fell and died on the spot.

 The relatives of Hasnain, who reached the information, showed him to the private doctor of the town from where he was advised to take him to the district hospital.  The relatives are adamant on the demand to register a case against the accused, the accused former block chief representative Najeeb Ahmed's brother is being told that all the shops of the market were closed by the police and the incident site was converted into a cantonment.  CO Tanda, Santosh Kumar, SHO Pramod Singh and SI Gajendra Vikram Singh, who reached the spot, understood the angry relatives and villagers and sent the body for post-mortem and assured that legal action would be taken against the accused.  The police is claiming to be on the lookout for the accused.

 Let us inform that on the belief that Hasnain was dead, the family members did not take him to the district hospital, but the family members and others reached in front of the establishment of accused Aqeel Ahmed.  When Aqeel Ahmed's shop and house were closed, a ruckus started for Aqeel's family members to come out.  The commotion continued for some time due to the delay in the arrival of the police force as they were busy in the teacher eligibility test.  The NTPC outpost in-charge, who reached the spot, took over the situation, till then Inspector Gajendra Vikram Singh, SHO Pramod Kumar Singh and CO Tanda Santosh Kumar also reached the spot. Police and personnel somehow understood and took the body in their possession and sent it for post-mortem.  .  Relatives Abdul Salam son Maulvi Zubair, Aqeel Ahmed son Zubair, Zafar son unknown's station in-charge told that Tahrir has been received and investigation is being done by registering a case against the nominee.
